4ssue the Notice of 8$ard, !urchase Order "!O#, and payment upon acceptance by the NRD) of the delivered laboratory supplies, materials, and e-uipment to (io /ogix Enterprise, !hils. 4n the event of the B' L'* E+,/'0& P1'20. non:compliance and or violation of existing procurement la$s, rules and regulations or any of the terms and conditions as set forth in the Notice of 8$ard and the !urchase Order "!O# under any and all circumstances, the a$ard to the BIO LOGI! ENTERPRISE& PHILS. by the NRD) shall be forfeited $ithout any obligations $hatsoever to reimburse the same to the former, and the cancellation of the Notice of 8$ard and the !urchase Order "!O#.
NO THEREFORE, and in vie$ of the above premises, the NRD):(8) resolved to recommend as it hereby resolved and recommended the a$ard of the contract to the BIO LOGI!
