Objective : i . To ensure cleaning and sanitation of tank, and pipelines, discharge valve, transferring pump ii. To ensure a hygienic production process. iii. To ensure RBD coconut oil storages without mixing with other o ils. Scope : All coconut oil processing tanks, lines and valves

Procedure : 1. Remove processed Palm oil/Olein/Palm kernel oil f rom the process lines as much as possible 2. Steam flushing the Bleacher tank, PLF and deodorizer. 3. Use approx. 0.5 MT of cured coconut oil and flush the bleacher tank and the PLF including lines. And the flushed coconut oil should be sent to CPO tank. 4. Take 2 MT of crude coconut oil to the bleacher and bleach the oil using bentonite (2%) and filter through the PLF and store in the BOT (Bleached oil tank). 5. Take the bleached coconut oil to the deodorizer and process it. Then put this refined oil to the RBD palm oil tank. 6. After QC approves (approval is given when the final out oil has color, acid value and IV within the standards), refined coconut oil processing will be continued and the RBD coconut oil will be stored in suitable tanks (Tank 1,Tank 2 and Tank 6) Prepared by Production Manager
