Service Diagnostics • Enter Service Diagnostic by holding Water, Crushed and Cubed keys together for 5 seconds. • 00 00 will be displayed. • To read error codes press GO on touch screen models or Light button on other models.
• The error code(s) will be displayed followed by the number of occurrences of the error then by the number of days since the last time the error code was generated. • After viewing and recording the error codes return to the Service Diagnostics menu screen by pressing Back on touch screen modes or Light button on other models. • To clear the error codes press the right up pad or Fridge pad once to display 00 01 then press GO on touch screen models or Light button on other models. • Exit Service diagnostics by initiating test 00 16 or disconnect and reapply power with the power cord. NOTE: A complete list of tests and error codes can be found on Technical Data sheet of the Mini-manual located under the hinge cover of the refrigerator. Non-dispenser and internal dispenser models can not display fault codes because the display has only 2 digits.
