Ms.Lakshmi Srinivasa Rao Vridhasram [Old Age Home @ Manavur] • The Current project of Sri Gayatri Charitable Trust Perambur. • Manavur is about one and half hours drive from Chennai. Also well connected by rail. • About Three acres of land near Sri Sathyanarayana Temple was donated to the Trust By Ms.Lakshmi Srinivasa Rao & family. Her Son Sri Vasudeva Rao is one of the Trustees and the Treasurer of the Trust
Old Age Home at Manavur • With the benign Blessings of His Holiness Sri Sankaracharya of Kanchi Mutt the project work was started on 21.09.2008 . • Now a big hall has been constructed and additions and expansions are taking place. • The Trustees are confident that with liberal offerings from Philanthropists the project will be completed by the year 2010.

Old Age Home at Manavur • A centralized kitchen, a kitchen garden, Ghoshala and Veda Patasala, a free dispensary are proposed to be added giving a peaceful and serene ambience for the Senior Citizens with contentment and self supporting. • It is also proposed to go in for non conventional energy systems like Solar Power, Gobar Gas plant etc.
DONATIONS for the Project • We welcome Sponsorship / Donation for the proposed Old Age Home Project of Sri Gayatri Charitable Trust, Perambur. • Under Indian Tax laws exemption U/s 80G is available for any contributions to the Trust. • The Trust is a Registered Body and well managed under the Chairmanship of Dr.N.Parameswaran, of Perambur.
