Cabinet Installation and Overlaying Cabinet Installatio n Space Requirements
叠柜安装空间需求 Space requirements for overlaying installation:

机柜并列安装时,机柜间距离为 100~500mm。 When the cabinets are installed side by side, the space between the cabinets should be 100 - 500 mm.

Cabinet Top Cover Installation
对于非叠柜安装及叠柜安装的上层机柜,需要安装顶罩。 It is required to install top covers for the cabinets in a non-overlaying installation or for the cabinet on top of an overlaying installation. 将顶盖放置在机柜上。 1. Place the top cover on top of the cabinet. 1.

Cabinet Base Fastening
将底座按设计要求放置在正确的位置,确定 4 个膨胀 螺栓打孔位置。
1. Place the base to a proper position as per design requirements, and then determine the hole drilling positions for the 4 expansion bolts.

在打孔位上钻直径 16mm,深 80mm 的洞,将膨胀螺 栓垂直敲击进钻好的洞中,至上表面与地面齐平。

Drill holes of 16 mm in diameter and 80 mm in depth on the determined hole positions. Strike the expansion bolts vertically into the holes, until they are flush with the ground.
3. 将 M12 螺栓依次穿过底座、绝缘垫片、平垫、弹垫、 螺帽,将底座固定在地面上。 3. Put the M12 screws through cabinet base, insulation washer, flat washer, spring washer and nuts in turn, and then fasten the base on the ground.

Installin g a Cabinet to Its Base
连接方式 1:2 个定位销+2 个 M12 内六角螺栓(用于 RC8910A 柜与底座的连接) Installation Method 1: Two dowel pins & two M12 inner hexagon screws (used to fasten the RC8910A cabinet to its base)
定位销:使用 M8 内六角螺栓固定在底座上 Dowel pin: M8 inner hexagon screws are used to fasten it to the base.
1. 使用两颗 M8 内六角螺栓将定位销固定在底座后部的 定位销安装孔上。注意安装定位销时要确保定位销与 底座垂直,否则会造成机柜安装困难。 1. Use two M8 inner hexagon screws to fasten the dowel pin to the back of the base, on which holes are provided holding pin installation. Note that the dowel pins must be installed vertically to the base; or else, it will be difficult to install the cabinet.
使用配胶质垫圈的 M12 螺栓连接机柜与底座 M12 screws, provided with rubber washers, are used to fasten the cabinet to its base.

2.Place the RC8910A cabinet on the base, and push it backwards steadily, until the dowel pins are inserted in the fixing holes completely, and the sides of cabinet should align to those of the base. Be careful not to get hurt while pulling the cabinet because the cabinet may slide out of the base.

与底座固定在一起。 1. In the four bottom corners of the battery cabinet, use M12 inner hexagon screws, which are provided with rubber washers, to fasten the battery cabinet to the base.
在基带柜底部四角使用配胶质垫圈的 M12 螺钉将基带柜与 底座或射频柜固定在一起。 In the four bottom corners of the BBU cabinet, use M12 inner hexagon screws, which are provided with rubber washers, to fasten the BBU cabinet to the base or the RFS cabinet.

Cabinet Overlapping
进行叠柜安装前,要将下面机柜顶部两侧的过线槽盖板和中部的穿线孔盖板拆除。 Before one cabinet is overlaid on another cabinet, remove the cable trough cover plates (on both sides) and the cable hole cover plates (in the middle) on top of the cabinet.
1. 将穿线槽盖板上的螺丝
拆除,取下盖板。 1. Remove the screw that fastens the cable trough cover plate and then remove the cover plate.
2.从机柜内部将穿线孔盖板的四颗螺丝拆除,取下盖板。
2. Remove the four screws that fasten the cable hole cover plate inside the cabinet and then remove the cover plate.

穿线孔组件的安装必须紧固、严密,否则可能导 致机柜渗水。 The cable hole assembly must be installed securely and tightly, or else, water may soak through the cabinet. 安装完成 Cabinet overlaying is completed. 注意:机柜叠加安装前,要先将机柜顶盖安装完毕。 Note: You must install a top cover to the cabinet prior to the cabinet overlaying.
机柜固定及叠加完成。 Fastening and overlaying of cabinets are completed.
NOTE:
1. 如果 BC8910A 柜安装有加热器,需
将加热器固定螺丝拆除,将加热器 拉出后(不必拆除加热器电源线) 进行 4 个 M12 叠柜螺丝的安装 1. If there is a heater in the BC8910A, remove the screws which fasten the heater, then pull out the heater (Don’t remove the power cable of the heater), and finally fasten four M12 screws.
2. 若 BC8910A 柜满配置发货,需将加 热器上方 2U 高度内的设备拆除后 进行 4 个 M12 叠柜螺丝的安装。 2. If the BC8910A cabinet is fully configured before ex-works, you need to remove the assemblies in the 2U above the heater, then install the four M12 screws.

BC8910A 柜中,电源的监控模块(红圈中右一模块)和
整流单体需要现场安装 For the BC8910A cabinet, the power monitoring module (the right module in the red box) and the rectifier module are required to be installed on site.
1. 将监控模块平稳插入右一槽位,直至外表面与机框齐
平,将模块下部的松不脱螺钉拧紧,固定模块。 1. Insert the power monitoring module smoothly to the far right slot, until the external side of the module is flush with the shelf. Fasten the captive screw on the lower part of the module to fasten the module.
2. 插入整流单体时,用手将模块下部的固定把手抬起,
将模块平稳插入对应槽位,直至外表面与机框齐平, 松开把手。
2. To insert the rectifier module, lift the handle on the lower part of the module, and then insert the module to the corresponding slot smoothly, until the external side of the module is flush with the shelf, then release the handle.
5.2 RC8910A
Modul e Installation in RC8910A Cabin et
RC8910A 机柜内可安装 6 个 RSU82。RSU82 安装完毕 后,将 RSU82 电源线连接到 RSU82 电源接口。RSU82
电源线已布放到对应槽位。 The RC8910A cabinet can accommodate 6 RSU82 modules. After the RSU82 modules are installed, connect the RSU82 power cables to the RSU82 power ports. The RSU82 power cables are already routed to their respective slots.
将 RSU82 上下两边的突脊对准机柜 RSU82 安装位的卡槽,将 RSU82 平稳推入。 Align the protruding edges on the upper and lower sides to the guiding tracks of RSU82 slot and then push the RSU82 in to the slot smoothly.

5.3 PC8910A
Battery Installatio n i n PC8910A Cabinet
将电池整齐地摆放在 PC8910A 柜中,电极一侧朝外。当 配置 4 块电池时,摆放在下层;配置 8 块电池时,上下层 各摆放 4 块。 Tidily place the battery packs in the PC8910A cabinet, with the electrodes facing outside. When 4 battery packs are configured, place them at the lower shelf; and when 8 battery packs are configured, load both upper and lower shelves with 4 battery packs respectively. 注:摆放电池前应先将相关线缆布放到位,否则会导致线 缆布放困难,具体参见 6.1.2 节 Note: The relevant cables must be well routed before the battery packs are loaded, or else, it is difficult to route them. Refer to 6.1.2 for details. 若只安装 4 块电池,空余的电池连接线的端子绝缘保护请 保留。 If only 4 battery packs are installed, the insulated layer on the terminals of unused battery cables must be reserved.

Note that the plugs at both sides of cable hole should be kept in original positions after the cable is routed through. C. 机柜之间的线缆要穿保护套管保护,套管长度保证机柜间线缆不外露,套管端口用胶带封闭。 Protective tubes must be provided for the cables routed between cabinets. The length of protective tube should ensure that no cable is exposed. The ends of protective tubes should be sealed with adhesive tapes D. 线缆 1/2/3/4 从射频柜右侧外走线槽进入基带柜,用白色扎带将线缆绑扎在走线槽扎线孔上。线缆 1/2/3 和 4 分开绑扎。 注意线缆绑扎时应平铺在走线槽上,否则可能导致盖板无法安装。 Cables 1, 2, 3, and 4 go through the external cable trough at the right side of RFS cabinet and then enter inside the BBU cabinet. 线缆 1/2/3 从电池柜底部左侧穿线孔穿入电池柜。 线缆 4 从电池柜底部右侧穿线孔穿入电池柜。注意线缆穿入后两侧进线孔堵头保持在原位 机柜之间的线缆要穿保护套管保护,套管长度保证机柜间线缆不外露,套管端口用胶带封闭 线缆 1/2/3/4 从射频柜右侧外走线槽进入基带柜,用白色扎带将线缆绑扎在走线槽扎线孔上。线缆 1/2/3 和 4 分开绑 扎。注意线缆绑扎时应平铺在走线槽上,否则可能导致盖板无法安装 Precautions for Routing Cables: 1. Cables 1, 2, and 3 are routed in the battery cabinet through the cable holes on the left side of bottom of battery cabinet. 2. Cable 4 goes into the battery cabinet through the cable hole on the right side of bottom of battery cabinet. Note that the plugs at both sides of cable hole should be kept in original positions after the cable is routed through. 3. Protective tubes must be provided for the cables routed between cabinets. The length of protective tube should ensure that no cable is exposed. The ends of protective tubes should be sealed with adhesive tapes. 4. Cables 1, 2, 3, and 4 go through the external cable trough at the right side of RFS cabinet and enter inside the BBU cabinet. The cables should be fastened via the cable fastening holes of the cable trough with the white cable ties, with cables 1, 2, and 3 separating from cable 4. Note that the cables should be fastened flat on the cable trough, or else, the cable trough cover plate can not be installed. 1. 2. 3. 4.

将风扇电源线标有“BC8910A_B201_LLVD2_5”端子连接到B201电源LLVD2的5号端子。标有“ BC8910A_-48VRTN”的 端子连接到基带柜右侧电源接地排。 电池温感线连接到X4接口。 基带柜“TEC/DOOR ”接口引出一条一分二线缆,两个接头分别标有“ TEC”和“DOOR ”标签,将门禁线与标有 “DOOR ”的接口连接。 电池电源线黑线连接到“BATT Input”1号开关端口。红线连接到基带柜右侧电源接地排。 A为电源接地排。 线缆连接完毕后应沿机柜侧面及底部的扎线孔整齐牢固地绑扎。
Cable Connections : 1. Connect the “BC8910A_B201_LLVD2_5 ” labeled terminal of fan power cable to the No. 5 terminal of LLVD2 of B201 power supply, and the “BC8910A_-48VRTN ” labeled terminal to the power ground bar at the right side of BBU cabinet. 2. Connect the temperature sensor cable of the battery to the X4 port. 3. The “TEC/DOOR” port of BBU cabinet provides a two-in-one cable, which has two connectors labeled as “TEC” and “DOOR” respectively. Connect the access control cable to the “DOOR” connector. 4. Connect the black wire of battery power cable to the port of “BATT Input” switch No. 1, and the red wire to the power grounding bar at the right side of BBU cabinet. 5. “A” is the power grounding bar. 6. After cable connections are done, the cables should be tidily and t ightly fastened via cable fastening holes on the side wall and bottom of cabinet.

Each label must be marked with a specific number ranging from 0 to 5, which is used to match TX0 RX0 to TX5 RX5. Run cables 0 through 2 from the right cable-through hole to the BC8910A. Run cables 3 through 5 from the left cable-through hole to the BC8910A.

线缆 2 A 端将标注有“LLVD1-1” “LLVD1-2”的电源 线分别接入对应的开关的下接线口。将标签标有 “-48VRTN”的线缆连接到机柜右侧标有“ -48VRTN” 的电源接地排上。B 端已连接在射频柜电源输入接口 上。
Connect end A of cable No.1 to the grounding bar on left side of the BBU cabinet, and the end B to the grounding connector of RFS cabinet
2. Connect A ends of cables No.2 that are labeled as “LLVD1-1” and “LLVD1-2” (they are power cables) to the cable connectors of relevant switches. And connect the cable labeled as “-48VRTN” to the “-48VRTN” power grounding bar. B ends of the cables are already connected to the power connectors of RFS cabinet.

线缆 3 A 端按 0~5 号顺序依次插入 BBU FS 单板 TX0RX0~TX5RX5 端口;B 端插入 RSU82 TX1RX1 接口。
3. Connect A ends of cables No.3 to the ports TX0RX0 ~ TX5RX5 of BBU FS boards as per the number sequence from 0 to 5. Connect B ends to the RSU82 TX1RX1 ports.
注意:基带柜出厂时已经有若干线缆连接到开关,现场安装其它线缆时务必保证这些线缆不松脱。 There will be some cables connected to switches of BBU cabinet before ex-works. Make sure that these cables are not loosened during the installation on site.
线缆连接完毕后应沿机柜侧面及底部的扎线孔整齐牢固地绑扎。 After cable connections are done, the cables should be tidily and tightly fastened via cable fastening holes on the side wall and bottom of cabinet.

Cable Connection
线缆连接方式 Cable Connections: 1.机柜总线与射频柜左侧保护地接地排连接,机柜外与室外接地排就近连接。 1. Connect cabinet grounding bus to the grounding bar on the left side of RFS cabinet and then connect it to the nearest outdoor grounding bar. 2.GPS 馈线与 GPS 避雷器 N 型接头连接,机柜外与 GPS 天线连接。 2. Connect the GPS feeder cable to the N-type connector of GPS lightning arrester, and then connect it to the GPS antenna outside. 3.交流输入电源线与 AC INPUT 开关连接,机柜外与供电设备连接 3. Connect the AC input power cable to the AC INPUT switch, and then connect it to external power supply device.
B201 电源交流输入线有 4 根线芯,颜色分别为兰、 红、棕、黑。将兰色线芯接入 N 端口,红、棕、黑 分别接入 L1、L2、L3 接口。 The B201 power supply input cable provides four wires, in colors of blue, red, brown and black. Connect the blue wire to the N-type connector, and the red, brown and black wires to the L1, L2 and L3 connectors respectively.

6.11 特别说明 Note
1.2T4R RSU82 在做单扇高载使用时, 射频跳线只连接 ANT1/ANT3 接口。 1. For the 2T4R RSU82 used in a Multi-carrier One Sector application, it is required to connect the RF jumper cables to ANT1/ANT3 ports only.
2. 若 RC8910A 柜内只需安装 3 个 RSU82,不用的槽位在出厂时已安装 假面板,现场安装时只需将 3 个 RSU82 安装在空余槽位即可。 2. If only three RSU82s are installed in PC8910A cabinet, the unused slots will have dummy panels installed in factory. Install the three RSU82s to the slots that are not covered on site.
