INTRODUCCION Segundo tomo de la historia de los orígenes orígenes del cristianismo, cristianismo, escrito por Lucas Lucas como continuación de su Evangelio. Aunque el evangelio se difundió por muchos caminos desde Jerusalén, el libro de los Hechos se concentra en el que conduce a Roma a través de Antioquía. No se trata de un registro de las actividades de todos los apóstoles, sino de algunos hechos de unos pocos, principalmente principalmente Pedro y Pablo. Continúa la historia donde el Evangelio de Lucas la dejó, haciendo referencia a las apariciones del Señor. El segundo libro de Lucas es conocido con el nombre de Hechos de los apóstoles, un nombre que ya existía al final del segundo siglo. Sin embargo, nada asegura que haya sido el mismo Lucas quien llamara llamara a sí a su libro. El título t ítulo que se le ha dado a este libro no concuerda adecuadamente con su contenido. Pues en los Hechos sobresalen más las figuras de Pedro y (después del capítulo 13) de Pablo. Luego del capítulo 13 no nos informamos de ningún relato concerniente a los demás apóstoles. Este libro comienza hablando de la ascensión de Cristo, con un mandato previo del Señor para predicar el evangelio en todos los lugares. Podemos decir que en Hechos 1,8 se encuentra el programa de todo el libro, la predicación del evangelio que comienza en Jerusalén, Judea y Samaria, y se extiende a muchas partes del mundo hasta alcanzar a Roma, centro del mundo antiguo y del gran imperio romano (Hechos 28). Casi en cada capítulo encontramos un paso adelante en cuanto al progreso del anuncio del evangelio de Jesucristo. El libro de los Hechos es especial. No hay ningún otro libro semejante en toda la Biblia. Ciertamente, tenemos otros libros históricos en el Antiguo Testamento. Sin embargo, estos ponen de relieve los francos, los pecados y la idolatría que impedían que el pueblo de Dios recibiera la plenitud de sus bendiciones. Debemos reconocer que así como el libro de los hechos no nos da detalles sobre todos los apóstoles, tampoco nos relata toda la historia del crecimiento de la Iglesia. En muchos

Aplicación:
Creo que todo creyente estamos en las condiciones para servir a Dios por la única razón que El Espíritu Santo mora en nosotros y Él nos da de su fuerza para hacer las cosas. El Espíritu Santo nos ayudara a que le sirvamos con poder y autoridad predicando su Palabra llenos de la presencia de Dios.
