APO Availability Check: Delivery Proposal  The “A “Availability Check” fag fag is set in the the material master and determines determines how APOATP will behave !or the speci"c material in the sales order#

A. APO Availa Availabilit bility y Check: Check: this is $sed by the !ollowing reagent plants% CA&'( )*+,( )*+-( '.), and /0''# 1hen entering the material and 2$antity and there is eno$gh stock to allow shipment o! the re2$ested 2$antity at the re2$ested date 3based on de"ned shipping sched$le4( sched$le4( yo$ will not be getting a message or pop $p indicating this#

***Very Important Note% Please re!er to the section re!erring to the *hipping C$t o5 *ched$ler in order to manage re6dating d$e to the site speci"c shipping c$t o5 calendars777  8o$  8o$ can in!orm in!orm the c$stomer that that we have eno$gh eno$gh prod$ct prod$ct to ship o$t o$t and that heshe sho$ld receive the prod$ct within 9 days 3please re!er to the relevant *hipping *ched$le !or acc$rate estimation o! delivery at the c$stomer site4#  The availability availability screens screens !or materials that have ins$:cient ins$:cient inventory inventory to meet the re2$ested 2$antity and date are di5erent d$e to the type o! material and their ATP check setting#

 The “"n of Check #ori$on ” indicates( in an o$t o! stock sit$ation( when the prod$ct sho$ld become available# >ased on this and !actory calendars 3valid working days etc4 the order line is sched$led !or shipment accordingly once con"rmed#  The “%che&le 'ine” 3*04 date is the date !or which the con"rmed 2$antity will be sched$led !or shipment 3see *ched$led 0ines tab at item level4#

Click on the “ (&ll Delivery” icon in order to contin$e with yo$r order#

*** Note: ;! yo$ click on the “Contin$e witho$t con"rming” the sched$le line will not have any con"rmed 2$antity and will not be sched$led !or shipment *** Availability check for “In ho&se! man&fact&re materials Availability check is
;! however( the plannedprod$ction orders do not cover !or the 2$antity re2$ested on the sales order( the system checks when it can be prod$ced# This is done based on availability o! the s$b components# *ee eample below o! ATP screen that may display#

;n order to proceed with the sched$ling o! the line item( click on the Calendar icon 3or on the Delivery Proposal b$tton4 as shown below%

Click on the “ (&ll Delivery” b$tton as shown above( in order to sched$le the sales order lines accordingly 3this sched$les the !$ll 2$antity !or the date !$rther o$t as indicated4# 1hen back to the “Availability Check D Bes$lt Overview” screen( click “ Copy All”

 This takes yo$ back to the sales order overview screen with the !ollowing message

 The “*ched$led 0ines” tab will show the sched$led ship date and 2$antity con"rmed !or complete delivery#

***Very Important Note% o not $se the “F$ll elivery” and “elivery Proposal” b$ttons on the top o! the APO availability screen as we have seen some iss$es with these( not con"rming the sched$led lines properly777 777Note% ;t is /OT recommended to have m$ltiple sched$led lines in the sales order as this ca$ses iss$es with line "ll rate reports# ;! a batch managed material this may also ca$se iss$es at time o! batch determination# *ho$ld the c$stomer re2$ire a

partial shipment( please enter the 2$antity that cannot be !$l"lled immediately on a di5erent order line777 •

 The date net to “Components of ” indicates the planned delivery date !or the speci"c component

 The n$mber in the “Pro&ction” col$mn indicates how m$ch will need to be prod$ced !or each component level# The “ /issin0 Parts” displays the n$mber o! parts missing and the n$mber o! days re2$ired in order to make the relevant material
