The unfortunate truth is 95% of the people that do attempt any method of motivation and success planning, FAIL (Stanford University study). At a 4 hour seminar, the attendees had their blood taken BEFORE the event and after the event. The blood was checked for amounts of different neurotransmitters; endorphins which are chemicals like dopamine, and serotonin that keep you going and going and going. After the 4 hour event, those neurotransmitters were up to 300% higher than they were at the start of the event! The brain had been flooded with neurotransmitters because of the motivation and hope of success given at the event. Truth is NOT a commodity that you discover and then stick in your pocket, nor is it for sale on the open market. Knowing the truth is possible only when one lives as truthfully as possible. In practical terms, this means just one thing: Tell the truth; be honest. NOTE: you still need to be tactful and sensitive with your words and deeds. Huna™ is not an ancient system, but is a modern system barely 63 years old (as of 2008). The word Huna™ means “secret” to those that study it, but means NOTHING to the Hawaiians. When you say the word “huna” to a Hawaiian it has virtually NO MEANING to them because it is not said in a context that they know or understand. Huna™ is loosely based upon ancient Polynesian philosophies, Egyptian philosophies, ESP technologies, and energy technologies from healing to direct and indirect hypnosis, including Mesmerism. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com Huna™ was described by its founder as “a genuine magic that works miracles in the real world” (page 11, RTAM).

Please note that the word Huna™ is a legally registered trademark of Huna™ Research, Inc. 126 Camellia Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. In fact the word Huna™ in reference to any philosophy was NEVER mentioned publicly by Max, or anyone else, until the mid 40’s. It is NOT tens of thousands of years old. Max NEVER said it was. Others have jumped on the Huna™ bandwagon and are saying a lot of really weird, incorrect stuff. Max put his continually being formulated concepts of what Huna™ is and is not, into articles of the “HUNA™ RESEARCH ASSOCITION” which he founded and incorporated in 1945. them still in their infancy; the bodies energies, the different mind sciences of psychology and psychic science skills training. These are the broad non-specific sciences of man considered as a conscious being that lives in a physical body during the period of earthly life, and survives and lives in another less dense energy “body” after death. Then there is religion, the farthest of all from reaching scientific standing. In sorry fact, religion becomes more and more muddled year by year as dogmas and cults increase, almost all based on “revelation” instead of the sciences of consciousness. Max did take the above into account by his research into the Edgar Cayce readings which have been validated to be between 95% - 98% correct. So you also find some of Mr. Cayce’s “reading” and information from those readings included in Max’s creation. Max lived in Hawaii from 1917 until 1932. Huna™ was put together by Max Freedom Long, a school teacher in Hawaii that grew enamored with the teachings and legends of the Kahuna. A direct translation of Kahuna means “keeper of the secret”. Again! Max put that Huna™ system together after he sold his photography business and moved back to the mainland in 1932. Max did have aspirations of becoming a detective novelist, but his manuscripts did not sell. So he put together a book on a topic that he was in love with, the lost & ancient secrets of the Kahuna, and it did sell well, and it did attract many who also wanted access to that type of personal power. I did study Huna™ starting back in 1966, while a Korean Language student at the Presidio of Monterey. I do like its emphasis on the 3 minds, the various energies of the mind, and the methods of using hypnosis to accentuate the mind, the energies and the mythologies to build your own magic ESP skills to use in your daily life. I again became re-interested in that topic in the late 70’s because one of my very powerful martial arts friends, Michael Echanis (the USA’s number one Mercenary according to Soldier of Fortune magazine, at his death in ’78), used “Huna Breath Control™” (for my DVD series on this topic get “The Ancient Wisdom of the Kahuna”) to build his martial arts power, and Huna Ho’omanamana to get him where he wanted to go in his life, and what he wanted to do with his life. The first book written by Max on the Kahuna was titled, “Recovering The Ancient Magic” (1936), and was the result of eighteen years of collecting Hawaiian legends, philosophies and then trying those concepts out in his life and writings to see if they worked for him, or not. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com Max was a Baptist. He also attended the Catholic Church often with a boyhood friend. Then he went on to study Christian Science, took a long look into Theosophy, and ended by making a survey of all religions whose literatures were available to him.

Because of his mystical religious research his Huna™ has much in it of a religious nature that is NOT Hawaiian or from the Kahuna but comes from other areas of psychic study, religion and mind training. For example the “Huna Prayer Format” called the “Ha Rite” treats the Huna prayer in a beseeching manner instead of an, “I deserve this manner”. The Polynesians NEVER took the akua as ‘god’ in the haole sense, nor did they consider that their pule were prayers. The Polynesian concept of an akua is a ‘spirit’, good or bad, depending upon the modifying word following it. A Christian prayer is a supplication or a petition, which the Polynesians (including the Hawaiians) did not do. or that, instead of petitioning. The missionaries did NOT consign Kanaloa to Hell; rather the natives themselves did that, before the missionaries’ arrival. It was a sequence in the development of Hawaiian religious thought. “The word ‘prayer’ is NOT the same as the pule of the Kahuna. The Christian petitioned his ‘god’; the Kahuna did NOT. There was no ‘god’ in the Christian concept among the Kahuna. To the Kahuna his ‘god’ was a very personal thing and NOT some intangible ‘substance’ away out in space. (Page 131, TKSOH; More on this starting on page 23). The real Kahuna art was called “Ho’omanamana” and means “controlled thought force”. There were many schools of Ho’omanamana, and they were all closed schools, or secret schools of the sorcery order where it took on the average twenty years to graduate. They did NOT get their skills in an afternoon workshop on breath control as some “experts” now profess to do. The real Ho’omanamana of the Kahuna goes back thousands of years, www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com and according to the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce, the Hawaiian Islands were the top portions of the continent of Lemuria. Also those islands have been revisited and repopulated several times, and one of the times was from the Lost Tribes of Israel. Again, according to Cayce, there were three different exoduses from Israel. Max did much research, so even though his Huna™ is barely 63 years old; his research gave him access to some of the Inner Teachings of the ages from other sources. Here’s one of them. Max mentions that two of the early Church Fathers, Clement and Origen, writing in the years around 200 A.D., gave a complete evidence of the existence of the inner side of the Christian teachings. For an easy checking source of this material, Annie Besant’s book, “Esoteric Christianity”, is recommended. “The Lord…allowed us to communicate of those divine Mysteries, and of the Holy light, to those who are able to receive them. They did not certainly disclose to the many what did not belong to the many; but to the few to whom He knew that they belonged, who were capable of receiving and being molded according to them. But secret things are entrusted to speech, NOT to writing, as is the case with God. And if one say that it is written, “there is nothing secret which shall not be revealed, nor hidden which shall not be disclosed, ‘let him also hear form us, that to him who hears secretly, even what is secret shall be manifested…and to him who is able secretly to observe what is delivered to him, that which is veiled shall be disclosed as truth; and what is hidden to man shall appear manifest to the few…The Mysteries are delivered mystically, that what is spoken may be in the mouth of the speaker; rather NOT in his voice, but in his understanding…” So we do know that there were Inner Teachings some where. Max also hypothesized that there were different levels of those Inner Teachings. So his Huna™ possesses a simple version of its secret science as www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com well as a more complicated and carefully guarded version for the more intelligent. He then goes on and states that the esoteric or initiatory material of Huna™ was kept within the hereditary priesthood of the Kahunas, never being written down. But in order to allow a lasting and foolproof account of Huna™ to be preserved for all the ages, a special language was invented, providing a means of giving an inner and outer meaning to any statement of the teachings. Such statements as were made in this “sacred language” formed a code which could not be broken unless one already was familiar with the least part of the Huna™ lore and with the word- symbols used to name elements of the system. (Page 102, Self-Suggestion) So Max “constructed” his Huna™ according to the legends that he researched on the “what”…and then he went world wide to find a specific “how” that would give similar results.

And even though Max made up Huna™ it is a very effective and workable “psycho-religious” system of healing and manifestation that does contain many parts from different disciplines. Enough of Kahuna history for now. If you do want more you can read Edgar Cayce’s story of the America’s, Malo’s “Hawaiian Antiquities”, and the “Kahuna Sorcerers of Hawaii” to start with. There is much other stuff out there, and most of it is incorrect. Onward. In martial arts we have something that is called “The Seventh Principle of Kenpo”. It is to “Never do anything that is worthless”. To me it means if you can’t use it, and it’s not effective in your life as a living skill, then you should avoid it like the plague because all practicing worthless drivel does is steal your time and therefore steals from you your www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com life. What I’m writing here is NOT for fuzzy-headed academic, metaphysical softie full of personal-growth axioms. This report is NOT about hokey stuff like “do what you love and the money will come to you automatically”. Unfortunately, much that has been written about Huna™ has been written by closed minded religious nuts that have the agenda of spreading their religion, instead of giving you valid ESP technologies that work when you work them. Some have even preached the drivel that “if you are not doing Huna™ you are working to hard”. Their point meaning that Huna™ takes no work and all you need to go is talk with your Aumakua (parental guiding spirit very similar to the Jung concept of the Super Conscious Mind) and you can get whatever your itty bitty heart desires.

Sorry folks. Even with the use of Huna™ you still need to know the 4 areas of expertise, to get whatever you want. The second area of expertise talks about the 3 reasons people can and cannot achieve. They need to want X (whatever X is). They need to have an opportunity to get/do X. They need to know how to get/do X. For example, let’s say that you want to learn and be able to use at will, certain psychic skills of remote influence. For example, let us say that “John wants to receive his NLP Trainer’s certification from Dr. Richard Bandler, the PRIMARY founding father of Neuro-linguistics programming (NLP)”. (The specific “how-to’s for that is given on the end of this report) The good news is, John did the first step of manifestation right…he knows what he wants. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com

Here’s where the confusion is going to start, right with the above statement. Some people say, “You don’t need to know what you want, just let go and let God. He will supply everything”. I know people like that. They weight 500 pounds, never bath, live on junk food, never exercise, are Television slugs and are unemployable. Other people out there, Neville for instance, would literally say something simple like, “You do NOT need to work out anything. The works are finished”. There are thousands (maybe even millions) of supposedly smart, educated folks out there that actually believe and spout Neville’s stuff as if by spouting it they can become whatever they want. For instance in Neville’s “Your Faith is Your Fortune” (page 51) he states…

“You do NOT need to work out anything. The works are finished. The principle by which all things are made and without which there is NOT anything made that is made is eternal. You are this principle. Your awareness of being is this everlasting law. You have never expressed anything that you were not aware of being and you never will. Assume the consciousness of that which you desire to express. Claim it until it becomes a natural manifestation. Feel it and live within that feeling until you make it your nature.” “Here is a simple formula. Take your attention from your present conception of yourself and place it on that ideal of yours, the ideal you had heretofore thought beyond your reach. Claim yourself to be your ideal, not as something that you will be in time but as that which you are in the immediate present. Do this, and your present world of limitations will disintegrate as your new claim rises like the phoenix from its ashes.” “Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is NOT yours, but God’s” You do not fight against your problem; your problem will only live as long as you are conscious of it. Concentrate your attention entirely upon the thing desired.” “I AM the Lord.” I AM (your consciousness) is the Lord. The consciousness that the thing is done, that the work is finished, is the Lord of any situation. Some people actually believe that being a moral, spiritual, “good”, deserving person alone is sufficient to have God give them whatever they want and need. That idea is championed by fools. If you want to philosophically fantasize that this is the way the world of mind training should work, that’s fine. Of course, YOU are more intelligent than the thousands, even the millions that read Neville and Joseph Murphy and others similar, and are unlikely to fall for the above fluff. But the trouble is, his buffoonery and charlatanism seeps out of the religious groups, and the guru groups and infects the thinking of real people in insidious ways. That type of mystical gobbledygook and religious theory finds its way into the articles on Huna™, on magic technologies and on any type of real ESP technology that has its basis on the unification and coherence of the 3 minds working together with YOU to get you what you desire in the quickest and best way possible. These airheads are actually hiredwww.MentalTrainingSecrets.com to come in and teach at Huna Conventions, Silva Mind Control Conventions and other conventions, to screw around with what really works. They get hired to speak at different conventions. And if you hear this stuff enough, you might think it has a place in your mental training, emotional training, manifestation technologies and spiritual trainings. “What you think about continually is what you become!” For example, a couple of years back I was one of the 2 day intensive trainers at the World Huna Convention in Cape Girardeau MO, and one of the guess lecturers did something called “The Light body Activation”. This system was made up by a man that left his life as a husband, father, suburbanite, weekend golfer, Scout leader, church leader and corporate manage… …moved to Hawaii and had his Pleiadian Guides reveal their secrets to him. Supposedly a talking sea turtle, a talking Dolphin and the Hawaiian goddess Pele where channeled to him, and from them and his Pleiadians he got the secret of the crystal triangle. derive its power from combining the Lemurian energy of Sea Turtle, the Atlantean energy of Dolphin and the New Creation energy of Pele. And if we don’t do his drill, when the coming changes arrive our “vibrations will not be high enough to allow us to survive those changes”. (Page 32, “The Magic of the Crystal Triangle”. Cool. “I personally feel that person is powered by Jack Daniels!” Why do I feel that? That’s a good question. It’s because I also frequent bars when I’m at a convention. Bars and restaurants are where the attendees and friends get together to gab about all the neat stuff they’ve learned and share to their friends what they are going to use in their own lives to evolve their mind, body and spirit according to their own interests. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com While sitting there, the founder comes in about 11:30 pm, goes up to the bar, buys a JUG OF JACK DANIELS, and leaves the bar.

I’m pretty sure that his hallucinations from the Jack Daniels are the source of his “spiritual” awareness and evolution. The poor man has NO VERIFICATION process. I did energy test one of the attendees that had “it” done to him. I watched the entire process and the only one that was really “shining” (I’m talking about auric energy here) was the Jack Daniels imbiber, and NOT the client getting worked on. What I did love was the sales pitch, the same-old-same-old sales pitch that all false gurus seem to use. Here it is. “It is refreshingly simple. A child can do it. Yet it is the most powerful light-body activation technique to date…in the present climate of powerful

new energies, it is now possible to simple work directly in an individual’s energy field.”(A direct quote from his book) And, here’s the bad news. At that Huna™ convention that new guru who loves his Jack Daniels did find himself a bunch of converts that abdicated all self-responsibility of their personal evolution to him and his “rocks”. “By inviting ‘Wacko Man’ in they poisoned the minds and the souls of their own people!” And they invited him back the next year, even though I did argue against it. I was a member of their Board of Directors at the time, and I did soon resign. Notice that my intention with the above few examples was NOT to bad mouth them but to point out to the intelligent man that slop need never be studied. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com I have watched otherwise intelligent people with Ph.D.s, and top educators sit in those type of meetings, listening to that silliness, none willing to state the obvious…that the speaker has no clothes on…I guess for fear of appearing unsophisticated in front of the others, or even because (in one case) the creep was a friend of theirs from the 70’s and they were doing them a favor by having them present at their convention.

In my opinion “NO friendship” is worth the possibility of giving out slop to your members just because you “used to know them”. You owe your clients the courtesy of NEVER putting in front of them trainers who can’t clearly explain what they’re teaching, and have NO verification process for their wisdom, and that take no responsibility for what they are teaching you. Now its time to get away from the buffoonery and charlatanism, and it’s time to roll up our shirt sleeves, grab a pick and shovel and start digging out the pure gold of the Kahuna ESP Mind training™, and the tools that puts mind-mastery into your brain so you can use it on purpose, and for the more common tasks, on auto-pilot. One of the things I learned back in 1980 was that Jose Silva and Max Freedom Long were friends up until Max committed suicide in 1972. They were friends because their interests and their research and their verification processes of the Psychic Sciences did overlap. Because they were friends and respected each other, Jose put some of the Huna™ books on his “MUST READ” list for the Silva Mind Control Trainer’s Program. Basically if you taught anyone and they were a competent person, then they should be able to repeat the results others of same abilities got. So the results MUST BE repeatable. The proof of the pudding is in the taste. The proof of a skill is in the results. Jose Silva was the gentleman that took hypnosis from the medical field and used it and applied those skills to telepathy, precognition and manifestation. Jose had studied the words of many experts, people like Dr. Hornell Hart (Duke University) and noticed that auto-conditioning (using hypnosis as self-hypnosis for yourself and others) helped with virtually all problems. It is not a substitute for sleep, nor for taking needed rest. But it is a way of using one’s energy reserves with high efficiency…turning them on readily at times of need, and then replenishing them with deep sleep when the time for rest arrives. “It will raise your efficiency for work and play!” Obviously, if you can keep on working with genuine vim and vigor through that last hour or two which used to be largely wasted, then output on the job and any project you choose is going to go way up. I set up tasks for myself that need to be completed by a certain time. “I Knew What I didn’t want. And I knew what I did want instead!” So I didn’t want to really watch television, or go to bed. What I wanted to do instead was reprogram my fatigue to leave until later, and to reenergize my mind and my body so I could put in 5 hours tonight of writing this report. “I made a decision to recharge myself, and to do it RIGHT THEN!” So what I did was sit myself in a chair and I relaxed my body, from head to toes, externally and internally. Then I did a special linguistical selfsuggestion where I counted myself downwards from 10 to 1, going deeper with each and every number. That above “connecting the 3 minds” exercise was to unify both sides of my brain, my hypothalamus, and my hypothalamus so there was coherence between all 4 dominant parts in such a way that my thinking was at least a 1,000 times more powerful than normal beta brain wave thinking while I was still TOTALLY ALERT AND AWAKE! While in that state of being totally connected between the subconscious mind, the conscious mind and the super conscious mind I first spent 3 minutes recharging and balancing my bodies energy batteries. The body has two organs that act like a battery (the liver and gall bladder) for the human body. And just as a battery may be charged or discharged, so may the human body be recharged by proper self-suggestion, visualization with the proper feelings attached running the proper directions according to the natural flow of vital force in the body when awake and energize and when asleep and recharging those batteries. After you’ve said the above from the proper level of three mind connectiveness, you then recharge the body. To recharge the body the energy should run UP the body. To decrease the charge of the body, the energy should run DOWN the body. When the recharging is done, then use a “bring back” method. Many people fear sparring class and its NOT because they fear getting hurt, but the fear the lack of control of their own power where they might accidentally hurt their opponent, who is also a friend and a classmate of theirs. Proper pads help that lack of self-confidence, but the thing that helps most is to get them in the “mood” for hitting others. A key to learning how to achieve great focus thought tuning is knowing that the conscious mind can only focus on one thing at a time. So YOU give the conscious mind the words that it feeds to the subconscious mind that AUTOMATICALLY TRIGGERS the proper emotion to give you the power you desire. To hit someone else effectively takes some very aggressive energy. So we have them yell “PHUCK!” and they launch their punch and “YOU!” as they re-channel their punch. So now the same aggressive power is anchored to the breathing of UK YU, which used to be anchored to the breathing of PHUCK YOU! Now we can just do the breathing the SAME EXACT WAY but without the words at all, and the aggressive emotional content is still there. You can also use certain words to de-charge certain high strung situations. Then again, many times a word is NOT enough and you need more. Let’s say that you want to relax, but you can’t because you are real pissed. So saying the word “relaaaaax”, might only make you angrier. One way to relax would be to go out and chop wood to burn the energy. Another way would be to put on some headsets and dance until the anger is gone. My first choice now-a-days is NOT self-hypnosis but a quick form of Energy Psychology. Energy psychology is based upon Chinese wisdom (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that is over 5,000 years old. It’s the concept that everything is energy, a concept that has been pretty much verified by Quantum Physics for the last 80 years. When scientist say “everything is energy” they are even talking about your thoughts and your accompanying emotions. Most people know that inside your brain certain forms of electrical energy can be detected and measured with sophisticated tools. Most people know that there are electrical fields and that there are magnetic fields. And even though you can’t see a magnetic or gravitational field you can experience its effects; the same is true with emotional thought fields. I learned how to energy test from Donna Eden over a decade ago. Donna had me extend my left arm horizontally to the side, and as she tried to push it downward, I was able to resist her effort, feeling quite strong despite the pressure she was applying. But then Donna asked me to think of something upsetting. I chose to think about the time I’d had an argument with my father-in-law. When we are in other thought fields we get strong. When we are in other energy fields we get strong. We also have certain changes in our physiology, in our breathing, in our strength, and in how we feel emotionally. Last week, one of my instructors came into my class and his attitude was about as friendly as a dog dying of rabies. He was snarling at everyone except me. So I asked him, “What’s your problem today? You are a real bastard to be around and I can’t have you focusing that anger on our students, so tell me!” He mentioned that he was having some “family problems”. What he really meant was, “He and his girl friend are arguing, and they are probably going to split up”. So we needed to tune his thoughts exactly to the problem before we could reduce that negative energy charge. So what would you call her if you could get away with it? His reply, “That fucking bitch!” Okay. Good. Now we know what to work with. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com

“And on a scale of 1 to 10, how bad is she a ‘fucking bitch’? A 10 is so bad that you got to either leave her or shoot her.” His reply, “She’s a 10!” “Well, is it okay if we test it?”, as I reached over and took up his arm. “It’s a 10! :..it was weak. “It’s a 9!”…it was still weak, but getting stronger. “It’s an 8!”…it was very strong. “It’s an 8 1/2!”…it was still strong. So his anger towards his lady was an 8 1/2. he stated OUTLOUD and with EMPHASIS, “Even though she’s a fucking bitch I totally accept and appreciate myself!” We did that Psychological Reversal Spot 5 times. Then we switched sides and did the left neuro-lymphatics, the same amount of repetitions, saying the same statement that focused his mind on the specific emotion that we wanted to release from his energy field. The entire process took about 15 seconds. He was now smiling. His face had gone from pale and tight lipped to more color and his lips were fuller. The energy he was projecting was warm and friendly instead of the hurt rage of a rabid dog. So I re-tested his energy response to “that fucking bitch”. It was a 2. Now it’s NOT fixed forever. He can get into her presence again and have new negative emotions caused by THEIR BEHAVIOR and interactions. So if were doing change work with him, I’d get them both in and spend some time with them. It’s usually fixed very easily. Okay, back to me and my method of getting rid of my own anger. I notice I have anger. I notice what specifically the anger is about. I then self-calibrate the numerical amount of that anger with a thigh muscle self-energy test. I then simple use an emotional brain tuning statement as I deeply massage that spot. It’s as easy as that. I’m lying in bed knowing I need to get this report done, but I was still confused about the project. So I just started rubbing the neuro-lymphatic spot and thought (I didn’t want to wake up the wife) to myself, “EVEN THOUGH I AM CONFUSED ABOUT THE SPECIFICS OF THIS PROJECT I TOTALLY www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com ACCEPT AND APPRECIATE MYSELF!” Within seconds, while I’m still massaging that point, my mind cleared and a complete sequence of thoughts burst into my mind like a bomb had gone off. So I immediately got up, came into the living room, grabbed a note pad and quickly mind-mapped the total mind burst that had came into the energy field of my brain. It’s called an epiphany. THIRD, feel your oneness with the universe. Sometimes it’s tempting to think that only the a few special people are privileged enough to get the opportunity to experience the full range of their potential. But that’s not true. To start off with, let us go over that platitude taught so often in Huna™ in such a way that it is very misunderstood. It is the saying, “For the Best of ALL concerned”. So when someone attempts to do a Kahuna Manifestation, and they put that little “tag” on the end of any manifestation drill, that “tad” does neutralize the drill according to the “beliefs” of the individual of what is right and what is wrong ACCORDING TO OTHERS that have imprinted his memories and his decision making processes in the past! Those little “tags” put into your brain my well meaning but very ignorant people will cause you to fail UNLESS they are cleared first from your energy bodies and from your beliefs. GUARANTEED! That tag, “for the best of all concern” is a de-motivator and a cop out for all that use it. I’m not the only one that thinks that. intensive 4 years back, we did have a great conversation about this. We both agree NEVER to teach it. With Thomas J. Hudson (1882 “The Law of Physic Phenomenon”) Psychology discovered that there are 3 different consciousness in a man. Jung called those 3 different consciousnesses the super conscious, the subconscious and the conscious. The 3 minds do have different roles to play in a man unfolding his life in the best manner possible. Now for a simplistic and boring explanation of those three minds. It’s necessary so that you will understand the importance of what I’ll be explaining AFTER those definitions. The super conscious mind is what the Kahuna called the Aumakua (amongst other names) and is the consciousness that made the decisions on what lessons you agreed to learn while you where here this time around (Edgar Cayce). The unconscious mind (also called subconscious, and is called the Unihipili in Hawaiian) is the part of the mind that has control over all the bodies’ functions, healing, and ESP skills. All subconscious minds are in contact at all times through the Zero Point energy field. Then the www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com conscious mind (the Uhane) is “us”. The normal guy that doesn’t what he really is. Those three minds only work congruently together when the analytical mind and the creative mind, the intelligent mind (the forebrain) and they primitive brain (the hypothalamus) are in synch. If the logical mind thinks thoughts that are different than what the creative mind thinks, there is NO coherence between those two minds. And the bad news is the subconscious mind ALWAYS WINS! So if your mommy told you, “Cover your head because if you don’t you’ll catch your death of a cold”, you will be much more susceptible to outside environments than if you were told something quite different. Something like, “Make the weather your friend”. Then you are healthy all the time, as long as the immune system is up to par.

There are so much negative hypnotic commands out in the world. Things like, “Those who smoke cigarettes are going to die of cancer, heart disease or poor circulation”. And it just is false programming. Recognize it, and cancel it from your life whenever possible. I personally do NOT read any newspapers and I do NOT watch News 10 on the television since about 1978. I do feel a lot better. “Four Secrets of Great Health!” Good health depends on 4 general areas; circulation, assimilation, relaxation and eliminations. Cigarette smoking has NOTHING to do with your health unless the other 4 areas are out of balance. One of the most important techniques in any valid mind mastery system is understanding the lines of communication between the three minds of “selves”, as the Kahunas called them. A unique concept in the Hawaiian technique of manifestation is that the subconscious mind and NOT the conscious mind have the direct and instantaneous DSL internet connectionwww.MentalTrainingSecrets.com to the super conscious mind. In fact scientific studies have shown the part of the brain that seems to be the communicator (the actual DSL line) is in the right frontal lobe. That information is NOT necessary to know to use these skills but is interesting science has entered into the realm of metaphysics. So, if we wish to communicate to our own higher self (sometimes called God by religious folks), to make our emotional thought forms of what we want to achieve, we (our conscious minds, left brain hemisphere) have to go through the subconscious (right brain hemisphere). It is NOT usually possible (there are exceptions) to communicate a manifestation emotional thought form™ directly to the higher self unless the conscious mind and the unconscious mind are hooked up emotionally (positive) and WITHOUT any limiting beliefs (doubts, guilt, incorrect verbiage, etc) stopping that deep level communication.

The most important part of the mechanism of this kind of selfmanifestation is learning to work through the subconscious to get to the super conscious. Prayer here is deciphered as communicating with congruency (a centered brain) to your own super conscious mind. Others believe that praying is begging God to do something for you that you selfishly want. William Glover had a neat analogy of that system and sequence of thinking. I am going to revamp it and update it with research he did NOT have. Try to think of the three selves (minds) of man as a house with a basement, a first floor, and an attic. The middle self (conscious mind, normally right brain hemisphere) lives on the first floor; it can see out the windows to get a glimpse of the world. There are trees and shrubs to block the view, however, and so the information gathered by the middle self may not be correct. This mind uses the five primary senses (there are most but I don’t want to complicate this report any more than it is) of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com

The low self (the subconscious mind) lives in the basement. There are no windows. The only “facts” (impressions of HIGH emotional content) given to the low self are pictures (also feelings, and the rest of the normal 5 senses of sound, touch, taste, and smell) sent through a telepathic telephone line from the middle self on the first floor. Up until about the age of 6 the subconscious does not question these “facts”, it simply accepts them as presented and files them away as “memory”. Simply put just about anyone that feeds information to the child and the child perceives them as a “significant other”, they will accept that information UNLESS is does not match with information they’ve received from another significant other. This type of conflict will STOP any communication between those two minds where there is incongruency. More on this part later. Now the super conscious mind lives in the attic. This higher self can see all around through its windows. No shrubbery blocks the view. It sees pure truth. However, and this is extremely important, the high self’s telephone line goes only to the low self in the basement. untrained individuals normally communicate directly to the middle self or conscious mind EXCEPT with emotions. Without proper training in Centered Mind Thinking, along with deep relaxation while keeping an “awaken mind”, there is no direct telephone line from the conscious to the super conscious in most people. There are some exceptions. And many of those exceptions were (and still are) confined to a mental ward as being crazy, as hallucinating, as being abnormal in a detrimental way. Others, like Donna Eden, Edgar Cayce, Swedenberg, Ingo Swann, blab, blab, blab had enough presence of mind to be mentally stable enough to NOT fall into the “crazy” trap. The reason I’ve state “emotional thought form™” is because the emotion is what give the thought form the proper “charge”. The Kahuna called this “Mana”. Mana (Polynesian vital force) is a much misunderstood word. NOTE: see my 5 DVD set on “Secrets www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com of Mana Energy”. In the traditional Hawaiian sense Mana was also defined as “spiritual power”. The truth is Mana is 8 forms of non-physical energy (with the exception of the electricals. The electricals are the MOST DENSE BODY ENERGY and can therefore be calibrated with instruments). NOTE: See a 3 DVD set, “Energy For Athletes” for details and how-to’s on this. This energy resides within humans, animals, plants, fish, stones, and also is concentrated in certain places. It can be acquired, passed to other, taken by the akua (god, goddess, deity, deities), placed into objects and used to perform “miraculous” deeds. From quantum physics it’s becoming increasingly evident that the rich stew of the materials universe is boiling up from a single mysterious

ingredient. As Edgar Cayce said, “Spirit is the life, mind is the builder and the physical is the result!” There are many “close to physical forms” of this bio, magnetic, electrical energy. Mesmer used this energy for healing and called it mesmerism. Baron von Reichenbach performed thousands of well-documented experiments on what he called “Od” (One of the reasons we give as a FREE BONUS one of his rare books). The Baron made no secret of the fact that he was stimulated in his research by the work of Mesmer. Like Mesmer, he found that many people could distinctly feel various sensations from the passage of a magnet over their bodies, without it actually touching them. The Hawaiians did NOT have access to the scientific minds of people like Mesmer and the Baron, so their definitions went into the metaphysical. The akua were supposed to have the most Mana. Next, the ali’i, as direct descendants of the deities, were supposed to possess great Mana; so much so that it was dangerous for commoners to come into their presence. The Hawaiians thought you either had Mana, or you didn’t. If you had it you were blessed by the Gods. If you didn’t have it, you became a slave to the ruling caste of ali’i. Max did NOT use the above political description of Mana, but a different definition. Max, through his research decided that each of man’s minds like a Mana, and that when those Mana’s of the 3 minds were synchronized, you then had a workable form of magic. We have a physical form of Mana that is taken from the food we eat, be it of the vegetable or the animal world, and the air we breathe. This Mana is taken from the food and air by the low self and is stored in it’s aka body, but it is shared with the middle self and the higher self. We also have an emotional form of Mana, good and bad. Hate is an emotional form of Mana that over the long term in bad for the human body. Continue the breathing until you feel fully charged: I now command my low self to hold this Mana energy, until I am ready to send it to the higher self. 4. Make contact with your higher self: Parental spirit, who dwells in the realm of Light, I call to you. May the perfection of Your level of being be reflected to my level of being. I ask that You lead and guide me in all that is being done. I ask that You take an active part in my life. May Your power create for me the good things, first in Your perfected realm and then cause them to appear as realities on my physical level. 5. Make the mental picture (thought form) of the desired condition: I now make in my mind the mental picture of that which I desire. I feel a deep, emotional need for this request. Repeat your request three times with as much emotion as possible: I see myself as already obtaining my request, and give thanks for it. 6. Now that way has been lost, but we do have WAYS THAT WORK REAL WELL based upon quantum physics, hypnosis, NLP, Healing Energies, and the new found laws of manifestation. SO I’m going to take Max’s Prayer and redo it in a way that is more effective and that I’ve taught personally to thousands of people since the early 80s. 1. Decide what is to be asked for in your 3 self communications. Usually this comes from a conscious “want”, which is really just noticing what you don’t have. This is stated in what you want and NOT what you don’t want. So let us say “I want to be certified as an NLP trainer by Richard Bandler”. If you do use what you don’t want, be sure to finish up with what you want instead. So if you are confused and don’t want to be confused, you can decide that “I am confused and don’t wantwww.MentalTrainingSecrets.com to be confused. I want to be clear on XYZ instead”. Then you can follow through with the rest of what I’m giving below. Just a NOTE here. You can be confused, and just erase that energy perturbance out of your energy system. Here’s how you do that. Just massage they Governing vessel lymphatics (where the arm is sewn onto the body) as you say, “Even though I am confused I totally accept and respect myself”. Do about 3-5 times on each side. We’ve had people who were a 8.5 on confusion drop to a 2 within 10-15 seconds. AFTER you notice your conscious want, notice how you feel about that want. The feelings can be positive or negative. Either way define that feeling and write it down. Many times we have negative feelings about what we want because of earlier programming from others. “We are too stupid.”

Now we need to hook the 4 parts of the brain together so that the conscious mind and the subconscious mind have coherence, and are working together. This is done with steps. One of the most relaxing things I remember is when I was in a hot tub, lying totally extended, with the body totally relaxed and almost falling asleep. You are looking for the mental twilight state, where you are floating between awake and falling asleep. After the physical relaxation and the mental relaxation you do a “hypnoticdeepening drill™” where you go to the specific location of the thought-form that you want to manifest. You do a self-deepening by saying to yourself… “I am going to count downwards from 10 to 1. On the count of one I will be exactly at the level of mind where I can multiple the intensity of my thought forms by at least 1,000 times. “Five…four…three…down…down…down…deeper and deeper”. “Two…one…and I am now in the Kahuna ESP Mind where I use my minds in any way I desire…and it is so”. 5. This is the “segment intending” part of the Kahuna ESP Mind™ where you set up a specific thought-form just for the task you want to work on. NOTE: I strongly suggest that you tape record this entire session. Why? Because you are going to be in a deep aware trance and beginners doing this tend to lose the bridges of consciousness and dolphin in and out of “awake” while they process the information. is a vague feeling of having done something important, but you can’t remember what it was. Here’s how you do it. Why in that Kahuna Centered Mind™ State of Awareness you say… “I’m going to count from 1 to 3. On the count of 3 my awareness will be focused on ‘task XYZ’.” You then sense, using your imagination that you are a certified NLP trainer under Richard Bandler you pretend you see yourself as a successful trainer certified by Richard Bandler. It’s already occurred, and you know the time lines of your current situation and the time line of “as if it has occurred”. From the Centered Kahuna Mind you see certification as if true. You notice the feelings you get about what you see by stepping into the picture. You might notice that those feelings feel ‘fake’ and like they will not come www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com true. So notice in your own body where “true” feelings are and where fake feelings are. Notice where they are. Notice where they seem to come from outside your body. Pretend you can sense their shapes, sizes and distances. Some people can even sense their colors and their sounds. Once you notice all of this (which is rather easy to do) then you can calibrate if your manifestation is going to be successful, or not. Now ask that part that is feeling “fake” what it must do to get certified by Richard Bandler. Be still and listen to the answer.

If you don’t hear an answer, what you do is look over your shoulder back to your present time (with you sitting in that chair with your eyes closed and your hands on your thighs) and the future time (were you are now), and notice all the things YOU needed to do that would assist you in receiving a valid and ethical credential. The answer steps you see might be “Go to his Florida intensive and show him how good you are already at NLP. Go early and assist John LaValle and Kathleen in setting up the room, in doing the grunt. Volunteer to run the groups.” In fact plan out your entire processes in specific details on what YOU NEED TO DO to achieve that from what you see, hear and feel as you look back on your time line to the present. After you’ve done that you again step into that new movie with the new details and notice those associated feelings. Very easy to fix. So you step out (dissociate) and again ask that part “what else do I need to do to earn that certification?” This time the answer you see, hear and feel as you look all the way back to the present is, “Start reviewing all that you know about NLP now, so that when you go there you will dazzle them with your skills. Also get your energy tactics down to perfection and offer to do for his attendees a free energy medicine lunch time seminar”. So you again make those pictures as if they’ve already occurred and notice what feelings you now have when you step into the picture as if you are certified in NLP under Richard Bandler. Those feelings do NOT mean that you are done. What you do then is go back to the feeling good because you have the certificate and notice what you need to do right away to achieve what you desire. You might see that you need to talk with John LaValle and Kathleen to get things started and you need to do it right away. So, while inside that specific segment intending, you set up ANOTHER segment intending. It will go something like this. “I’m going to count from 1 to 3 and on the count of three I will imagine myself talking with John and Kat. It is breakfast and they are there eating with someone else. That someone else is Rex Sikes. I see myself talking with John and John invites me to the Richard Bandler seminar in Florida. I see myself talking with Kat. She is asking me about the energy www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com stuff that I do. She is interested and thinks maybe I might be able to give a short course on it there. I talk with Rex. Rex has some NLP tapes out. I suggest that I would like to study them and then ask him if he would like some of my Kahuna Tapes and martial arts videos in return. He says yes, that would be cool”. I then “thank them”, and count from 1 to 3 and exit that specific immediate segment intending. I then “thank my higher self and my ‘George (subconscious mind)’ for assisting me in my communications with those others in a remote distance manner.” Then I exit that specific distant segment intending. While still in a deep trance I decide to get up and go to bed. I tell myself, “I am going to count from 1 to 5, on the count of 5 I am going to lay down, and go to sleep knowing that I will get up at the perfect time to talk with John, Kat and Rex during breakfast, and it is so”. On the count of five I will get up, and go to bed, knowing that I will get up at the perfect time to talk with John, Kat and Rex during breakfast, and it is so. Four…FIVE…EYES OPEN, I’m now getting up and going to bed…knowing that I will get up at the perfect time to talk with John, Kat and Rex. You then fall asleep. The next morning, expecting to wake up at 7 am, you wake up at 10:30. You are really pissed off, because…somehow…you screwed up the time. So you go to breakfast anyhow. Guess who’s who the only people are in that restaurant. It is totally vacant except for John, Kat and Rex having a breakfast together… They see you come in. They invite you to eat breakfast with them. During that breakfast John invites you,www.MentalTrainingSecrets.com as his guest, to go to the next Bandler intensive. During that breakfast Kat talks with you about energy. After a few minutes talking she mentions that “maybe you can do a small energy seminar while at the Bandler/LaValle intensive. During that breakfast, Rex tells you how much he enjoyed your 8 hour presentation the day before and that he is interested in your videos. So you mention that you’d love to trade some of your videos for some of his NLP tapes. It’s a done deal. Kahuna manifestation takes work in the spiritual plane and in the objective universe. One without the use of the other is pointless. Here’s one last thought. It’s impossible to perform any act without causing at least an inconvenience to someone else. So there is always someone that is going to accuse you of being evil if you let anyone know that you have learned this simple version of the Kahuna ESP Mind Remote Influence. Here’s the secret. One Cayce proverb says in effect that we approach the throne of grace leaning on the arm of another whom we have helped. In other words, your attitudes and your actions (in both the objective universe and in the subjective universe) based on a genuine concern for someone or something actually lead you to your ultimate destiny.
