CANCELLATION POLICY: THE 1O1 Bandung Dago agrees to notify any cancellation request, to the Reservation Office by email

Upon group confirmation until 21 days prior to group arrival, 50% cancellation fee will be applied, for every rooms cancelled.
Any cancellation received less than 21 days up to 14 days prior to group arrival, will be charged at 70% penalty on total accommodation charges.
Any cancellation received within 14 days or less, will be charged at full cancellation fee (total accommodation charges)
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function which may damage hotel’s reputation or may affect its business s ecurity and safety
The deposit is non refundable non roll over to the future program should the program is cancelled after the contract is signed and the deposit has been received by the hotel
Hotel Policy and Procedures:
Any displays, signs, streamers, nailing electrical connections shall be asked with hotel’s permission and will be conducted together and under hotel’s supervision. Any fixtures,
damages or loss of hotel equipment/property will be charged accordingly

All disputes relating to the performance of and or interpretations of any terms provision of this agreement shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia
