I’m in my final final year but I plan to do a master’s degree after I graduate. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and learning languages. 2. What are you studying at university? At this time , I’m in my second second year of Architecture at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. I really love Architecture because I have always been interested in design and the history of architecture. 3. What do you know about our company? I have read on your website that Marriott International is a hotel chain from Maryland. It is the leader in hotel industry. It has hotels in over 70 different countries. Also, some of my friends have worked in one of your hotels and they say that the work atmosphere is lively and really friendly.
4. What is your primary reason for joining the W&T USA program? The best thing about the program is that I get the chance to experience the American way of living and the multicultural environment. The program also gives me an opportunity to become more independent, improve my English, travel around the USA and gain some working experience.
5. What do you think is your most important skill / characteristic? I would say I’ m a / I see myself as a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. My friends tell me that I am a perfectionist. I pay attention to all the details, and like to be sure that everything is just right. My greatest strength is my flexibility. At university, I have learned that some projects require individual attention and others involve teamwork, and I have successfully handled both. I have excellent communication skills. Most of my teachers have pointed out my ability to organize my thoughts, give presentations and communicate with different listeners.

Although my family and I have never been separated for that long, my parents don’t live in the same place where I study so I have been living alone for two years already and I’m quite independent. Of course, I will miss both my family and friends, but I can talk to them over Skype. Also, I make friends easily so I surely won’t be lonely. lonely.
