• Carrier must complete a check-call check-call by 0900 MST. A missed check call will result in a $50 fine. • MacroPoint is required on every single load PRIOR to arrival at the shipper. Please remember to have the driver(s) log into the load tracking system (MacroPoint), by calling 855-755-4400 and then selecting option 1 OR download the MacroPoint app and follow the instructions given. This is required by all of our shippers. Failure to accept MacroPoint tracking will result in a $250 fine. (Again, this is required to be done before arriving at the shipper's location.) • Receiver MUST sign seal intact intact before opening trailer, if sealed. Call broker immediately if receiver will not sign. • If load is double brokered, this confirmation is null & void. • Carrier authorized signature on this confirmation verifies carrier has insurance in the limits required by Broker for any loss or damage to shipment/liability to the general public. • Hours of Service are sole responsibility of the CARRIER & CARRIER agrees to comply with all local, state and federal laws & regulations including but not limited to those set forth by DOT & other governing agencies. • Arrival & Departure times at both shipper and receiver must be reported to Broker. • Lumper reimbursement must be reported to Broker within 24 hours of delivery and will require a valid receipt from the lumper. • Failure to deliver on time will result in a $150 fine.
