Any act that causes damage to a bullied student psyche or emotional well- being is also considered bullying; (Ang anumang asal o kilos na maaring magdulot ng pinsala sa damdamin, kaisipan at pagkatao ng isang tinitiryang estudyante ay maituturing na bullying) 3. Any slanderous statement or accusation like directing foul language, tormenting and commenting negatively on victim’s looks, clothes, and body that can cause emotional distress also constitutes bullying; (Ang anumang nakatutuyang pangungusap o pag-aakusa tulad ng diretsahang pamumulyaw, pagmumura, pang-aalipusta at mga negatibong komento sa kaanyuan ng biktima, pananamit at pisikal na katawan na maaaring magdulot ng pananakit ng damdamin ay ibinibilang ding bullying) 4. Any conduct resulting to harassment, intimidation or humiliation done through the use of technology or any electronic means such as texting, email, instant messaging, chatting, internet, social media, on line games are also co nsidered as acts bullying; (Ang anumang asal na nauuwing pamimilit, panghihiya o panliliit na isinasagawa sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng teknolohiya o anumang ganit elektroniko kagaya ng pagtetext, pag-email, instant messaging, chatting, internet, online games o anumang panlipunang medya ay ibinibilang ding gawa ng bullying) 5. Any deliberate, repetitive and aggressive social behaviour intended to hurt others, or to another individual or group is also an act of bullying; (Anumang sinadya, paulit-ulit, at agresibong asal panlipunan na may intensyong manakit ng kapwa o grupo ay maitututring ding bullying) 6. Any act that humiliates or excludes a person on the basis of perceived or actual sexual orientation and gender identity constitute an act o f bullying; ( Anumang gawa na nagpapahiya o naghihiwalay ng tao sa basehan ng kanyang nararamdaman o aktuwal na orientasyong pang sekso at kasarian ay ibinibilang din na gawa ng bullying) (Awareness towards the duties and responsibilities of the School in relation to bullying) 5 I am aware that; (Kaalaman ukol sa mga tungkulin at pananagutan ng paaralan ayon sa paninirya) (Nalalaman ko na); 7. Our school has adopted and implemented a child protection or anti-bullying policy; (Ang aming paaralan ay humalaw at nagpapatupad ng programa hinggil sa pangangalaga sa kabataan o ang Anti Bullying policy) 8. The students, parents, or guardians of the students have been provided a copy of the child protection or anti- bullying policy adopted by our school and that such policy was included in our school’s student and/or employee’s handbooks and conspicuously posted in our school walls and websites; (Ang mga estudyante, magulang, at tagapangalaga ng estudyante ay nabigyan ng sipi ng Anti Bullying policy na isinasakatuparan ngaming paaralan at ang nasabing polisiya ay sinama sa handbook ng estudyante o empleyado, at nailagay sa website, at naidikit sa dingding ng eskwelahan at sa lugar na makikita ng karamihan) 9. The students in our school have been educated towards the dynamics of bullying, as well as mechanism/s for the anonymous reporting of acts bullying or retaliation; (Ang mga estudyante sa aming paaralan ay naturuan hinggil sa kaurian ng bullying, ganon din ang mga mekanismo o kaparaanan para sa pag-uulat ng mga gawa ng bullying) 10. The parents and guardians of the students in our school have been educated about the dynamics of bullying, the child protection or anti bullying policy of our school and how parents and guardians can provide support and reinforce the said policy at home; (Ang mga magulang at tagapangalaga ng mga estudyante ay naturuan din hinggil sa kaurian, Anti Bullying policy ng paaralan at kung papaano ang mga magulang at tagapangalaga ay makapagbibigay ng suporta, at mapag- iigting ang polisiya kahit sa bahay) 11. Our school have devised preventive, intervention, protective and remedial measures to address bullying; (Ang aming paaralan ay nakapag disenyo ng mga hakbang para maiwasan, para mapagitnaan, maprotektahan at maremedyohan ang mga asal ng paninirya o bullying)

12. Our school have conducted capacity building activities for guidance counsellors / teachers and the members of the Child Protection Committee; (Ang aming paaralan ay nagsagawa ng aktibidad ng pangkakayahan at pangkalinangan para sa guidance counsellor, mga guro at miyembrong child protection committee) 13. Our school implements the adopted anti-bullying policy and compliance therewith is being monitored ; (Ipinatutupad n gaming paaralan ang Anti Bullying policy at ang pagtataguyod nito ay patuloy na sinusubaybayan) 14. Our school have adopted or designed measures to ensure the safety of the victim of bullying, the bully and the bystander and determine the student’s needs for protection; (Ang aming paaralan ay nagsagawa ng mga hakbang upang tiyaking ligtas ang mga biktima ng bullying, at naninirya at kasamahan at uriiin ang mga pangangailangang proteksyon ng estudyante) 15. Measures to ensure protection of the rights of the victim, the bully, and the bystander were being upheld during the conduct of investigation; (Mga kaparaanan upang tiyaking maprotektahan ang karapatan ng biktima, ng bully ay isinasa alang-alang sa panahon ng pag sasagawa ng imbestigasyon) 16. The school administration is maintaining record/s (if any) of all proceedings related to bullying; or if reports were being submitted to DepEd or division office; (Ang pamanihalaang pampaaralan ay nag mamantine ng mga tala /(kung meron man) ng mga kaganapang hinggil sa bullying o kung may mga ulat man na naisusumiti sa kagawaran ng pang edukasyon o sa tanggapang pang division); 17. The school administration maintains a public record (if any), or statistics of incidents of bullying and retaliations; (Ang pamanihalaang pampaaralan ay nag mamantine ng mga talang pampubliko / (kung meron man) o estatistika ng mga insidente ng bull ying) 18. There is coordination effected by the school with the appropriate offices and other agencies or instrumentalities for appropriate assistance and intervention as required by the circumstances. (Na may pakikipag-ugnayang isinasagawa ang paaralan sa mga angkop na tanggapan, ahensya o kaugnay nito para sa katampatang tulong at pamamagitan na hinihiling nng pagkakataon). Our teachers and other school personnel should participate and cooperate in all prevention, intervention and other measures related to bullying and is being implemented in our school; (Ang aming mga guro at iba pang kawani ng paaralan ay nakikilahok at nakikipagtulungan upang maiwasan ang mapamagitan at maisagawa pa ang ibang hakbang hinggil sa bullying at ipinapatupad ito sa aming paaralan) 20. We should participate and cooperate in all prevention, intervention and other measures related to bullying that is being implemented in ou r school; (Kailangan naming makilahok at makipag kaisa upang maiwasan at maisakatuparan ang mga kaparaanang ukol sa bullying na ipinatutupad ng paaralan) 22. We should refrain from any act of bullying; (Kailangan naming iwasan ang anumang gawa ng bullying) 23. We should report all incidents of bullying that we witness to the proper school authorities. (Kailangan naming iulat ang anumang insidente ng bullying sa mga may kapangyarihan ng paaralan)
