STRENGTH ENDURANCE SPEED
Barcelona Circuit 1. 10 rep med ball, 5 each side 2. 2 hurdle jumps, exit, wall pass 3. pressure pressure - pressure - pass behind - wall pass 4. 4 wide jumps 5. 10 reps - 5 kg weight - a rms and legs 6. 2 jumps and exit 7. zig zig zag a nd shot
STRENGTH ENDURANCE SPEED
Interception Drills in 3s Pass - Pass Back - Pass - Intercept 3x each then switch
STRENGTH Defense - Close Down Quickly as far away from goal as possible
