OPERATOR CERTIFICATION
Operator certification verifies that an operator has the right competence to run a filling line correctly and safely.
Based on your needs, we can provide: • Filling equipment operator certication • Distribution equipment operator certication
1
OPERATOR CERTIFICATION
Benefits: • Veries your operators’ competence on the entire lling line • Provides a comprehensive evaluation of operators’ competence, including an online theoretical test and an on-site practical skills assessment under the supervision of Tetra Pak experts • Identies possible competence gaps
WRITTEN ASSESSMENT This part consists of a multiple-choice test on operating specific equipment. The operator must pass this written assessment before proceeding to the practical assessment. PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT According to a global standardized assessment, a Tetra Pak assessor super vises the operator during normal production to verify that the operator can safely and correctly run a specific line/equipment. The practical test covers three areas: • Production start-up • Production and production control • Weekly care
The test follows a predened checklist to ensure objectivity. CERTIFICATION Operators who pass the certification process successfully receive a certificate which proves that they can operate the equipment in a safe and correc t way.
