At the very beginning, I really had a difculty in writing my Personal Lielong Learning Plan. I, honestly, don’t know where and how to begin in writing it. It took me almost two weeks to organize my thoughts. hen, I wrote down some ste!s to make it. "irst, I reviewed the seven #$% &' st (entury Literacies and studied it by heart. )hen I began determining my level o com!etency, I really have to evaluate mysel and !onder whether I am already good or weak at that !articular literacy. *econd, I also have a hard time in coming u! with the activities to conduct to im!rove+ enhance the !articular com!etency but identiying the time ramework was uite easy or me to do. Although, due considerations were done also because I need to contem!late on my other res!onsibilities as an Adviser and also I am currently !ursuing or higher studies. hird, in considering the su!!ort and resources resources needed, I need to re-ect almost all !ossible answers but I narrowed them down into one or two only because I believe I can !rovide the other needed resources ece!t or budget allocation or the said trainings.
