Chapter I. Game Concept Welcome to the R esident Ev il TM Deck Building Game. This is a game where you build up a deck fro m meager begi nnings. The d eck you b uild repr esents your Inventory, whether that includes Medical Supplies, Weapons, or Ammunition. Your deck will be your lifelin e to survi val.
