I. CH:URCH/ASSEMBLY NAME The name of this Church/Assembly shall be, United Apostolic Holiness Assemblies
International (hereinafter referred to as "The Church/Assembly").
II. GO\TERI\'ING DOCTIMENTS On December 13, 2005,I, Apostle Larry Jerome Rivers Founded The United Apostolic Holiness Assemblies International in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Church/Assembly of the Lord Jesus Christ. I serve as the Incumbent of the Office of the General Overseer for a Life Term, sick or well, and te#ninated at Death. I shall name my Successor by Amending the Articles of tncorporation of the Corporation Sole, to include the name of my successor. 2. That this Church/Assembly was established through the necessity for unification of True Apostolic Believers, of like purpose, practice, and faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. J. That this Church/Assembly shall ordain and license minisfsl5, administer discipline when needed, and propagate the teachings of Jesus Christ, and his Apostles, according to New Testament 1.
Apostolic Doctrine. Th. gou"**ent of the United Apostolic Holiness Assemblies lnternational is solely vested in the Offrce of the General Overseer. The General Overseer is the incumbent of the Church/Assembly, and has the responsibility of administering and man4ging the affairs, properfy, and temporalities of the Chwch/Assembly. The General Overseer shall serve for a Life Term, sick or well, and terminated at death, and shall legally name his successor, by amending the Articles of lncorporation. 5. The Church/Assembly has no voting membership, and membership is limited to those who have ' received Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, and who agrees to be governed by the Statement of Doctrine, and the Apostolic Covenant of the United Apostolic Holiness Assemblies International.

The General Overseer shall not receive a salary from the ChurchlAssembly, and shall agtee to a Vow of Poverty, where everything in excess of his necessary living expenses, shall be used for the furtherance of the mission of the Church/Assembly. 7. All real property of the Church/Assembly shall be held in perpetuity by the Incumbent of the Office of the General Overseer. Upon the death of the Incumbent of the Office of the General Overseer, all rights, title, and interests of real property, shall be transferred to the legally named successor to the Office of the General Overseer, in the Articles of Incorporation, and not to the Incumbent's Heirs or

Executors. Under the exclusive headship and sovereignty of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Church, its members, attendees, pastor, elder(s), deacon(s), mother(s) etc., shall submit to and be govemed in accordance with God's Word, the Holy Bible, as well as the Church/Assembly's Canon, Statement of Doctrine, and other governing documents which may from time to time be prescribed by the Church/Assembly.
III. SCOPE OF POWERS The Church/Assembly, acting through its General Overseer, Pastor, Elder(s), and any they may fromtime to time appoint, and pursuant to the Church's polity, shall be authorized to conduct Church activities and functions deemed necessary to the proper operation of the Church. Such activities shall include, but not be limited to, opening financial accounts such as bank accounts (whether checking, savings, etc.), as well as brokerage or other investment accounts, the purchase, lease or rental of church meeting facilities, as well as necessary office facilities, the purchase, lease or rental of church office equipment, musical instruments, sacerdotal accouterments, and any and all other forms of property, both real and personal, vehicles, equipment, supplies, implements or tools deemed necessary to the proper operation of the Church, the purchase of insurance, the remuneration or compensation of the Church's minister(s) such as its pastor(s) and other ministers, the distribution of tangible and intangible gifts or benevolent charities, as wellas any other necessary and appropriate financial transactions, the Church/Assembly acting through its goveming body, for the initiation, promotion, expansion and continuation of this ministry. Although a church, its integrated auxiliaries, or a convention or association of churches is not required to file Form 1023 to be exempt from federal income tax or to receive tax deductible contributions, the orgarization may find it advantageous to obtain recognition of exemption.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily
resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
VIII. FORMAL CODE OF DOCTRINE AI{D DISCIPLINE We, the declarant(s) Apostle Larry Jerome Rivers, Mother Maggie Wilson, and Missionary Juanita Grant declare, affirm and recognize The Apostle's Doctrine, as God's Only Plan of Salvation for the Human Family. The basic and fundamental doctrine of this Church/Assembly shall be the Bible standard of full salvation, which is repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
We also believe and practice three ordinances: 1.
Water Bantism - by Immersion, In the Name of sins and receiving the Gift of Salvation.
Jesus Christ, after repenting of one's
Holv Communion - (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation. We believe in partaking of the Bread, which

represents Christ's Broken Body, and in partaking of the Wine, or Juice, which represents Christ's Shed Blood. 3. Foot Washinp - We follow the example and command of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and it is a divine institution. It is well to follow His example and wash one another's feet; thus manifesting the spirit of humility.

We also affirm and declare that the specific meeting places of worship may vary to locations such as a leased or owned buildings or house, public property, meeting halls, restaurants, coffee shops, radio communications, conference call, cell phone conversations, online webinar(s), forums and all forms of digital communications (such as but not limited to website domains) that allow for the gathering of members of "The Church/Assembly".
