A structure depends on the organization's obje ctives and strategy. In a centralized structure, the top layer of management has most of the decision making power and has tight control over departments and divisions. In a decentralized structure, the decision makin g power is distributed and the departments and divisions may have different degrees of independence. A company such as Proctor & Gamble that sells multiple products may organize their structure so that groups are divided according to each product and depending on geographical area as well. An organizational chart illustrates the organizational structure.

using sample which is non-probability sampling based on convenience. There is need of collecting detailed information that describes the prospects, either opportunities or challenges in market. Hence the research design is basically exploratory and descriptive in nature.
11. Observations
I was asked to join Naikap Head office of Sipradi Trading Company from April 03, 2014. Under the guidance of the staff I was placed in Business Development Department.
a. Function of the concerned department
In this department different projects are run in order to know which business to be started in the market. Market based research and survey based information are collected in order to analyze and summarize what the market condition and whether the business will be successful or not in future. Business department is indispensable which formulates policy for market, similarly it measures products performance in market and makes plans and policies to expand and maintain existing market of the products
b. Detail of assigned work responsibilities
I was assigned different project regarding Exide battery which includes ,different segment of the battery , ATB, Express, Exide inverter (invaplus) and then , I was asked to prepare the questionnaires related to Exide batteries dealer. Preparing questionnaire for the company was little bit tough than preparing questionnaire for college project. Ev ery question related to the company project has to be very properly made. Main and needed information related questionnaires were needed to be prepared for the project. While preparing the questionnaire intern need to be very thoughtful and focus towards preparing questionnaires for the project. Prepared questionnaires should be in such wa y that it covers the required questions of the project.
Fixing Appointment:
I was asked to make appointment with the key person, various dealers, and buyers of the battery. Fixing appointment is done to let the key person use his free time in some useful work. This responsibility was given in order to get the information about the performance of the batteries within the local market and also find out about competitors. Fixing appointment is not so easy task. Generally appointment is fixed by making th e phone calls and visit to the office, work place, home. While making phone calls to fix the appointment intern need to be patient, polite and good listener. Intern should clear about the purpose of fixing appointment so that appropriate time is fixed in order to not let the key person important time wasted. Appointment is fixed as per the comfort and desire of the key person. Sometimes key person try to avoid the appointment thinking as wastage of time, in such case intern need to convenience and let the key person feel about the importance of the appointment. Intern need to follow the key person advice of meeting time and place. Follow up even should be done in some cases in order to let the key person remember about the fixed appointment. This follow up activity helps to feel the key person that the appointment is really some value of importance.
Field visit for the Exide project:
After fixing appointment, the responsibility was to make a field visit to the different automobile companies, business houses, repair centers (service centers), battery dealers, and individuals who are involved in Exide battery business. For every companies and stakeholders different day and time was fixed with appropriate places to visit. As per the fixed schedule for the appointment in different show room and service centers of car e.g. Mitsubishi, Skoda, Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, ford and Nissan, Volkswagen etc. During this visit I had to be very patient and calm in order to make the fixed appointment valid and successful. An intern need to be calm and patient because sometimes fixed time jus get change and vary and even long waiting hours have to be made. Intern need not to be worried while searching the places but should be focus to make the fixed appointment successful by searching the places in time.
After visiting the all dealers and service centers, I found that not every key person are convinced easily and give information so flexibly. Some give information in details and some give exterior and by making assumptions. Intern need to be very capable of using various techniques in order to let the key person to give the needed information. Intern need to focus the important and needed information while talking with the key person. Intern need to very careful about the time and order to use the given time very wisely and accomplish the task in time. While visiting the different parties, I found that many of the consumers and dealers they want to purchase Exide because of its brand, and they are loyal to the brand and Exide acquires very strong position in market . I came to know that Sipradi trading , hulas group, Amco, chloride, asian batteries are in battery business . Exide is the major players in this battery Business. They were the leading brand in capturing the market share of different Battery segments. Even the different features and different brands related to batteries were known. Branded and durable are maximally preferred by the users. Main target market of battery business are industries, business farms , households, vehicle owners, individuals, authorized service centers etc. in inverter segment demand for the tublar battery is higher than flat plate battery in the present time. Generally tublar batteries are mostly used in department store and hotels. Inverter batteries are expensive and, the participants added that the customers who are aware of quality and value for money opt for dearer brands and the market has a decent number of quality conscious customers at present. There is favorable market for the batteries business in Nepal as it is developing country. Use of batteries is becoming necessity for every purpose i.e. (household, business). Recording Information:

Sipradi trading pvt ltd is pioneer business organization leading th e trading business, undoubtfullly a leading trading corporation of the nation. STPL does not only fulfilling its sole purpose, from decades it is also serving nation. In this survey I find that, there is a need of up to date knowledge of, ongoing attack sources (rivals), their scenario and techniques and ability to show rapid reaction to newly discovered vulne rabilities for the expansion of market. Organization should also improve technology, commu nication controls, and dual controls facilities for the customers to enhance the business. Through this study various new findings are made. Still few customers they are not using exide batteries. Stpl do not have basic communication means tools that helps in getting customer feedback, existing customer care center is not sufficient and not functioning properly. But it is found that some other brands are in lack of market achievement, regular flow of information is not there, it is using communication for their own convenience and for the purpose of retaining exiting customers.
No significant correlation was found between dealers dealers and workshops, However, Use of Exide signification association was found with customers.
The market is still rising. Product is it is limited only to Kathmandu valley as well as some big cities; still approximately 10% of the users are not satisfied by Exide.
Likewise the services provided by STPL are limited. Being prudent will be no harm for the organization.
