(1) Configuration Data Check From the Dump,before the configuration set RbSetupRspTmr and SRB RestTime both are 5s. when RbSetupRspTmr modify to 8s, but the SRB Resttime still 5s, the count before calculate on VS.RAB.FailEstabCS.UuNoReply will transfer to SRB Rest, but during the access there is no special count for SRB Rest, the count will calculate on VS.RAB.FailEstabCS.RNL, that’s why the failure of CS Establish not change too much.
