The Welcome Massage Docteur Renaud is realized at the beginning of each face treatment. It allows to start the massage and be in contact with the client, she will start to relax and being in good condition to receive the treatment. 1

1.Carry out light effleurages of the cervicals, hands opened by coming up along the cervicals.

2.Tilt the head to left from right.

3. Smooth the cervicals one hand after the other.

4. Massage the occiput basis with light movements with the finger pads.

Characteristics of oily skins  The sebum is an oily substance produced by sebaceous glands, which aim is to protect the skin.  Oily skins are characterised by an abnormal production of sebum, also called seborrhoea. This phenomenon is directly linked to the activity of an enzyme: 5-α-reductase.  This enzyme transforms the testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which increases the number of sebaceous cells in the gland. As a consequence, it increases the production of sebum and provokes an hypertrophy of the sebaceous glands (an increase of the volume of the gland).  The activity of these sebaceous glands blocks the pores and provokes an inflammation, then an imperfection. Emulsify making circular movements. Rinse then tone with MULBERRY BRIGHTENING TONING LOTION*. Dry. Exfoliation: Prepare the skin Peeling 1. Prepare 4 cotton pads soaked with HYDRO-NEUTRALISING SOLUTION in a dish. 2. Apply 2 new cotton pads in another dish and apply 5 pressures of PEELING 4/26 on each cotton pad. 3. Prepare 2 fold in half cotton pads, soaked with AZULENE TONING LOTION, then place them on the eyes. 4. Apply PEELING 4/26 to the entire face from the less sensitive areas (neck, chin, forehead) to the most sensitive (cheeks, nose, crow’s feet) by insisting on wrinkles and pigmentation marks. Return cotton pads and perform a second passage. Leave on for exactly 2 min. If the client is used to peelings and does not feel any sensation of discomfort, you can progressively leave PEELING 4/26 on, until 5 min. Neutralisation Remove the cotton pads from the eyes. Take 2 cotton pads soaked with HYDRONEUTRALISING SOLUTION and apply them to the entire face starting from the most sensitive areas, then return them and perform a second passage. Start again with the 2 others cotton pads. Rinsing Thoroughly rinse with water using new cotton pads (until disappearance of tingling). Tone and dry. Precaution for use: avoid any contact with the eyes, avoid any exposure to the sun after the peeling or use a protection adapted in case of sun exposure in order to avoid any risk of UV sensitizing linked to peeling.

Mulberry Brightening Cares To know more What is a melanocyte ?  Melanocytes represent about 3% of the epidermis cells that are more or less variable according to the body areas. They are responsible of the skin pigmentation.  They are dendritic cells which presence in the basal membrane is very irregular: they are concentrated in some areas, while other areas of the epidermis totally lack of it.  From 30 years old, the number of active melanocytes decreases by about 10 % each 10 years. Step by step protocol

Scrub Scrub the whole body with large circular rubs, from the bottom to the top. Insist on rough areas (hell, knee, elbow...). Gently scrub the bust. Prepare the Shingles before starting the Relaxing Massage: 1 bag = 5 shingles to realise by yourself Mix the bag of powder with 100 ml of warm water (28° C). Take the paste in your hands and model 5 Shingles. Smooth it with one or two pressures of PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL, then put them on the back of the client, on the relaxation points.

Relaxing massage of the back

Warm up regularly PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL in the OIL-HEATER*. The client lies on her stomach. Leave her back bare then put 1 Shingle in each hand of the client and leave the others on the sacrum, the middle of the back and the nape of the neck. Execute each movement 3 times around the Shingles. 1. Effleurages on each side of the backbone with your hands.

2. “Grapefruit” movements on the shoulder blades. 3. Circular movements with the thumbs on each side of the backbone, from the top to the bottom of the back. The client lies on her stomach. Leave the legs bare and leave 1 Shingles in each hand of the client, on the sacrum, the middle of the back and the nape of the neck. Then apply PEACH RELAXING MASSAGE OIL to the legs. Execute each movement 3 times and go down stretching the leg and enveloping the foot.
