presented in which the irrigation system is planned to be operated under a distribution demand, where the flow rate demanded by the plot is subject to an allocation to continuous flow (l / s / ha). In a second case, the collective irrigation network will be subject to distribution to the demand with accumulated funds; but the flow rate of the plots will be based on a deterministic envelope, in the third case, it is the same condition but output header collective network, will depend on a supply security applied to the entire irrigation network. Another form of distribution will be a shift irrigation, where the flow of the plot will also be subject to a deterministic endowment, but; It will vary watering durations user-plot, without altering the irrigation interval, in order to have two design alternatives. According to everything stated it will have the same five-sized irrigation network, which allows the consultant to take the right decision to launch the project without altering the socioeconomic conditions of farmers in the highlands.
Key words: allocation, irrigation interval, a continuous flow rate, duration of irrigation
