Present: SK Chairman Sarah Mae Ajon SK Councilor Leanne Barnedo SK Councilor Roshiel Baňal SK Councilor Mark Val Barnedo SK Councilor Melvin Balistoy Absent: SK Councilor Lemcel Balute SK Councilor Wilmer Bertiz SK Councilor Christine Bobis Resolution Number 05 Series of 2008 A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE SK PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2009. Presented for consideration is the Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan for Calendar Year 2009 in the amount of P95, 864.60. WHEREAS, pursuant to general guidelines on Barangay Budgeting that ten percent (10%) of the total total General General Fund of the Baranga Barangay y shall shall be approp appropria riated ted and administ administere ered d by the Sangguniang Kabataan. The amount shall be spent for the purposes provided under Section 1, Article XI of the 2001 SK Constitution and By-Laws. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Roshiel Baňal and duly seconded by SK Councilor Leanne Barnedo be it. RESOLVED, as it is hereby approved to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance to wit:

AN ORDINA ORDINANCE NCE APPROR APPRORIAT IATING ING THE AMOUNT AMOUNT OF P95, P95, 864.60 864.60 FOR CALEND CALENDAR AR YEAR 2009 TO COVER THE EXPENDITURES AND PROGRAMS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAN FOR BUDGET YEAR. The appropriation shall take effect on January 1, 2009.
