MMUP EXAM PROCESS, IF YOUR SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY IS NOT IN THE LIST: 1.) Request a LETTER (Arabic Form)-(Attached is a Sample) from Sample) from your company, addressing to MMUP regarding to inclusion of your school/university in the list. Submit it to MMUP Building – opposite of City Center, this includes all your School/Univers with MOFA School/University ity Records (Diploma & TOR – with Stamp), PRC Certificate & PRC ID, passport copy and QID copy . If accepted, normally they will instruct you to follow-up after 3 weeks. 2.) Go back to MMUP Building for follow-up. Once you get the result, they will give you a LETTER (Endorsement) addressing to Supreme Education Council (SEC) in C Ring Road – opposite of Gulf Times. A form (To be filled-up) and filled-up) and a list of required documents will be handed-over to you to submit. (See attached) 3.) In parallel with the process of documents in SEC, you will submit your High School Records (Diploma & Form 137 – with with MOFA Stamp) to Higher Institute (located in the same area of SEC) for EQUIVALENCY. Once done, bring it back to SEC together with the complete required documents. 4.) If all documents are accepted by SEC, they will send an e-mail interview to your school/university for verification (See e-mail copy attached). (e-mail address must be official of the school/university – yahoo/gmail – yahoo/gmail is not accepted, but you can negotiate with them, if your school/university don’t have one) 5.) Once e-mail has been done, you must follow-up with SEC, better to ask their contact number and the name of the person you are dealing with. Accordingly, follow-up also your school/university to expedite the process. Ask them, to include you in the CC in all e-mail correspondences. 6.) You will just wait for about 3 moths and from time to time you must check the baladiya site if your school/university is already listed. 7.) If listed. Congrats, you are now ready to upload your documents online. (All your school/university school/universi ty documents and experience certificate must be stamped by MOFA to be valid) . Trainings certificate is not required to be stamped by MOFA. (See attached for the required documents to be uploaded). 8.) Wait for SMS confirmation, if your online application is accepted. 9.) Once accepted, they will instruct you tru SMS to submit your original documents to MMUP Building – opposite of City Center on a specific date. 10.) Then, wait for your schedule of exam, which they will send it tru SMS. 11.) Finally, best of luck for your exam. (Attac hed is the exam sample TO BE REVIEWED) REVIEWED)
