FREQUENCIES, MIND, BODY What is HAARP?(High frequency Active Auroral Program) Wikipedia's Idea of HAARP The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. The HAARP program operates a major sub-arctic facility, named the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force–owned site near Gakona, Alaska. The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the Ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde, and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region. Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed in 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Systems Advanced Technologies. As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs. HAARP has been blamed by conspiracy theorists for a range of events, including numerous natural disasters. Commentators and scientists say that proponents of these theories are "uninformed"
Objectives The HAARP project directs a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF (highfrequency) band, into the ionosphere. The signal may be pulsed or continuous. Then, effects of the transmission and any recovery period can be examined using associated instrumentation, including VHF and UHF radars, HF receivers, and optical cameras. According to the HAARP team, this will advance the study of basic natural processes that occur in the ionosphere under the natural but much stronger influence of solar interaction, and how the natural ionosphere affects radio signals. This will enable scientists to develop methods to mitigate these effects to improve the reliability or performance of communication and navigation systems which would have a wide range of both civilian and military uses, such as an increased accuracy of GPS navigation and advances in underwater and underground research and applications. This may lead to improved methods for submarine communication or an ability to remotely sense and map the mineral content of the terrestrial subsurface, and perhaps underground complexes, of regions or countries, among other things. The current facility lacks range to be used in regions like the Middle East, according to one of the researchers involved, but the technology could be put on a mobile platform. The HAARP program began in 1990. The project is funded by the Office of Naval Research and jointly managed by the ONR and Air Force Research Laboratory, with the principal involvement of the University of Alaska. Many other universities and educational institutions of the United States have been involved in the development of the project and its instruments, namely the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Stanford University, Penn State University (ARL), Boston College, UCLA, Clemson University, Dartmouth College, Cornell University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, College Park, University of Massachusetts Amherst, MIT, Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and the University of Tulsa. The project's specifications were developed by the universities, which are continuing to play a major role in the design of future research efforts. According to HAARP's management, the project strives for openness, and all activities are logged and publicly available. Scientists without security clearances, even foreign nationals, are routinely allowed on site. The HAARP facility regularly (once a year on most years according to
the HAARP home page) hosts open houses, during which time any civilian may tour the entire facility. In addition, scientific results obtained with HAARP are routinely published in major research journals (such as Geophysical Research Letters, or Journal of Geophysical Research), written both by university scientists (American and foreign) or by U.S. Department of Defense research lab scientists. Each summer, the HAARP holds a summer school for visiting students, including foreign nationals, giving them an opportunity to do research with one of the world's foremost research instruments.
Capabilities of HAARP HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a joint military project (US Navy and Air Force) situated in Alaska. The site is a very large field home to an array of radio frequency antennas. HAARP manipulates the ionosphere which is Earth’s natural energy shield that sits 30 miles above the surface and extends up to 400 km into space. By firing the antennas in a specific configuration & targeting this energy at the ionosphere, it causes the ionosphere to modulate or vibrate, returning an ELF (an extremely low frequency signal) that penetrates the Earth’s land masses and oceans for a number of uses. MISSLE DEFENSE HAARP is capable of altering the ionosphere to deflect intercontinental ballistic missiles or destroy them upon entry into the ionosphere.
SPACE COMBAT Any spacecraft traveling within the ionosphere are subject to potential attack from HAARP. The antennas of the field array can be focused & concentrated into a small beam of highly energized particles effectively creating a powerful laser that can target military opponents, satellites, space stations, and even UFOs or ETVs.
LARGE SCALE COMMUNICATIONS DISRUPTIONS AARP has the capability to knock out all communications satellites operating within the ionosphere. A powerful military tactics that could be deployed in a large scale war. The HAARP basic technical document explains that it can be used to disrupt enemy satellites while maintaining friendly communications.
PLANETARY KAMAKAZI HAARP could theoretically be used as a method for kamikaze attack on the planet at large, by altering the ionosphere so dramatically that it would dissipate completely, immediately rendering the Earth susceptible to solar radiation, and incinerating every living organism on the surface.
DEEP COMMUNICATIONS HAARP can be used as a high speed data communication medium, particularly useful for transferring data to sub surface operations, including secret submarines or very deep underground bases - and while doing it at faster rates than otherwise possible using conventional mediums.
WEATHER MODIFICATION & GEOPHYSICAL WAREFARE Using electromagnetic waves it is possible to modify the weather. This technology is already in use at military airports but with HAARP, the scale & extent of modification has planetary implications. It is speculated that this system could create volcanic eruptions or even cause earthquakes.
MIND CONTROL HAARP can be used to control the human mind. ELF waves are proven to effect mental states of human brains. A specific magnitude of energy (1/50th of what the Earth naturally produces) in combination with a certain frequency range , can trigger huge mood swings. The human brain operates on very low frequencies. Actively thinking humans generate 13 or 14 cycles per second. When meditating, 8 cycles. And during sleep 4 cycles. HAARP is capable of generating all of these signals. Since HAARP is capable of heating up large sections of the ionosphere, it is possible to beam ELF waves down to a ground region populated by millions - a military tactic that has no doubt been given serious research consideration, experimentation and possibly active implementation.
DUMB DETECTION HAARP allows for Earth penetrating topography; essentially X-Ray imaging of the Earth. The military can use this data to detect for DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases) installations in foreign countries. It would also be theoretically possible to probe deep into the Earth to detect for ancient tunnel systems and bases created by extraterrestrials.
ELECTROMAGNETIC WARFARE HAARP’s original patents were to alter or distort the magnetosphere. Like the Earth, humans also generate a magnetic field. This document from the Maxwell Air Force Base outlines the use of electromagnetic weapons technologies for debilitating human beings. Using electromagnetic warfare against human beings you can cause disease, hysteria, or passivity for population control. You can cause cancer, genetic alteration, or a variety of other debilitation including total cardiac arrest. For average citizens not privy to classified access within weather related military programs, it is hard to imagine such things as weather warfare or mind control. Yet the science to perform these capabilities has existed for a long time. In 1912, Nikola Tesla claimed it was possible to split the planet in two - by combining the correct vibrations with the resonance of the planet itself. Dr. Nick Beigh, an expert on HAARP technology who has been studying the project since it’s first inception near his home in Alaska, has pointed out that: “In 1976, the United States along with 60 other countries, signed a United Nations accord where we agreed to not use weather manipulation as a weapon of war. This was before biological and chemical treaties, before many nuclear disarmament treaties. And yet, weather weapons were such a big concern in 1976. Has the science progressed? Certainly.”
GWEN project (Ground Wave Emergency Network) Wikipedia's Idea of GWEN The Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) was a command and control communications system intended for use by the United States government to facilitate military communicationsbefore, during and after a nuclear war. Specifically, GWEN was constructed to survive the effects of a high-altitude nuclear explosion electromagnetic pulse to ensure that the United States President or his survivors could issue a launch order to strategic nuclear bombers. OVERVIEW GWEN was part of the Strategic Modernization Program designed to upgrade the nation's strategic communication system, thereby strengthening the value of nuclear deterrence. The GWEN communication system, established in the late 1980s, was designed to transmit critical Emergency Action Messages (EAM) to United States nuclear forces. In addition, EMP would interfere with radio transmissions that use the ionosphere for propagation. GWEN would use a groundhugging wave for propagation, being unaffected by the EMP. The network was conceived as an array of approximately 300 radio transceivers distributed across the continental USA which operated in the Low frequency (LF) radio band. Later revised for 126 towers, plans again changed to include 56 radio towers linking 38 terminals; it was later expanded to 96 towers linking 49 terminals. Final network towers numbered 58 DESCRIPTION GWEN transmitting antennas consisted of a concrete foundation, 2 feet (0.61 m) above grade, a 3-foot-tall (0.91 m) insulator, a 290-foot (88 m) steel tower, and 4-foot (1.2 m) lightning rods, all enclosed by a 42-foot (13 m) × 47-foot (14 m), 8-foot-high (2.4 m) chain link fence topped with barbed wire. The tower itself would be supported by 15 guy wires attached to the ground at six anchor points. Surrounding the tower, and attached to it at the top and anchored in the ground by concrete blocks would be 12 top-loading elements (TLEs). The purpose of the TLEs is to improve antenna efficiency. Anchors for the TLEs and guy wires were within the site boundaries. OPERATIONS The network had three types of stations: input/output stations (I/Os), receive-only stations (ROs), and relay nodes (RNs). I/O stations could send and receive messages. ROs only received messages transmitted through I/Os. Dispersed and unmanned RNs, would provide continuous relay links between I/Os and ROs. The I/Os and ROs would reside at locations with strategic military forces, and the RNs would be scattered throughout the country on government or privately leased land. Distance between the relay nodes were determined by the ground wave transmission wavelength, at intervals of approximately 150–200 miles. In the GWEN system, originating stations send ultra high frequency (UHF) signals by broadcast towers for line-of-site receipt at Relay Nodes (RNs). The RNs transmit received messages via LF signals for ultimate receipt by receive-only terminals at existing military communication buildings. By using LF ground transmission, the GWEN system minimizes the potential effect of HEMP on military communications. During initial operations, the towers would receive and relay brief test messages every 20 minutes. The system had built-in redundancy, using packet switching techniques for reconstruction of connectivity if system damage occurs
Capabilities of GWEN The GWEN towers can be used for several purposes, including ELF waves used for direct mind control which will be covered toward the back of this chapter. Because they also are part of the implants system they are included before the chapter discusses implants. Unfortunately for us humans, ELF waves can penetrate almost anything. The U.S. Military has built a Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) all over the U.S. with several hundred 300-500' GWEN towers that broadcast a very-low-frequency wave (VLF) for mind-control of the American public. A single GWEN tower can broadcast up to 300 miles in a
3600 circle. Plus 8 secret powerful ELF transmitters have been established and 3 of them operate on the west coast. It also needs to be pointed out that many items that are receivers can also function in the role of transmitters. Televisions, cellular phones, even air conditioners can be used to bounce signals to somewhere. Many strange towers and transmitting devices have been installed all over the U.S. in recent years "GWEN is a superb system, in combination with cyclotron resonance, for producing behavioral alterations in the civilian population. The average strength of the steady geomagnetic field varies from place to place across the United States. Therefore, if one wished to resonate a specific ion in living things in a specific locality, one would require a specific frequency for that location. The spacing of GWEN transmitters 200 miles apart across the United States would allow such specific frequencies to be 'tailored' to the geomagnetic-field strength in each GWEN area."- Robert O. Becker, M.D., in "Crosscurrents: The Perils of Electropollution" The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system that the military is in the process of constructing as we speak. It operates in the very-low-frequency (VLF) range, with transmissions between 150 and 175 kHz. This range was selected because its signals travel by means of waves that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. This signal drops off sharply with distance - a single GWEN stations transmits in a 360 circle to a distance of 250 to 300 miles. The entire GWEN system consists of approximately 300 such stations spread across the United States, each with a tower 300-500 feet high. The stations are from 200 to 250 miles apart, so that a signal can go from coast to coast from one station to another. When the system is completed around 1993, the entire civilian population of the United States will be exposed to the GWEN Transmissions Certain brain activities trigger people on Prozac to become homicidal or suicidal. Thanks to research by Illuminati controlled companies, the Network knows exactly how to used ELF waves vectored on a particular person by 3 separate towers to stimulate the Prozac controlled brain to murder. This is being used to increase acts of anarchy and violence in order to help insure anti-gun legislation. If a slave doesn’t comply or needs to be thrown from the Freedom Train they can become a useable statistic. Simply trigger them to murder and then watch the police gun them down. The NWO gains one more statistic and another case to scare the public into accepting gun control. The programmers are always trying to outdo what they’ve done before. They are not satisfied with the old recipes for scrambled brains, they keep inventing and refining new methods. Anything and everything within their grasp has been tried. They have found that ELF and VLF electromagnetic waves can be used to control people’s thoughts. Harmonics and sound waves are used to manipulate the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious. Harmonic generators (code named "ether-wave") are able to imbed detailed commands which are linked to audible triggers. This is one of the standard features of the Monarch program. It allows the slaves to be controlled by trigger words which make no sense or seem to carry no negative connotation to outside listeners. For instance the words, "Mr. Postman wait and see" (a Marionette command) might set off an access sequence so that a slave living away from its master goes to its master (also called a handler). The use of harmonics has taken away much of the work of the big programmers. Now harmonic machines can implant the programming and codes that the Programmers put in. It’s quicker and perhaps more efficient, although the lesser cult groups have to get by with the older methods. And the Illuminati still have many excellent programmers in full-time and part-time use. According to an eyewitness, their top-programmers are far beyond their 1950-60 predecessors like Mengele. There are four types of brain waves: alpha, beta, delta, and theta. The four basic models of Monarch slaves have the same names as these four types of brain waves. High level Illuminati models may have programming that includes all of these types. According to one ex(?)-government source, the CIA has been labeling their harmonic-created total Mind-controlled slaves by the following: Bravo 2 series models are men programmed to run the Beast computers. Delta series are models for espionage and assassination. Juliet series are sexual mind controlled slaves. Kilo 5 series is military espionage. Michael 1 series slaves are CIA agents under total mind-control. Operation Greenstar was the Mind-control project to create UFO abductions scenarios. Much of the high level programming in the 1980s and 1990s is no longer done with human programmers, but is done via programmed machines using drugs, electricity and harmonics.
Electromagnetic wavelengths (ULF, ELF, VLF, LF, MF, HF, VHF, EHF, UHF) ULF (ULTRA LOW FREQUENCY) Geomagnetic pulsations, i.e., ultra-low-frequency (ULF) waves cover roughly the frequency range from 1 MHz to 1 Hz, i.e., from the lowest the magnetospheric cavity can support up to the various ion gyrofrequencies. Pulsation frequency is considered to be "ultra" low when it is lower than the natural frequencies of the plasma, like plasma frequency and the ion gyro frequency. Geomagnetic pulsations were first observed in the ground-based measurements of the 1859 Great Aurora events (Stewart, 1861). ELF (EXTREMELY LOW FREQUENCY) Extremely low frequency (ELF) fields include alternating current (AC) fields and other electromagnetic, non-ionizing radiations from 1 Hz to 300 Hz. ELF fields at 60 Hz are produced by power lines, electrical wiring, and electrical equipment. Some epidemiological studies have suggested increased cancer risk associated with magnetic field exposures near electric power lines. VLF (VERY LOW FREQUENCY) The VLF Group collects data from ground stations located across the globe. There are two principle types of data collected, broadband and narrowband. Broadband data is full waveform data sampled at 100 kHz (frequency range of 300 Hz to 40 kHz). Narrowband data refers to the demodulated amplitude and phase of narrowband VLF transmitters. Both broadband and narrowband data is typically collected on two orthogonal antennas oriented in the North/South and East/West directions. LF (LOW FREQUENCY) Very Low Frequency (VLF) communications transmitters use digital signals to communicate with submerged submarines on at frequencies of 3-30 kHz. The eighteen Trident submarines constitute about half the US strategic nuclear capability. The supporting infrastructure for these submarines includet connectivity links such as the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF), Very Low Frequency (VLF), and TACAMO Airborne VLF communications systems. The Navy shore VLF/LF transmitter facilities transmit a 50 baud submarine command and control broadcast which is the backbone of the submarine broadcast system. The VLF/LF radio broadcast provides robustness (i.e., improved performance in atmospheric noise), availability, global coverage, and has seawater penetrating properties. The submarine VLF/LF broadcasts operates in a frequency range from 14 to 60 kHz and consists of five high powered, multi-channel MSK Fixed VLF (FVLF) sites and five multi-channel LF sites located worldwide. As part of the FY94 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Navy Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) Annapolis closed in FY96 and NRTF Adak closed in FY97. MF (MEDIUM FREQUENCY) Medium frequency refers to radio frequencies in the range of 300 kHz to 3 MHz. Part of this band is the medium wave AM broadcast band. The MF band is also known as the hectometer band or hectometer wave as the wavelengths range from ten down to one hectometers. Frequencies immediately below MF are denoted low frequency, and the next higher frequencies are known as high frequency. It is used for AM radio broadcasting, navigational radio beacons, and maritime ship-to-shore communication, among other uses. HF (HIGH FREQUENCY) Like short duration transients, high frequency noise is not something generally transmitted over the power system to our customers. The sources of system noise are found primarily in the electrical equipment we use in our homes and businesses. An operating electric motor, for example, will distort an otherwise smooth 60 Hz waveform by adding to it tiny high frequency electrical signals or "noise." This high frequency noise is almost always much smaller than the supply voltage (120 volts) and can only be detected with sensitive measurement equipment. Although normally very small, high frequency noise can cause problems for some electronic equipment. A good example of this phenomena is the "snow" that you see on your television when someone nearby operates an electric hair dryer or a vacuum cleaner. These devices put noise on the building wiring system, and the television, operated from the same wiring, is adversely affected by the noise. High frequency signals from television and radio stations can also radiate into your wiring because your wiring can act as an inefficient antennae. In the past few years, there has been more discussion about the presence of this localized high frequency noise and perceived health effects.
VHF (VERY HIGH FREQUENCY) The radio frequency range from 30 MHz to 300 MHz. Frequencies immediately below VHF are denoted High frequency (HF), and the next higher frequencies are known as Ultra high frequency (UHF). The frequency allocation is done by ITU. These names referring to high-end frequency usage originate from mid-20th century, when regular radio service used MF, Medium Frequencies, better known as "AM" in USA, below the HF. Currently VHF is at the low-end of practical frequency usage, new systems tending to use frequencies in SHFand EHF above the UHF range. See Radio spectrum for full picture. Common uses for VHF are FM radio broadcast, television broadcast, land mobile stations (emergency, business, and military), long range data communication with radio modems, Amateur Radio, marine communications, air traffic control communications and air navigation systems (e.g.VOR, DME & ILS). EHF (EXTREMELY HIGH FREQUENCY) Extremely high frequency is the highest radio frequency band. EHF runs the range of frequencies from 30 to 300 gigahertz, above which electromagnetic radiation is considered to be low (or far) infrared light, also referred to asterahertz radiation. This band has a wavelength of ten to one millimeter, giving it the name millimeter band or millimeter wave, sometimes abbreviated MMW or mmW. Compared to lower bands terrestrial radio signals in this band are extremely prone to atmospheric attenuation, making them of very little use over long distances. In particular, signals in the 57-64 GHz region are subject to aresonance of the oxygen molecule and are severely attenuated. Even over relatively short distances, rain fade is a serious problem, caused when absorption by rain reduces signal strength. In climates other than deserts absorption due to humidity also has an impact on propagation. While this absorption limits potential communications range, it also allows for smaller frequency reuse distances than lower frequencies. The small wavelength allows modest size antennas to have a small beam width, further increasing frequency reuse potential. UHF (ULTRA HIGH FREQUENCY) Ultrahigh-frequency surface acoustic wave devices were fabricated on a ZnO/SiO2/Si substrate using step-and-flash nano-imprint lithography combined with hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ) planarization. Excellent critical dimension control was demonstrated for inter-digital transducers with finger electrode widths from 125 down to 65 nm. Fundamental and higher-order Rayleigh modes up to 16.1 GHz were excited and detected, which is the highest frequency for ZnO-based transducers on silicon reported so far. Surface acoustic modes were confirmed with numerical simulations. Simulation results showed good agreement with the experimental data.

Excerpts From “Mind Control” By Harry V. Martin and David Caul In California, it was discovered by Dr. Adey that animal brain waves could be altered directly by ELF fields. It was found that monkey brains would fall in phase with ELF waves. These waves could easily pass through the skull, which normally protected the central nervous system from outside influence. In San Leandro, Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, director of Technic Research Laboratory, has been doing ELF/brain research with human subjects for some time. One of the frequencies produces nausea for more than an hour. Another frequency, she calls it the marijuana frequency, gets people laughing. “Give me the money and three months,” she says, “and I’ll be able to affect the behavior of eighty percent of the people in this town without their knowing it.”…. ***** The American public was never informed that the military had planned to develop electromagnetic weapons until 1982, when the revelation appeared in a technical Air Force magazine. The magazine article stated, “….specifically generated radio-frequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and revolutionary anti-personnel military trends.” The article indicated that that it would be very easy to use electromagnetic fields to disrupt the human brain because the brain, itself, was an electrically mediated organ. If further indicated that a rapidly scanning RFR system would have a stunning or killing capability over a large area. The system was developable. Navy Captain Dr. Paul E. Taylor read a paper at the Air University Center for Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Dr. Taylor was responsible for the Navy’s Radiation Laboratory and had been studying radiation effects on humans. In his paper, Dr. Taylor stated, “The ability of individuals to function (as soldiers) could be degraded to such a point that would be combat ineffective.” The system was so sophisticated that it employed microwaves and millimeter waves and was transportable by a large truck. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the South Bay, are working on the development of a “brain bomb”. A bomb could be dropped in the middle of a battlefield which would produce microwaves, incapacitating the minds of soldiers within a circumscribed area. Applications of microwave technology in espionage were available for over 25 years. In a meeting in Berkeley of the American Association for the Advancement of Science as early as 1965, Professor J. Anthony Deutsch of New York University, provided an important segment of research in the field of memory control. In layman terms, Professor Deutsch indicated that the mind is a transmitter and if too much information is received, like too many vehicles on a crowded freeway, the brain ceases to transmit. The Professor indicated that an excess of acetyl choline in the brain can interfere with the memory process and control. He indicated excess amounts of acetyl choline can be artificially produced, through both the administration of drugs or through the use of radio waves. The process is called Electronic Dissolution of Memory (EDOM). The memory transmission can be stopped for as long as the radio signal continues. As a result, the awareness of the person skips over those minutes during which he is subjected to the radio signal. Memory is distorted, and time-orientation is destroyed. According to Lincoln Lawrence, author of Were We Controlled, EDOM is now operational. “There is already in use a small EDOM generator/transmitter which can be concealed on the body of the person. Contact with this person, a casual handshake or even just a touch, transmits a tiny electronic charge plus an ultra-sonic signal tone which for a short period will disturb the time-orientation of the person affected….it can be a potent weapon for hopelessly confusing evidence in the investigation of a crime.” Thirty years ago, Allen Frey discovered that microwaves of 300 to 3000 megahertz could be “heard” by
people, even if they were deaf, if pulsed at a certain rate. Appearing to be originating just in back of the head, the sound boomed, clicked, hissed or buzzed, depending upon the frequency. Later research has shown that the perception of the waves take place just in front of the ears. The microwaves causes pressure waves in the brain tissue, and this phenomenon vibrates the sound receptors in the inner ear through the bone structure. Some microwaves are capable of directly stimulating the nerve cells of the auditory pathways. This has been confirmed with experiments with rats, in which the sound registers 120 decibels, which is equal to the volume of a nearby jet during takeoff. Aside from having the capability of causing pain and preventing auditory communication, a more subtle effect was demonstrated at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp. Dr. Sharp, himself, was the subject of an experiment in which pulsed microwave audio-grams, or the microwave analog of the sound vibrations of spoken words, were delivered to his brain in such a way that he was able to understand the words that were spoken. Military and undercover uses of such a device might include driving a subject crazy with inner voices in order to discredit him, or conveying undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin. But the technology has been carried even a step further. It has been demonstrated by Dr. Ross Adey that microwaves can be used to directly bring about changes in the electrical patterns of different parts of the brain. His experiments showed that he could achieve the same mind control over animals as Dr. Delgado did in the bull incident. Dr. Delgado used brain implants in his animals, Dr. Adey used microwave devices without preconditioning. He made animals act and look like electronic toys.

Clinically, TMS may be helpful in alleviating certain symptoms, including those of depression.” “Researchers typically differentiate between the effects of ionizing radiation (such as farultraviolet, X-ray and gamma ray) and non-ionizing radiation (including visible light, microwave and radio). The ionizing variety may be undesirable because it can cause DNA damage and mutations, thus we should all limit our exposure to its sources--radioactive materials and solar radiation among them. However, given modern technology, non-ionizing radiation from power lines, personal wireless devices, cell phone towers and other sources is practically unavoidable. Extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) surround home appliances as well as high-voltage electrical transmission lines and transformers.”

This is why in most of the countries the use of such technologies, without consent of the user, is banned. As for the sound, a report on the device transmitting a beam of sound waves, which can hear only persons at whom the beam of sound waves is targeted, appeared last year in the world newspapers. Though in the open scientific literature only some 30 experiments were published, supporting this assumption (1),(2), already in 1974, in the USSR, after successful testing with military unit in Novosibirsk, the installation Radio-son (Radio-sleep) was registered with the Government Committee on the Matters of Inventions and Discoveries of the USSR, described as a method of induction of sleep by means of radio waves (3), (4), (5). In the scientific literature technical feasibility of making a human being asleep by radio waves is confirmed in the book by English scientist carrying out research on the biological effects of electromagnetism (6). In the report by World Health Association on non-ionizing radiation from 1991 we read "Many of biological effects observed in animals exposed to ELF fields appear to be associated, either directly or indirectly, with the nervous system" (2). Among the published experiments there are experiments where pulsed microwaves caused the synchronization of isolated neurons with the frequency of pulsing of microwaves - for example a neuron firing at a frequency 0.8 Hz was forced in this way to fire the impulses at a frequency of 1 Hz. As well pulsed microwaves changed the concentration of neurotransmitters in brain (neurotransmitters are a part of the mechanism which causes the firing of neurons in the brain) and reinforced or attenuated the effects of drugs delivered into the brain (1). The experiment where the main brain frequencies registered by EEG were synchronized with the frequency of microwave pulsing (1,2) might explain the function of the Russian installation Radio-son. Microwaves pulsed in the sleep frequency would cause the synchronization of the brain activity with the sleep frequency and in this way produce the sleep. Pulsing of microwaves in frequency predominating in the brain at an awake state could by the same procedure deny the sleep to a human being. A report derived from the testing program of the Microwave Research Department at the Walter Read Army Institute of research states "Microwave pulses appear to couple to the central nervous system and produce stimulation similar to electric stimulation unrelated to heat". In a many times replicated experiment microwaves pulsed in an exact frequency caused the efflux of calcium ions from the nerve cells (1,2). Calcium plays a key role in the firing of neurons and Ross Adey, member of the first scientific team which published this experiment, publicly expressed his conviction that this effect of electromagnetic radiation would interfere with concentration on complex tasks . Robert Becker, who had share in the discovery of the effect of pulse-fields at the healing of broken bones, published the excerpts from the reportrom Walter Reed Army Institute testing program. In the first part "prompt debilitation effects" should have been tested . Were not those effects based on the experiment by Ross Adey and others with calcium efflux ? British scientist John Evans, working in the same field, wrote that both Ross Adey and Robert Becker lost their positions and research grants and called them "free-thinking exiles" . In 1975, in the USA, a military experiment was published where pulsed microwaves produced, in the brain of a human subject, an audio perception of numbers from 1 to 10 . Several scientists warned that latest advances in neurophysiology could be used for the manipulation of human brain. In June 1995, Michael Persinger, who worked on the American Navy's project of Non-lethal electromagnetic weapons, published, in a scientific magazine, an article where he states: the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species without mediation through classical sensory modalities by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed is now marginally feasible" . In 1998, the French National Bioethics Committee warned that neuroscience is being increasingly recognized as posing potential threat to human rights" .

Lopatin worked, from 1990 to 1995, in sequence, in the Committees on Security of the Russian Federation, Russian State Duma and Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States, specializing in informational security (3). Very large vested commercial interests have deliberately suppressed this information. The social costs in crime, deaths, and ruined lives due to drugs and alcohol is enormous in our society. The human brain hemispheres operate on separate ear inputs, thus stereo sound systems. But of more immediate interest is the fact that the frequency effect internal to the brain, is the difference frequency between the separate ear frequency inputs. Thus, if you input 10 Hz in one ear and 18 Hz in the other ear, the brain hemispheres internally will have the 8 Hz difference. The effects of 8 Hz are the meditation or ESP states in humans. Amazingly, the abuse substance reactions are near this same frequency. The exact reaction frequency varies slightly from individual to individual, but can easily be found by tuning until reaction is achieved by the individual. All that is needed to use this system is two inexpensively built audio oscillators and stereo earphones. One audio oscillator can be a fixed frequency, say 20 Hz, and the other oscillator tunable between 1 Hz and 100 Hz. Fibonacci Numbers We are all familiar with the series of numbers formed by assigning 1 to the first two elements and then the next follows as the sum of the two preceding it, or 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, ... --the so called Fibonacci series. This series has special properties which yield some amazing results. The series was first explored by Leonardo of Pisa ( Filius Bonacci, son of Bonacci, shortened to Fibonacci). He is thought to have recognized the series while examining the Chinese Triangle of the 1300s. Where are the connections and applications of the Fibonacci numbers? Sound Waves Musical scales are based on Fibonacci numbers The Fibonacci series appears in the foundation of aspects of art, beauty and life. Even music has a foundation in the series, as: There are 13 notes in the span of any note through its octave. A scale is composed of 8 notes, of which the 5th and 3rd notes create the basic foundation of all chords, and are based on whole tone which is 2 steps from the root tone, that is the 1st note of the scale. Note too how the piano keyboard scale of C to C above of 13 keys has 8 white keys and 5 black keys, split into groups of 3 and 2.While some might “note” that there are only 12 “notes” in the scale, if you don’t have a root and octave, a start and an end, you have no means of calculating the gradations in between, so this 13th note as the octave is essential to computing the frequencies of the other notes. The word “octave” comes from the Latin word for 8, referring to the eight whole tones of the complete musical scale, which in the key of C are C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C. In a scale, the dominant note is the 5th note of the major scale, which is also the 8th note of all 13 notes that comprise the octave. This provides an added instance of Fibonacci numbers in key musical relationships. Interestingly, 8/13 is .61538, which approximates phi. What’s more, the typical three chord song in the key of A is made up of A, its Fibonacci & phi partner E, and D, to which A bears the same relationship as E does to A. This is analogous to the “A is to B as B is to C” basis for the golden section, or in this case “D is to A as A is to E.” Here’s an interesting observation found in the Fibonacci number sequence: 0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 … If directly translated into Hertz (Hz) a unit for measuring frequency, we may conceptualize: 0Hz is complete silence, zero vibration, zero movement. 1Hz is the first ripple of vibration, the very act of creation itself.
Humans cannot hear frequencies below about 20Hz, and the few frequencies in the 20Hz – 40 Hz range are very hard to define by most hearing even among the most seasoned listeners. Instead, these frequencies are simply energy. Astoundingly, the tenth number of the Fibonacci number sequence is 55, or 55Hz in our case. This is the first recognizable musical pitch in the Fibonacci sequence. It is a perfectly in-tune A in equal temperament, when A=440Hz. Quite appropriately, the frequency has been given the name A, after alpha, the beginning. Analyzing the other numbers in the sequence yielded an interesting find: every 3rd number in the sequence is a frequency in tune a pitch of equal temperament. Quickly these frequencies go well above the threshold of human hearing – us humans only hear frequencies up to about 20kHz if we’re lucky. Up above 12kHz, sound is less as pitch and more as air. These pitches above human hearing can still be named by applying a simple octave adjustment calculation. For example, an A at 220Hz is a perfect octave below an A at 440Hz, and an A at 880Hz is an A a perfect octave above. Given this rule, we see the following pattern: A440 is an arbitrary standard. The American Federation of Musicians accepted the A440 as standard pitch in 1917. It was then accepted by the U.S. government its standard in 1920 and it was not until 1939 that this pitch was accepted internationally. Before recent times a variety of tunings were used. It has been suggested by James Furia and others that A432 be the standard. A432 was often used by classical composers and results in a tuning of the whole number frequencies that are connected to numbers used in the construction of a variety of ancient works and sacred sites, such as the Great Pyramid of Egypt. The controversy over tuning still rages, with proponents of A432 or C256 as being more natural tunings than the current standard.

Global Resonance Frequency What Is “Global Resonance Frequency”?
“If you wish to understand the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration.” -Nikola Tesla The seventh number in the Fibonacci number sequence is 8. 0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 … During one of his early experiments, genius scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla discovered that a very low frequency around 8Hz radiated after powerful electromagnetic events such as lightning. Scientists in the 1950′s later concurred that the resonance frequency of the Earth is about 8Hz, or more exactly 7.83Hz – see the Schumann Resonances. Moreover, the resonance frequency of the human brain and all organic matter is also 8Hz. In other words, 8Hz is the frequency that penetrates and unites the Earth with the human brain. 8Hz (8 cycles per second) is an Alpha wave frequency. This frequency exists in the relaxedawake consciousness, i.e. in meditation or immediately before falling asleep or waking up; consciousness converging simultaneously with subconsciousness. The frequency range of 8-12Hz is also where lucid dreaming exists. Being exposed to these low-frequency oscillations might enhance one’s state of awareness since it can synchronize thought-wave patterns, through a process known as entrainment, as was the case with Tesla, who often sat quietly and alone in his laboratory among his inventions that were pulsating these infrasonic low frequencies. It has also been documented that early astronauts when in orbit outside Earth’s atmosphere suffered from migraines and disorientation having been deprived of Earth’s resonant 8Hz which governs circadian rhythm. The frequency of their brain suddenly had no sense of fundamental ground. Scientists later installed low-frequency oscillators on board spacecrafts to synthesize Earth’s alpha waves at 8Hz. The harmonic overtone series as generated by 8Hz is a beginning of sorts. For instance, an octave above 8Hz is 16Hz, and if we were to extend the range of the piano, a 16Hz pitch would be a perfect B natural in our conventional twelve-tone equal temperament widely used in the western world.

But don't break out the aluminum foil head shield just yet. Hospitals and airplanes ban the use of cell phones, because their electromagnetic transmissions can interfere with sensitive electrical devices. Could the brain also fall into that category? A computer controlled the phone's transmissions in a double-blind experimental design, which meant that neither the test subject nor researchers knew whether the cell phone was transmitting or idle while EEG data were collected. The data showed that when the cell phone was transmitting, the power of a characteristic brain-wave pattern called alpha waves in the person's brain was boosted significantly. The increased alpha wave activity was greatest in brain tissue directly beneath to the cell phone, strengthening the case that the phone was responsible for the observed effect. Alpha Waves of Brain Alpha waves fluctuate at a rate of eight to 12 cycles per second (Hertz). These brainwaves reflect a person's state of arousal and attention. Alpha waves are generally regarded as an indicator of reduced mental effort, "cortical idling" or mind wandering. But this conventional view is perhaps an oversimplification. Croft, for example, argues that the alpha wave is really regulating the shift of attention between external and internal inputs. Alpha waves increase in power when a person shifts his or her consciousness of the external world to internal thoughts; they also are the key brainwave signatures of sleep. Cell Phone Insomnia If cell phone signals boost a person's alpha waves, does this nudge them subliminally into an altered state of consciousness or have any effect at all on the workings of their mind that can be observed in a person's behavior? In the second study, James Horne and colleagues at the Lough borough University Sleep Research Center in England devised an experiment to test this question. The result was surprising. Not only could the cell phone signals alter a person's behavior during the call, the effects of the disrupted brain-wave patterns continued long after the phone was switched off. "This was a completely unexpected finding," Horne told me. "We didn't suspect any effect on EEG [after switching off the phone]. We were interested in studying the effect of mobile phone signals on sleep itself." But it quickly became obvious to Horne and colleagues in preparing for the sleep-research experiments that some of the test subjects had difficulty falling asleep.
Horne and his colleagues controlled a Nokia 6310e cell phone—another popular and basic phone— attached to the head of 10 healthy but sleep-deprived men in their sleep research lab. (Their sleep had been restricted to six hours the previous night.) The researchers then monitored the men's brainwaves by EEG while the phone was switched on and off by remote computer, and also switched between "standby," "listen" and "talk" modes of operation for 30 minute intervals on different nights. The experiment revealed that after the phone was switched to "talk" mode a different brain-wave pattern, called delta waves (in the range of one to four Hertz), remained dampened for nearly one hour after the phone was shut off. These brainwaves are the most reliable and sensitive marker of stage two sleep— approximately 50 percent of total sleep consists of this stage—and the subjects remained awake twice as long after the phone transmitting in talk mode was shut off. Although the test subjects had been sleepdeprived the night before, they could not fall asleep for nearly one hour after the phone had been operating without their knowledge. Although this research shows that cell phone transmissions can affect a person's brainwaves with persistent effects on behavior, Horne does not feel there is any need for concern that cell phones are damaging. The arousal effects the researchers measured are equivalent to about half a cup of coffee, and many other factors in a person's surroundings will affect a night's sleep as much or more than cell phone transmissions. "The significance of the research," he explained, is that although the cell phone power is low, "electromagnetic radiation can nevertheless have an effect on mental behavior when transmitting at the proper frequency." He finds this fact especially remarkable when considering that everyone is surrounded by electromagnetic clutter radiating from all kinds of electronic devices in our modern world. Cell phones in talk mode seem to be particularly well-tuned to frequencies that affect brainwave activity. "The results show sensitivity to low-level radiation to a subtle degree. These findings open the door by a crack for more research to follow. One only wonders if with different doses, durations, or other devices, would there be greater effects?" Croft of Swinburne emphasizes that there are no health worries from these new findings. "The exciting thing about this research is that it allows us to have a look at how you might modulate brain function and this [look] tells us something about how the brain works on a fundamental level." In other words, the importance of this work is in illuminating the fundamental workings of the brain-scientists can now splash away with their own self-generated electromagnetic waves and learn a great deal about how brainwaves respond and what they do.
Dr. Andrija Puharich: ELF Shield Method and Apparatus for Shielding a Person from the Polluting Effects of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Magnetic Waves, and all Other Environmental Electromagnetic Emissions By Dr Andrija Puharich Essentia Research Associates Invited Paper: The Tesla Centennial Symposium, IEEE Pikes Peak Section, Colorado Springs CO (August 12, 1984) This paper will describe a novel method and means of defense against the global omnipresence of ELF emissions and other electromagnetic pollution. The use of ELF magnetic emissions in contemporary undeclared warfare is so new that there is little knowledge about it amongst both the lay public and experts in warfare. Therefore, this paper will rely on the history of the development of ELF warfare starting with Nikola Tesla’s pioneering work in the 1890s; its contemporary use by several nations; and some new research carried out by the author. This background material is to be found in Reference 1, an unpublished manuscript written by the inventor. We begin with a description of an objective method of measuring a person’s susceptibility to electroencephalographic (EEG) entrainment with respect to magnetic pulses, visual photonic pulses, and auditory sound pulses. From this data set there is calculated a specific set of magnetic pulse frequencies, typically between 7 to 10 Hz that protects that individual from “negative” ELF magnetic waves. This protection extends to all man-made environmental electromagnetic pollution. Reference 2 proves that the magnetic component of electromagnetic pollution can be mutagenic in human tissue. This is the great danger of electromagnetic pollution. We then describe the three components of the electromagnetic pollution (EMPe) and extremely low frequency magnetic (ELFm) shielding device. We then show how the shielding device effect can be objectively measured. First, the ambient EMPe and ambient ELFm pollution is measured with a detector coil-amplifier of great sensitivity. A typical measurement will show a spread of frequencies ranging from 6 Hz to 120 Hz with a measurable average amplitude, and characteristic wave shape. Then the three components of the shielding device are placed on a person, and the measurements repeated. Typically, the ambient frequencies will narrow down to 7 to 10 Hz with a 3fold increase in amplitude. These frequencies centering on 8 to 9 Hz are biologically beneficial frequencies. Thus the shielding device performs two important functions: (1) cancels out all negative polluting EMPe and ELFm emissions in the ambient environment of a person, thus shielded, and (2) selectively amplifies certain beneficial ELFm in the ambient
environment of a shielded person, in the rage of 7 to 10 Hz with a peak center frequency of 8 to 9 Hz in the EEG power spectrum. As a beginning to the theory, and hence of the method of operation of the shielding device, I present some brief observations of the way in which one human being can direct and radiate his natural EEG, i.e., ELFm, a magnetic wave at another person, and use them to bring under control the EEG wave system of that person, as measured objectively with dual EEG wave measurements of the two persons. Observations are also made of artificially radiating a person with a magnetic wave generator which can produce behavioral modification in the person being radiated. A theory and method is developed as to how and why ELFm signals of the order of 2 x 10-9 Tesla per second (2 nanotesla per second) can exert such powerful control effects over biological systems. The experimental work that is the foundation of the theory and of the method is given in some detail. The theory states that external magnetic fields can control biological spin-spin proton-proton coupling constants in DNA, RNA, RNA transferases, and hydrons (H2)). Such spin-spin coupling constants can be stabilized at equilibrium, against the destabilizing external ELFm frequencies. Reference 3 shows some of the hysterical press reaction to the existence of the Soviet ELF emissions. Reference 4 shows the scientific analysis of the phenomena by an engineer. Description of the Method of Measuring Objectively the Sensitivity of an Individual to Brain wave Entrainment from Polluting Electromagnetic Emissions ~ The author discovered many years ago that when two human beings interact in the well known "laying on of hands" effect (without any body contact) that the brain waves of one of the participants will entrain the brainwaves of the other person. See Reference 5, pp. 7-9. Later it was discovered that the Soviet ELF global emissions could entrain the brain waves of certain individuals. Then it was found that by proper training individuals could entrain their own brain waves at the Alpha Frequencies (7-12 Hz). As a result of such experiments and findings the author developed the system shown in Figure 1 which can be routinely used to measure the effects of polluting EM emissions of the brain waves. These effects on the brainwaves are explainable as an effect on the spin-spin proton-proton coupling constants of every odd-numbered atom in the human body. See Reference 5m pp. 16-21 for the scientific basis of this effect. Referring to the block diagram of Figure 1 we see that the Head (1) of a person is connected via electrodes to an EEG machine (6) which has the capability of carrying out a Fourier transform analysis of the brain waves in real time. Stimulators (8), Strobe Lights (9), ELF Magnetic Wave Generator (12), Audio Wave Generator (11), Trans-dermal Wave Generator (10, Puharich, US Patent # 3,563,246) serve to entrain the waves of the brain at characteristic frequencies. These entrained waves from the
brain are cross-correlated by computer analysis to yield a profile of frequencies that reveal the particular sensitivities of the individual to brain wave entrainment. In addition there is a set of monitors that detect the ambient earth and atmospheric magnetic waves: ELF Detector Coil (2), ultra-sensitive (0.5 microTesla/sec.) Amplifier (3), A/D Frequency Counter (4), and Oscilloscope (5) to measure the wave shape and the amplitude of the magnetic waves. Systems (3), (4), and (5) are also fed into the computer for cross-correlation analysis with the EEG data. Thus the system of Figure 1 can measure the effects on the brain EEG from the ambient EMPe and ELFm before any use is made of the Shield Device on that person. It can also measure the ambient EMPe and ELFm after the person has put on the Shield Device. The results of this kind of measurement are shown in Figure 3. Description of the Shield Device which Protects an Individual from the Negative Biological and Psychological Effects of EMPe and ELFm Polluting Emissions ~ Reference to Figure 2 shows the block diagram of the Shield Device. There are three components of the Shield Device. The first component is the metal shielded circuit made up of three parts respectively labeled: the Sensor (IV), the Battery (VIII), and the Controller (IX), a quartz clock. Now it is to be noted that the first component which is in the form and shape of a ball point type of pencil, and will be called the pencil hereinafter, encloses all of the three parts in a metal Faraday type of shield. This means that the the parts are effectively shielded against all EM radiation above about 100 Hz. The pencil is normally held in the hand and can be used as a working ballpoint pen, or it can be worn in a shirt pocket or carried by a cord hung around the neck. The only signals that can get through the shielding of the pen are: (a) the magnetic brain waves of the person wearing it, (b) the ambient neutrino flux from deep space, and (c) virtual sub-quantum an energy from the environment. Signal (a) is obvious and needs no further explanation. The brain wave magnetic vector enters the Sensor IV, and is picked up by flat copper braid which is wound in 21 turns
on a brass spindle, and each turn is rotated, or twisted 180° on each turn. This rotates the magnetic wave 180 degrees on each turn, and passes on the next turn a magnetic wave that is 180° out of phase with it. The result is that the vectors cancel each other, and the only wave that passes up to the coil is a scalar longitudinal wave. For a definition of the meaning of this term see Reference 6, pp. 21-25. The scalar wave, when it reaches the positive pole of the battery will orthorotate 180° and release a pulse of charge into the battery that is 180° out of phase with the pulse charge that has just left the battery at the negative pole. This phase control of battery charge emission, and battery charge entrance is managed by the oscillations of the quartz crystal in the clock which is free-running at 256 Hz. The proof of this action is that a battery with a normal life, with load, of one year will last for at least 4 years by our latest measurements, if not longer. But there is a feedback between the human body, and the first component, the pencil, which has just been described. There is a second component, labeled in Figure 2 as the Magnetic Tape Loop (VI), Twistor and Antenna. This is made up of a plastic film (0.125 inch wide and 0.001 mil thick) coated on one side with magnetite powder (Fe3O4). The plastic film is wound on a sheet iron base in the form of a circle that will pass over a person’s hand and wrist, and is worn as a bracelet. There are 42 turns of the film on the metal circle, and the film is twisted 180 degrees each turn, The magnetic tape loop cancels all the magnetic vectors of all the frequencies of EMPe and ELFm in the ambient environment, and cancels them by the phase canceling already described for the pencil. The difference is that the magnetic tape loop is not connected to anything --- it is an open circuit, and the scalar longitudinal waves are dumped into the ambient vacuum. When the first component, the pencil, is in skin contact with the person, some of the scalar longitudinal waves will enter part IV of the pencil. The mechanism of this latter effect is that the quartz resonator IX has a feedback to the Copper Band VII of virtual photonic energy because the skin is a detector for all kinds of waves. See Reference 5, pp. 23-27 for a description of this detector effect discovered by the inventor. This copper band initiates a loop of virtual energy flow as shown by the dashed lines in Figure 2 starting at IX, going to VII through the skin and to the opposite arm where it emerges 180° out of phase with the entrance signal due to the diode property of the skin, the path then goes through the shield into Sensor IV, and by hard wire circuitry back to the Controller IX. This is a complete circuit path in which a part of the path is hard-wired, and a part of the path is a scalar wave, and virtual photon, in nature. These different parts of the circuit, i.e., the human body, and the three components of the Shield Device come into a self-sustaining resonance. The virtual parts of the circuit are hyper-spatial, i.e., greater than 4 dimensions, and this is proven by the fact that the space in which the detector coil sits will remain clear of EMPe and ELFm for 15 minutes to 90 minutes after the person who wears the Shield
Device leaves the area by going at least one-half mile away. Reference to Figure 3 will show a series of typical measurements made in the region of the Detector Coil (2 in Figure 1) before and after the introduction of the Shield Device. The persistence of a hyper-spatial effect is seen in a comparison between Figure 3A and Figure 3c when the person with the shield Device leaves the ELF Detector Coil region, and goes away at a distance of one-half mile. The pattern recorded by the ELF Detector Coil remains as shown in Figure 3C. It is to be noted by reference to the chart on page 20 in Exhibit E, that the beneficial frequencies for the human organism are centered on 8 Hz, and reference to Figure 3d shows that the Shield Device on a person centers his EEG power spectrum on this center frequency at a very high amplitude. This protects the person from polluting emissions and magnifies the natural NMR system of the biological system. See Reference 7 for an introduction to this NMR coupling. (2) A Method and Means to protect a human being from such harmful emissions with a Shield Device (Figure 2). (3) A Method that is based on the known biological spin-spin proton-proton couplings, and is used to influence this nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system to strengthen the biological integrity of the human body (Figures 3 and 4). (4) The means of the Shield Device which is composed of 3 parts: (a) The Pencil ~ This is a shielded device which serves as a sensor and a controller of Scalar Longitudinal Waves, and converts normal EMPe and ELFm vector waves into scalar waves and virtual energy waves, thereby eliminating the vector waves in the immediate vicinity of a person. The Sensor is made up of 21 turns of flat copper braid wound on a brass cylinder, each turn of braid being twisted 180 degrees from the preceding turn. Braid is connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative pole of the battery is in series with a free-running quartz clock. (b) A Magnetic Flat Film Loop (MFFL) ~ 42 turns, each of which is twisted 180° from the previous turn. This circular flat film magnetic coil serves to collect EMPe and ELFm vector waves from the ambient environment and convert them to Scalar Longitudinal waves which are not harmful to man. There is a virtual coupling between the pencil circuit, and the MFFL. A person wears the MFFL on his body skin,
preferably on his wrist. (c) A Flat Copper Bracelet ~ Preferably an open loop, that is worn on the wrist. Additional copper bracelets may be worn on the body in order to lower the center frequency of the EEG to 8 Hz. Brain Waves What Are Beta Waves? Beta wave, or beta rhythm, is the term used to designate the frequency range of human brain activity between 12 and 30 Hz (12 to 30 transitions or cycles per second). Beta waves are split into three sections: Low Beta Waves (12.5-16 Hz, "Beta 1 power"); Beta Waves (16.5–20 Hz, "Beta 2 power"); and High Beta Waves (20.5-28 Hz, "Beta 3 power"). Beta states are the states associated with normal waking consciousness.
Function Low amplitude beta waves with multiple and varying frequencies are often associated with active, busy, or anxious thinking and active concentration. Over the motor cortex beta waves are associated with the muscle contractions that happen in isotonic movements and are suppressed prior to and during movement changes. Bursts of beta activity are associated with a strengthening of sensory feedback in static motor control and reduced when there is movement change. Beta activity is increased when movement has to be resisted or voluntarily suppressed. The artificial induction of increased beta waves over the motor cortex by a form of electrical stimulation called Transcranial alternating-current stimulationconsistent with its link to isotonic contraction produces a slowing of motor movements.
What Are Alpha Waves? Alpha waves are neural oscillations in the frequency range of 8–12 Hz arising from synchronous and coherent (in phase or constructive) electrical activity of thalamic pacemaker cells in humans. They are also called Berger's wave in memory of the founder of EEG. Alpha waves are one type of brain waves detected either by electroencephalography (EEG) or magnetoencephalography(MEG) and predominantly originate from the occipital lobe during wakeful relaxation with closed eyes. Alpha waves are reduced with open eyes, drowsiness and sleep. Historically, they were thought to represent the activity of the visual cortex in an idle state. More recent papers have argued that they inhibit areas of the cortex not in use, or alternatively that they play an active role in network coordination and communication. Occipital alpha waves during periods of eyes closed are the strongest EEG brain signals. An alpha-like variant called mu (µ) can be found over the motor cortex (central scalp) that is reduced with movement, or the intention to move. Alpha waves do not start to appear until three years of age.
What Are Theta Waves? The theta rhythm is an oscillatory pattern in EEG signals recorded either from inside the brain or from electrodes glued to the scalp. Two types of theta rhythm have been described. The "hippocampal theta rhythm" is a strong oscillation that can be observed in the hippocampus and other brain structures in numerous species of mammals including rodents, rabbits, dogs, cats, bats, and marsupials. "Cortical theta rhythms" are low-frequency components of scalp EEG, usually recorded from humans. In rats, the most frequently studied species, theta rhythmicity is easily observed in the hippocampus, but can also be detected in numerous other cortical and sub-cortical brain structures. Hippocampal theta, with a frequency range of 6–10 Hz, appears when a rat is engaged in active motor behavior such as walking or exploratory sniffing, and also during REM sleep. Theta waves with a lower frequency range, usually around 6–7 Hz, are sometimes observed when a rat is motionless but alert. When a rat is eating, grooming, or sleeping, the hippocampal EEG usually shows a non-rhythmic pattern known as Large Irregular Activity or LIA. The hippocampal theta rhythm depends critically on projections from the medial
septal area, which in turn receives input from the hypothalamus and several brain-stem areas. Happy birthday Nikola Tesla!!! In cats and rabbits, the frequency range is lower (around 4–6 Hz), and theta is less strongly associated with movement than in rats. In bats, theta appears in short bursts associated with echolocation. In humans and other primates, hippocampal theta is difficult to observe at all. The function of the hippocampal theta rhythm is not clearly understood. Green and Arduini, in the first major study of this phenomenon, noted that hippocampal theta usually occurs together with desynchronized EEG in the neocortex, and proposed that it is related to arousal. Vanderwolf and his colleagues, noting the strong relationship between theta and motor behavior, have argued that it is related to sensorimotor processing. Another school, led by John O'Keefe, have suggested that theta is part of the mechanism animals use to keep track of their location within the environment. The most popular theories, however, link the theta rhythm to mechanisms of learning and memory.(Hasselmo, 2005) Cortical theta rhythms observed in human scalp EEG are a different phenomenon, with no clear relationship to the hippocampus. In human EEG studies, the term theta refers to frequency components in the 4–7 Hz range, regardless of their source. Cortical theta is observed frequently in young children. In older children and adults, it tends to appear during drowsy, meditative, or sleeping states, but not during the deepest stages of sleep. Several types of brain pathology can give rise to abnormally strong or persistent cortical theta waves.
Relationship with behavior Vanderwolf (1969) made a strong argument that the presence of theta in the hippocampal EEG can be predicted on the basis of what an animal is doing, rather than why the animal is doing it. Active movements such as running, jumping, bar-pressing, or exploratory sniffing are reliably associated with theta; inactive states such as eating or grooming are associated with LIA. Later studies showed that theta frequently begins several hundred milliseconds before the onset of movement, and that it is associated with the intention to move rather than with feedback produced by movement (Whishaw & Vanderwolf, 1973). What Are Delta Waves
A delta wave is a high amplitude brain wave with a frequency of oscillation between 0–4 hertz. Delta waves, like other brain waves, are recorded with an electroencephalogram(EEG) and are usually associated with the deepest stages of sleep (3 NREM), also known as slow-wave sleep (SWS), and aid in characterizing the depth of sleep.
Classification Delta waves, like all brain waves, are detected by electroencephalography (EEG). Delta waves were originally defined as having a frequency between 1-4 hertz, although more recent classifications put the boundaries at between 0.5 and 2 hertz. They are the slowest, but highest amplitude brainwaves. Delta waves begin to appear in stage 3 sleep, but by stage 4 nearly all spectral activity is dominated by delta waves. Stage 3 sleep is defined as having less than 50% delta wave activity, while stage 4 sleep has more than 50% delta wave activity. These stages have recently been combined and are now collectively referred to as stage N3 slow-wave sleep. During N3 SWS, delta waves account for 20% or more of the EEG record during this stage. Delta waves occur in all mammals, and potentially all animals as well. Delta waves are often associated with another EEG phenomenon, the K-complex. K-Complexes have been shown to immediately precede delta waves in slow wave sleep.
Brain localization and biochemistry Delta waves can arise either in the thalamus or in the cortex. When associated with the thalamus, they likely arise in coordination with the reticular formation. In the cortex, the suprachiasmatic nuclei have been shown to regulate delta waves, as lesions to this area have been shown to cause disruptions in delta wave activity. In addition, delta waves show a lateralization, with right hemisphere dominance during sleep. Delta waves have been shown to be mediated in part by T-type calcium channels. During delta wave sleep, neurons are globally inhibited by gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Delta activity stimulates the release of several hormones, including growth hormone releasing hormone GHRH and prolactin (PRL). GHRH is released from the hypothalamus, which in turn stimulates release of growth hormone from the pituitary. Like growth hormone, the secretion of prolactin - which is closely related to growth hormone (GH) - is also regulated by the pituitary. Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) activity is decreased in response to delta-wave signaling.
Development Infants have been shown to spend a great deal of time in slow-wave sleep, and thus have more delta wave activity. In fact, delta-waves are the predominant wave forms of infants. Analysis of the waking EEG of a newborn infant indicates that delta wave activity is predominant in that age, and still appears in a waking EEG of five-year-old.'s Delta wave activity during slow-wave sleep declines during adolescence, with a drop of around 25% reported between the ages of 11 and 14 years. Delta waves have been shown to decrease across the lifespan, with most of the decline seen in the mid-forties. By the age of about 75, stage four sleep and delta waves may be entirely absent. In addition to a decrease in the incidence of delta waves during slow-wave sleep in the elderly, the incidence of temporal delta wave activity is common seen in older adults, and incidences also increase with age.
Temporal Low-voltage Irregular Delta Wave (TLID) Temporal low-voltage irregular delta wave activity has been commonly detected in patients with ischemic brain diseases. In addition, small ischemic lesions have been shown to be closely
correlated with TLID, and are indicative of early-stage cerebrovasular damage. Parasomnias Parasomnias are often associated with disruptions in slow wave sleep. Sleep walking and sleep talking most often occur during periods of high-delta wave activity. Sleep walkers have also been shown to have more Hypersynchronous Delta Activity (HSD activity) compared to total time spent in stages 2, 3, and 4 sleep relative to healthy controls. Hypersynchronous Delta Activity (HSD) are continuous, high-voltage (> 150 uV) delta waves seen in sleep EEGs. Parasomnias which occur deep in NREM sleep also include sleep terrors and confusional arousal.
Sleep deprivation Total sleep deprivation has been shown to increase delta wave activity during sleep recovery, and has also been shown to increase hypersynchronous delta activity (HSD).
Parkinson's disease Sleep disturbances, as well as dementia, are common features of Parkinson's disease, and patients with PD show disrupted brain wave activity. The drug rotigotine, developed for PD, has been shown to increase delta power and slow-wave sleep in those with Parkinson's disease. Interestingly, delta-wave inducing peptide injected into the substantia nigra of the rat model has been shown to increase parkinsonian symptoms.
Schizophrenia People suffering schizophrenia have shown disrupted EEG patterns, and there is a close association of reduced delta waves during deep sleep and negative symptoms associated with schizophrenia. During slow wave sleep (stages 3 and 4), schizophrenics have been shown to have reduced delta wave activity, although delta waves have also been shown to be increased during waking hours in more severe forms of schizophrenia. A recent study has shown that the right frontal and central delta wave dominance, seen in healthy individuals, is absent in patients with schizophrenia. In addition, the negative correlation between delta wave activity and age is also not observed in those with schizophrenia.
Diabetes and insulin resistance Disruptions in slow wave (delta) sleep have been shown to increase risk for development of Type II diabetes, potentially due to disruptions in the growth hormone secreted by the pituitary. In addition, hypoglycemia occurring during sleep may also disrupt delta-wave activity.Low-voltage irregular delta waves (TLID) have also been found in the left temporal lobe of diabetic patients, at a rate of 56% (compared to 14% in healthy controls).
Fibromyalgia Patients suffering from fibromyalgia often report unrefreshing sleep. A study conducted in 1975 by Moldovsky et al. showed that the delta wave activity of these patients in stages 3 and 4 sleep were often interrupted by alpha waves. They later showed that depriving the body of delta wave sleep activity also induced musculoskeletal pain and fatigue.
Alcoholism Alcohol has been shown to decrease slow wave sleep and delta power, while increasing stage 1 and REM incidence in both men and women. In long-term alcohol abuse, the influences of alcohol on sleep architecture and reductions in delta activity have been shown to persist even after long periods of abstinence.
Temporal lobe epilepsy Slow waves, including delta waves, are associated with seizure-like activity within the brain. W.
Grey Walter was the first person to use delta waves from an EEG to locate brain tumors and lesions causing temporal lobe epilepsy. Neurofeedback has been suggested as a treatment for temporal lobe epilepsy, and theoretically acts to reduce inappropriate delta wave intrusion, although there has been limited clinical research in this area.

But just like any corporation the costumers are what give them power, wealth, and approval. The sad fact is, is that we are practically “costumers” in this country. But the illusion that is seen is that we have no power anymore because we are “costumers” or “slaves”. WE THE PEOPLE STILL HAVE THE POWER; WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE POWER! Stop using banks, stop buying Monsanto products, be generous, be loving, and never be afraid to speak out. We need to need to put faith back into local merchants, our neighbors, family, community, our WORLD!!! Our earth, our beautiful planet, we are raping of its beauty; we take for granted what we have on this earth. Our consciousness is powerful!! It was known by the ancients, and it is known by the elitists, but they are hiding this knowledge from us. They created this illusion of paper currency, with no back up value. We spend our whole lives striving to earn this paper just to spend it later down the road and end up with nothing. Our economy is nearly impossible to advance in at this point. They made it so there is no middle class; there is lower class, and upper class. The upper class overall money compared to the amount of people who are in this class is off the charts. LITERALLY! I mentioned Nikola Tesla's quote “if you want to understand the universe, think in terms of frequency, energy, and vibrations” all energy has vibrations which has a fundamental frequency. Matter at a subatomic level is simply energy; energy has consciousness (discovered by watching reaction of particles in different situations). If you can influence the fundamental frequency of any matter you can manipulate it. Since matter is consciousness then theoretically changing the frequency will influence the conscious state. Our brain has consciousness, it is not consciousness. You must realize this. Since our brains are consciousness and consciousness is matter, then we can change the frequency of our brain to influence other matter. Just like how the earth influences our perspective because of the global resonance frequency. We are naturally synced up to the earth’s electromagnetic frequency and the HAARP and GWEN structures are manipulating our consciousness by using extremely low frequency waves to change our consciousness. It is happening already, and has been happening. But don’t let these destructive projects limit your view on ELF waves because although they are being used for bad, they can also be used for good. Our brain produces a different frequency for each mood, each situation, each drug we take, each thing we eat, and so on, so if you can match these frequencies on a device that can produce ELF waves. It can be used for extreme meditation, enlightenment, and so forth. We must take this knowledge and put it to good use. We need to revolt and take back the liberty of the world. Once we get back to the root of living and mankind we will no longer need names, money, age, positions of authority or even a government because none of these are necessities of life, we as humans are one. One great consciousness of nature, and once we all reach this conclusion and apply it, only then will we truly live in a free world with no hatred or hostility. There will be no more war, no more innocent lives taken because of power or money, and no more separatism. This is all possible in a world that every individual is a part of a great collective consciousness, where there is only one goal, that is to better
mankind as a whole instead of just a select group of people. We all work as one, communicate together, and help one another because they are you and you are them. We do not have brothers or sisters, aunts or uncles, grandfathers and grandmothers, we just have each other. All of us, whether you are black, white tall, short, fat, skinny, mentally or physically ill, child or elder. All of mankind is equal because we are one! Just think of all the amazing things we can do if we energy on love, compassion, and equal liberty for all beings. This way of living won’t decompose society completely but instead evolve it into something self sustaining where there is no hunger, war, or corruption. Think of it as the human body, this is what we know today as one being, we don’t have our legs declare war on our arms, or have favorite body parts because each serves a different purpose to sustain life. Now look at all of humanity as one being, there will be no sensible reason to declare war, pick favorites, make profit off others, ignore hunger, or choose leadership, because if we do this then we cannot live, we cannot survive. We all serve a purpose, and if we diminish others we are only going back to hateful ways that create war, hunger, exclusion, hatred, and fear. I believe this is the only way to live, as one! Instead of forcing these beliefs on others, ask the right questions, let them honestly produce an answer that they see fit. If people want the mindset you have, by all means help them achieve it but don’t for one second tell someone how to live. This will only cause resentment and push them away. So all I ask of you is to try to understand this, read this research and ask yourself “What does this mean to me?” As I mentioned earlier, ELF waves can be used for good as well as bad. Well we know that the brain produces a different frequency depending on the situation, so if we can figure out the frequencies of a perfectly healthy mind, any drug, positive moods, and so forth we can literally put the drug cartels, and pharmaceutical companies out of business. There will be no need for any of these external things we consume because our brain is capable of getting to that state. This isn’t something you should go out try; I am not telling you to make a binaural beat machine and start messing with your minds natural frequencies, but knowing this information can be used as a shield to block out other frequencies another person may be trying to implicate upon you. Don’t you see, this stuff should be taught in schools, but its not. Why you may ask, well it’s because of power. That is the core reason for keeping all of this information suppressed. The elitists know that if this type of information gets out and the people start realizing they have been living a lie they will no longer have power over us. They’re not scared of any leakers, or “traitors” because they can easily kill off individuals who go against them, but what they are afraid of is an informed public who demands liberty. Remember! They can kill us off one at a time as long as we are not united, but they can’t kill to world united by love, peace, and the advancement of humanity. We are the people, we are the power in this world, and we must know this! Time is running out, soon they will have complete control over the world, but we still have time. We still have a fighting chance if we rise up and unite. Stop all the separatism, stop all the hatred, and exclusion! WE ARE ONE! WE ARE EARTH! WE ARE THE UNIVERSE!
