The part of the world we are watching is  just as small as drop of an ocean. The way milk owns butter in itself but it is

invisible in its normal state, exactly the same way the sthool jagat or world contains so many worlds or we can say infinite worlds and innumerable secrets. Well, the Sukshm Jagat had remained famous among sadhak but when Sadhak enters into Sukshm Jagat from Nirgad dwar and when step by step the exercise increases, he may get success through some difficult processes of Jagat bhedan. This way, I even understood some secrets beyond Sukshm Jagat from Swami Nikhileshwaranandji. Among which one was Manomay Jagat. The base of the Manomay Jagat is in-between last state of Sukshm Jagat which is divyatam Jagat and Mayajagat. This way, Manomay Jagat is very important in many ways. After entering into this world Sadhak is granted many important sadhanas which are easy in nature but the results are completely accurate. On other hand the sadhanas are meant this way which can give success in Spontaneous efforts. The biggest specialty of this Jagat is that it is connected to infinite mind and the mind is center of this world so the continuity of this world is speed of mind. This way, a sadhak can complete sadhana with speed of mind in this world and thus in a single moment hundreds of sadhana can be done. So, in very short span of material world’s time, one can complete sadhana. The process is not so simple. Such processes can only be learned under guidance of component sadguru. The divine and mysterious sadhanas of this Manomay Jagat lays every aspect. White moonlight like light spread on every direction, any thought brought into mind get instant tangible form. How important could be sadhanas of such Divine place could only be imagined. With grace of Sadgurudev Nikhileshwaranandji, Sabar sadhanas are also being understood by his disciples in that divine world. Some of such divine sadhanas I am presenting here which I received in manomay jagat with divine grace and blessings of Sadgurudev Nikhileshwaranandji

Though Meditation is a subject of practice and as Sadgurudev said that there is no sadhana which can give u instant meditation, this is practice which is applied into routine practice, can give accomplishments but I received this sadhana from sadgurudev in which regards he told that by completing this sadhana, the speed of success in meditation process gains boost and if sadhak keeps on practicing thus the complete meditation can be gain through collaboration of the sadhana in very short span of time. This sadhana can only be done in Bramh Muhurt. Direction should be north. Cloth and Asan should be white. No need of any rosary. After being in padmasana, sadhak should recite the mantra in mind when air is in kumbhak position. It means after breathe in, chant mantra in mind and then only breathe out.

While mantra chanting, eyes should be closed and the concentration should be on third eye. Regularly the mantra chanting should be done for 1 hour in Bramh muhurt. This Prayog is for 21 days and could be start on any day.

Sometimes mind becomes dull with many thoughts and mental balance gets spoiled. This way during sadhana even, sadhak remains Stricken with thoughts and use of mental energy get spoiled with mind getiing into various directions. Through which mental diseases like stress and depression take place naturally. In sabar sadhana there is an accurate secret sadhana which can provide thoughtless mind and which remained famous among sadhak of Manomay jagat. This sadhana should be started on Thursday. This sadhana is generally done after 12 in midnight but if that is not possible, the sadhana can be done in Bramh Muhurt. Light Loban dhoop infront of you; there should be no one in sadhana room except sadhak during sadhana. Cloth should be white and direction, south. Then

sadhak should sit on white asan and tie q green cloth or thread on his right hand and then chant mantra for 2 hours. Sweating is natural during this sadhana.

The sadhana should continue for 7 days. For 7 days visit Majar or mosque and pray for success in sadhana. On 8 th day day, remove that cloth or thread from your hand and place it in Majar or mosque.

Every tantra sadhak wish to go ahead in his sadhanas but often this doesn ’t happen. The reason behind this situation is the power of Swa tantra remains indormant state. Human himself is tantra because the bramh he is looking for, they are part of the same. This way, this sadhana is primary sadhana of shakti when performed can fill gallantry and fearlessness in sadhak and his mind even stays concentrate on his targets. The sadhana should be started on Tuesday. Direction should be North. Cloths should be black. Aasan should be on land, if sadhak wishes, asan can also be prepare from smashan bhasm but other asans are prohibited. This sadhana should be started after 1:30 in midnight. Place a photograph of lord shiva infront of you and light Incense sticks. After that chant 11 rosary of mantra with rudraksh rosary.

The sadhana should be continuing till 7 days. In these 7 days, sadhak himself will start experiencing the change which is preliminary requirement for tantric sadhana.
