On-the-Bob Training is part o& a college curriculum that aims to train and orient students about the 6ork and their &uture career* It is a type o& skill development 6here a 6orker learns ho6 to do the 6ork through hands-on e;perience* On the Job Training is one method by 6hich students are e;posed 6ith di&&erent 6ork situation designed to give students an opportunity to e;perience and a chance to apply the theories and computation that they have learned &rom the school* It also helps the students to ac!uire relevant kno6ledge and skills by per&orming in actual 6ork setting*
OJT is very important not only to teach students regarding their chosen career but also to sho6 students the reality about 6orking* The students 6ill be e;posed to the actual 6ork related to the course that they are taking* It also allo6s those 6ith no e;perience to 6ork and to learn at the same time* On-the-Job Training helps the trainee to learn more about his chosen &ield and practice 6hat he has learned &rom the school* It helps in the building up o& the trainee:s competence* O& course# 6hen a students is competent enough# he 6ill be able to do things success&ully and* This training develops one:s pro&essionalism in dealing 6ith people* A&ter the training# the trainee 6ill be able to handle situations properly and he7she 6ill be able to kno6 ho6 to sociali,e 6ell 6ith his colleagues* He7she 6ill also be able to 6ork 6ell 6ith everyone and he:ll have a good team6ork* OJT also enhances the critical thinking abilities and discipline o& the student conducting his training in a company* His ability to make sound decisions and evaluate pertinent &actors 6ill be improved*

The ne;t day is the most crucial part o& our On-the Job Training# 6e 6ere happy because 6e 6ill &inally &inish our training but someho6 sad because 6e 6ill be leaving the shop 6here 6e had lots o& memories and 6e 6ill be missing the people that became close to us &or a period o& time*
4espite the sorro6 o& leaving them# 6e are still happy that once in our li&e# 6e met people like them in our li&e 6ho taught us things related to our chosen course# and most importantly# they helped us to be the best that 6e can be* They are the ones 6ho helped us in molding ourselves to be the individual 6e are right no6* They challenged our skills# abilities and kno6ledge and gave us a chance to prove ourselves to them*
It is a very heart6arming thing to kno6 that there are people 6ho believe in us* .e 6ere very grate&ul because 6e made them proud o& 6hat 6e had accomplished during our training and they 6ere very thank&ul &or everything that 6e helped them 6ith*
