With precision cuts you will need: (5) 10 foot sections sections of 1 1/2” PVC Pipe *Recommended: (6) 10 foot sections (in case of any cutting mistakes)

Cement lower Frame B to 10” sections and allow to dry on a horizontal surface

Remove the side panel as shown in picture (it easily pops off). Put support Frame B in place, place, attaching it to the 30” horizontal supports supports

Put support Frame C in place, attaching it to the 23.5” horizontal supports

Add caps to the the cross cross tees of support support Frame C to prevent scuffing of seats. DO NOT glue the caps in place! They They will be removed later in order to add Support D.

Move seats all the way up and put them in the forward position. Put support D in place, attaching it to Frame C

Add air bed and bedding and you’re ready for sleep!

Support D is not absolutely necessary for sleeping. Support D is best utilized when choosing to have your head towards the front of the vehicle
