F. Brief Executive Summary: The proposal for the online enr ollment in WMSU will be develop in WMSU’s website with the total estimated cost of ₱20,000 - ₱60,000 . And the total project duration of 20 days which will be starting from the date of April 1, 2014 to April 23, 2014. II. Project Proper A. Rationale Western Mindanao State University has a huge amount of st udents who are having a hard time in enrolling. This project, Online Enrollment is focusing on helping students in doing their enrollment easier and faster. This is also for the parents to lessen their expenses and t o make sure that their children is safe. Through this project Western Mindanao State University is opening more doors on the opportunities to elevate its standard. B. Project Description To ensure the success of the proposal “ONLINE ENROLLMENT” we must take into considerations
some certain procedures: 1. We will ask for the certain budget to the assigned official. 2. Develop the WMSU’s website.
3. Create posters and flyers. This proposal is beneficial not only to the students of WMSU but also the parents of the students and the budget of this university, because the parents will be at ease for the safety of their children and the students can enroll quicker and easier. C. Objectives
Provide the students an additional way of enrolling in order to decrease complications that they felt during enrolments.
Make the enrolment system more efficient.
Enhance the enrolment system for a quick and e asy way to be enrolled.
Assist them better on how to have access in online enrolment.
Lessen the works of employees
D. Significance The proposal is most significant for the students of Western Mindanao State U niversity. In a university like Western Mindanao State University, students will have easy and better enrollment system to follow and to elevate t he standard of this university. E. Highlights
This would have an easy step by step procedure fo r the students in each of their c olleges by posting and orienting them.
Online enrolment improves the standard of WMSU which introduce advance and easier way of handling this process.
We could recommend our Computer Engineers to do online enrolment system and have costeffective program.

Fill up the enrolment advising form, write legibly Name, Course, major (if a ny), College, Year Level, S emester, School Year, Subject ID, Subject Code, Subject Description, Units, Time, Days, Room and Student Number. 4. Present duly accomplished Advising form to the Ad viser for approval. 5. Proceed to the encoding/Advising Center and present the approved advising form and approved admission form. 6. Proceed to Assessment for assessment of fees, and then Pay at the Cashier. 7. Proceed to Enlistment Center for Enlistment to Class; con firmation of Enrolment. Certification of Registration (COR) will then be issued. 8. If section/class is full an alternative class will be provided or a request for increase in class size form will be issued for approval. 9. Return to the College and Present the green copy of the COR, to the class/program adviser. 10. Enrolment is Complete. III. RETURNING STUDENTS 1. Secure Clearance for enrolment, present to the Dean your Leave of Absence Form (LOA) duly approved by the Dean of Admission for re-admission. 2.
