Goals of the Bachelor in Elementary Education It is the goal of the Secondary Education Program to produce well-rounded, highly competent, technically prepared and morally upright teachers who will be the prime movers of the social and economic progress. General Objectives of the course 1. To enable the students to gain knowledge, skills and appropriate attitudes on topics and issues related to teaching strategies, environmental education and other concerns.
