I will know a lot of information information about the company of Continental. The company will conduct a seminar for us (Senior High School Students) and will have a tour in their company. company. My classmates classmates and I will discover a new idea about the industry and apply it in the future when we’ll going to have our our own job and businesses.
III. Activity in the work immersion/ visit (in order) Here are the following activities in our work immersion during our visit in the company of Continental:
First, the speaker conducted a very short discussion about their company (what the company is all about, what they are doing/producing and etc.) After the speaker speaker conducted the discussion, discussion, she she asked a few questions questions about her topic and to the one, who will answer her question, will have a prize that comes from the company itself.
After the discussion and the question and answer portion, we had a tour in their production where the designated staff of their company discussed and explained a lot about the different activities inside the production.
IV. Learnings / Insights gained in the Immersion Here are the following learnings or insights that I gained during the Immersion:

In 2016. Continental is number one worldwide for foundation brakes, safety electronics, telematics, vehicle instrumentation, and fuel supply systems, and number two for electronic brake systems and brake boosters. I learned that the Continental Temic Company is one of the five largest automobile suppliers worldwide.
V. Comments / Suggestion about the activity/ immersion in the company My comments and suggestions about the activity during our work immersion in the company are the following:
The speaker should be clear and loud in speaking in the front of her audience during the discussion. I suggest that she should do her job according to what is right as an employee of the company. The staff that was assigned in the company tour should know the important information about the production of the company.

The company will conduct a seminar for us (Senior High School Students) and we will be given a chance to have a tour inside their company. I will gain a lot of knowledge about the company of Applied Machining Corporation. My classmates and I will discover a new idea about this different kind of industry.

First, the company conducted a discussion about their company (what the company is all about, what they are doing/producing and etc.)
After it, we had given a chance to meet the president of the company and he briefly discussed about their company and also about their business. Then, we have a picture taking activity together with some of the staffs and the president of the company. After the picture taking, we had a tour in their production area where the designated staff of their company briefly discussed and explained some things about the different activities held inside the production area. After the tour, we received some giveaways that came from the company.
IV. Learnings / Insights gained in the Immersion Here are the following learnings or insights that I gained during the Immersion:
Applied Machining Corporation is a Philippine-based company established in 2010, which started its commercial operation on June 2011. Their company mission is to provide the clients in attaining a competitive advantage by delivering quality products on-time at a competitive price. Their company vision is to be a global leader in machining by having competent employees working as a team in providing for the customer needs.
V. Comments / Suggestion about the activity/ immersion in the company My comments and suggestions about the activity during our work immersion in the company are the following:
They should have conducted the seminar in a bigger room so that it is not crowded but still the seminar is good. We should be early when we go outside the campus to visit a company so that we will not be running out of time.

II. Expectations before the visit (in bullet form) Here are the following expectations that I have before the company visit:
We’ll just have a quick visit and we’ll go to the next company which is Lucky Me. We’ll get to know some information about Gardenia, its history and production. We’ll have some bread as giveaways after the company tour.
III. Activity in the work immersion/ visit (in order) Here are the following activities in our work immersion during our visit in the company of Gardenia:
We watched some video presentations about the company of gardenia and after it, the staff discussed about the company tour and what will happen inside the production area. We went inside the production area where the bread of gardenia was made and we watched how the bread was made by visiting the different stations on how to make the bread of Gardenia. After the company tour, we received some of their products as giveaways.

The company should emphasize their mission and vision as a company and what is the success behind their company. They should be open and they should share what are the different strategies on how to become a successful owner of a company. They should share on how to make bread by conducting a mini seminar not using the machines.

We will have a quick visit inside the company. We will know about the company of Lucky Me (history, products and etc.) We’ll have some products of Lucky Me that serves as giveaways after the company tour.
III. Activity in the work immersion/ visit (in order) Here are the following activities in our work immersion during our visit in the company of Lucky Me, Monde Nissin:
We first, have a picture taking before going inside the factory. We were given some instructions before going to the production area. After it, we went inside the production area where the noodles, goodies and other products of lucky me were made. Then we were taught on how to make home-made noodles where we can eat it even in our homes. After that, we were given some of their products as giveaways.
IV. Learnings / Insights gained in the Immersion Here are the following learnings or insights that I gained during the Immersion:
The lucky me! Logo visually sends the signal of the brand’s care for its consumers. A graceful circle runs around the “Lucky Me!” text to give a feeling of a warm embrace from a good friend. Monde Nissin, through its flagship brand Lucky Me!, launched the Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga (Family Mealtime Matters) advocacy which aims to encourage families to gather during dinner and share meaningful conversations over meals.
V. Comments / Suggestion about the activity/ immersion in the company
It was a quick visit and we’re not allowed to tak e pictures so, we do not have so many pictures to take as one of our good memories. They should use real ingredients to show to us on how to make home-made noodles.
