A. Procedure During Indu!ri"# Tr"ining During the industrial training, students need to: 1. Fill out particulars of students in the industrial training, and the company's information. 2. Earlier in the training, find out the scope of the student's industrial training. This procedure is not necessary for students, however, it will e e!tremely helpful for students if they can find their scopes in their earlier training. ". Fill out the wee#ly summary of their internships. $. Fill out final summary of their internships. %. &se the notes sections to ot down anything they have learned from the industrial training. (. )chedule a suitale time for the lecturer to visit the industrial training place. *ormally, the lecturer's visit will ta#e place etween the 2 nd and "rd months of the training. To do this, you have to e+mail the - /ma0mmu.edu.my efore the 2 months of the training so that her office will arrange for the lecturer's visit. . 3t the end of the industrial training, give the employer's evaluation form /detached it from the log oo# to the employer. Then, inform the employer to fill up the form, and put it in a sealed letter. )tudents will ring ac# sealed letter, and give it to the lecturers. )tudents are not allowed to open the sealed letter.
