Plan of Activities Specific objectives 1. To ensure that the students have complete paraphernalia while having their clinical exposure 2. To enhance the skills and knowledge of student nurses in terms of medication administration and formulating nursing diagnoses
3. To enhance the acquaintance for nursing students to the patients assigned to them.
4. To improve the skills of the student nurses in terms of FDAR charting 5. To improve their knowledge and skills on the

Giving the student nurses the opportunity to prepare and administer medications to their patients. o Letting them pass at least two drug study of their patient’s drugs for them to be familiarize and get acquainted to it. o Letting them pass 1 NCP for them to know appropriate nursing interventions to their patients. o Proving the student nurses time to report some important details of their patient such as Personal Background, diagnosis, medications, complaints, focus of care, interventions done and present condition. o Letting the student nurses make sample charting in an FDAR form.

After the exposure, the student nurses were able to improve their skills in administering medication and rendering nursing interventions to their patients.
