CAUTION Tighten the flange bolts equally.The manufacturer recommends using full-surface packing for the flange connection. If only ring-shaped packing is used,use caution not to overtighten the bolts,To tighten,use a wrench ,not an impact wrench. If the bolts are tightened unequally,the pump flanges may break. The asbestos material is not used,
CENTRIFUGAL PUMP • When employing non-steel pipe for the sea water pump line,such as the neoprene lining pipe and the polyethylene coating pipe,the sacrifice pipe or the anodelZn or Fe) must be always installed near the pump suction no matter what pump materials to be, • If the vibration or noise is happened on the pump or piping during pump operation at less than the specification point,please adjust the discharge valve,open or close the valve,and operate the pump at the normal condition, no abnormal vibration and no abnormal noise condition,or the pump is operated at the point that is come to near the specification by install the oriffice at discharge side,
3-ROTOR SCREW PUMP The clearances between each pump parts inside of the screw pump are really narrow;especially rotors and a sleeve,Therefore, the screw pump is naturally weak to invasion of hard foreign substance. Under a new construction and installation,we recommend to install 80-100 meshes strainer before the pump,After elimination of those hard foreign substances from pipe line,an element may change to 32-40 meshes,In case of deteriorated Fuel Oil,we recommend to use 60-80 meshes strainer element, In addition,never pump other fluid out than intended,and never use this pump as a flushing pump.
