PERINGATAN Pedoman Servis ini hanya boleh dipakai oleh teknisi reparasi profesional yang sudah terlatih dan bukan untuk masyarakat umum. Segala usaha untuk reparasi produk yang terkait dengan Pedoman Servis ini oleh orang yang tidak berpengalaman dapat mengakibatkan bahaya yang serius atau kecelakaan.
1. PERINGATAN UNTUK KESELAMATAN 1.1 UMUM 1. Disarankan untuk menggunakan Trafo Isolasi dalam proses reparasi. (Hubungan pesawat televisi ke sumber tegangan AC melalui Trafo Isolasi ).

2. Pada saat reparasi, perhatikan perbaikan pengaturan kabel, terutama kabel-kabel di rangkaian tegangan tinggi. Bila ditemukan rangkaian yang terhubung singkat, maka ganti semua part yang rusak atau mengalami panas yang berlebihan akibat dari hal tersebut. 3. Setelah reparasi selesai, periksa semua alat atau piranti proteksi seperti isolasi penghalang, isolasi kertas, selubung atau kombinasi isolasi RC telah terpasang dengan baik. 4. Apabila pesawat televisi tidak digunakan untuk waktu lama, maka lepaskan kabel AC Cord (kabel sambungan ke listrik ) dari stop kontak. 5. Pada saat pesawat televisi dihidupkan, tegangan tinggi yang terbaca oleh High Voltage meter harus sesuai pada tabel 1.1. Menghidupkan pesawat televisi tanpa penutup (back cover) dapat menimbulkan bahaya kejutan listrik dari rangkaian catu daya. Reparasi tidak boleh dilakukan oleh orang yang tidak terbiasa/tidak mengerti tentang hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penggunaan peralatan tegangan tinggi. Buanglah (discharge) selalu muatan listrik pada Anoda CRT ke chasis sebelum menangani CRT tersebut dengan menghubung singkatkan ground CRT ke anoda CRT. Tabel 1.1 EHT ( kV )

Catatan : Keseluruhan rangkaian pesawat ini adalah Cold atau terpisah / terisolasi dengan tegangan jala-jala kecuali bagian rangkaian catu daya adalah Hot. Pada skematik diagram dan chasis, bagian Hot diberi tanda garis arsir sedangkan bagian Cold tidak diberi tanda. Perhatikan hal-hal berikut : 1. Jangan menyentuh bagian Hot dan Cold bersamaan karena dapat menimbulkan sengatan listrik. 2. Jangan menghubung singkatkan bagian Hot dan Cold karena dapat merusak Fuse dan komponen lainnya. 3. Sebelum melakukan pengukuran pada bagian rangkaian Catu Daya dengan instrument seperti Osciloscope, yakinkan dulu bahwa grounding instrument tidak boleh terhubung ke grounding stop kontak karena dapat merusak fuse atau komponen lainnya. 4. Pastikan untuk melepas AC Cord dari stop kontak / steker sebelum memindahkan chasis. Setelah reparasi selesai, lakukan pemeriksaan-pemeriksaan berikut ini sebelum TV set dikirim kembali ke konsumen.
1.2 PEMERIKSAAN RANGKAIAN SHUT DOWN 1. Aktifkan pesawat televisi ( Switch ON ). 2. Atur Brightness, Contrast dan Colour ke posisi minimum. 3. Hubungkan DC Voltmeter ke katoda D512 (TPA122) dan pastikan bahwa tegangan yang terukur kurang dari *A Volt. 4. Berikan tegangan DC sebesar *B Volt ke katoda D512 (TPA122) dan pastikan bahwa rangkaian Shut Down tidak bekerja (pesawat televisi masih menyala) 5. Berikan tegangan DC sebesar C* Volt ke katoda D512 (TPA122) dan pastikan bahwa rangkaian Shut Down bekerja (pesawat televisi mati). 6. Matikan pesawat televisi (Switch OFF), lepaskan DC supply kemudian nyalakan kembali pesawat televisi dan normalkan kembali Brightness, Contrast dan Colour. Tabel 1.2 *A *B *C

1.3 RADIASI SINAR X Peringatan : Sumber potensi radiasi sinar X pada pesawat televisi adalah bagian tegangan tinggi dan CRT. Apabila menggunakan Jig dalam proses reparasi, pastikan bahwa Jig tersebut mampu bekerja pada tegangan 32 kV tanpa menyebabkan radiasi sinar X yang berlebihan.

Catatan : Alat ukur tegangan tinggi yang digunakan harus dikalibrasi secara akurat dan periodik. 1. Atur Brightness minimum 2. Ukur tegangan tinggi pada Anoda CRT. Pengukuran harus menunjukkan pembacaan : *A Volt. Apabila hasil pengukuran melebihi toleransi, maka segera lakukan perbaikan-perbaikan untuk mencegah kemungkinan kerusakan komponen-komponen secara prematur. Tabel 1.3 *A

3. Untuk mencegah kemungkinan radiasi sinar X, maka gunakan selalu CRT yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.
1.4 PEMERIKSAAN ARUS BOCOR TANPA TEGANGAN 1. Lepaskan AC Cord dari Stop kontak dan hubung singkatkan kedua terminal steker AC Cord dengan jumper. 2. Tekan power switch ke posisi ON. 3. Ukur nilai resistansi dengan menggunakan Ohm meter antara stecker AC Cord yang dihubung singkat dengan jumper terhadap komponen metal pada cabinet yang menonjol seperti kepala Screw, Terminal Antena, Terminal AV dan sebagainya. Apabila bagian-bagian tersebut terhubung ke chassis maka nilai resistansinya harus berkisar antara 4 MΩ s/d 20 MΩ . Tetapi bila bagian-bagian tersebut tidak terhubung ke chassis, maka nilai resistansinya harus tidak terhingga ( ~ ).
1.5 PEMERIKSAAN ARUS BOCOR DENGAN TEGANGAN 1. Hubungkan steker AC Cord langsung ke stop kontak tanpa menggunakan trafo isolasi. 2. Hubungkan sebuah resistor 2 kΩ/10 W secara seri antara bagian-bagian dari pesawat televisi yang terbuat dari metal dengan salah satu kutub dari jala-jala listrik. 3. Gunakan AC Voltmeter yang memiliki impedansi tinggi untuk mengukur tegangan yang melewati resistor tersebut. 4. Periksa setiap bagian metal yang menonjol dan ukur tegangannya.

5. Lepaskan AC cord dari stop kontak dan masukkan kembali dengan polaritas terminal AC Cord yang berlawanan dari sebelumnya kemudian ulangi pengukuran-pengukuran di atas.

6. Tegangan yang terukur tidak boleh lebih dari 0,2 Vrms (0.35Vp). Apabila tegangan yang terukur melebihi ketentuan ini, ada kemungkinan akan terjadi kejutan listrik yang membahayakan, untuk itu TV set harus diperbaiki dan diperiksa kembali sebelum dikembalikan ke konsumen.

1. 6 PEMERIKSAAN PERAPIHAN KABEL (WIRE DRESSING) Setelah kegiatan reparasi selesai dilakukan diharuskan untuk merapikan kabel seperti kondisi sebelum pesawat televisi dibuka. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menjaga kabel agar tidak bersentuhan dengan part yang panas dan bagian lain yang bertegangan tinggi. Di bawah ini adalah persyaratan untuk wiring / pengkabelan sesuai dengan persyaratan (safety) / untuk keselamatan produk.
Kabel DY tidak boleh menyentuh body FBT pada jarak kurang dari 10mm. Kabel Anoda tidak boleh menyentuh semua part pada jarak kurang dari 10mm. Semua kabel tidak boleh bersentuhan dengan part yang menimbulkan panas seperti heatsink, transistor/IC regulator dan part-part di daerah power supply.

2.3 CARA PEMASANGAN ANTENA • •
•
Untuk memperoleh kualitas gambar dan suara yang baik, dibutuhkan antena, kabel (75 Ohm Coaxial) dan terminal (socket) yang benar. Agen Pelayanan atau Dealer di tempat Anda dapat membantu dalam mendapatkan sistem antena dan perlengkapan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan kondisi di daerah Anda. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar dan suara, diperlukan peralatan dan tambahan biaya. Tambahan biaya tersebut ditanggung sendiri oleh konsumen.
Catatan: Jika Anda menggunakan kabel antena 300 Ohm ribbon, yang diperlukan adalah : socket 300 Ohm ke 75 Ohm. (lihat gambar di samping kanan)

Seting Shipment Kegunaan : Untuk mengembalikan posisi seting ( menu, no.program, timer dll ) ke kondisi setingan pabrik. Cara Seting : Tekan tombol Timer Off pada remote control dengan Volume Down pada panel pesawat televisi secara bersamaan. 2. Hotel Mode Kegunaan : Untuk membatasi volume maksimum dan mengunci fungsi Menu. Cara Seting : Tekan tombol Timer Off pada remote control. Tekan tombol recall pada remote control kemudian tekan Channel Up pada panel pesawat televisi (tombol recall tetap ditekan) sampai indikasi timer hilang. Cara membatalkan seting : gunakan seting shipment seperti pada no.1 di atas.

3. PETUNJUK REPARASI Posisi reparasi untuk chassis Perhatian : Sebelum melakukan reparasi (membuka pesawat TV) set harus dalam kondisi mati (Off) Cabutlah steker (AC Power Cord) dari stop kontak jala-jala listrik.
1. Lepas semua screw di Back Cover dan AV terminal. 2. Tarik Back cover ke belakang hingga terbuka. Perhatian : Pastikan semua screw sudah dilepas sebelum menarik back cover.

1. Adjust Sub Brightness sampai 2.0 ± 0.2nit. 2. Tekan tombol ‘RECALL’ sekali lagi sehingga display Sub Brightness muncul. 3. Tekan ‘OK’ untuk menyimpan data.
Jika instrumen yang dipakai tidak tersedia, gunakan tabel 5.1 untuk menentukan harga pendekatan dari Sub Brightness.
4.7 CRT VRS ADJUSTMENT 1. Pasang DY ke CRT. 2. Pasang CY dengan posisi magnet : (gb. 4.2) Purity Magnet : Posisi 2 kutub magnet ke arah vertical. VRS Magnet : Posisi 2 kutub magnet ke arah horizontal. Geomagnetic : 0 DAC (untuk 29 inchi) 3. Terima pola Red 4. Adjust VRS magnet ke atas dan kebawah sehingga garis tengah pola merah berada tepat ditengah CRT.
