Maksud : ‐ Memberikan gambaran umum Kondisi Fisik dan Karakter batubara di Pit Lisat Memberikan gambaran umum Kondisi Fisik dan Karakter batubara di Pit Lisat ‐ Memberikan pemahaman prosedur yang benar dalam hal pembukaan batubara (expose), hingga pengangkutan batubara ke pelabuhan.
Tujuan & Sasaran : Sasaran: ‐ Peserta dapat mengaplikasikan prosedur ekspose batubara hingga loading batubara di lapangan ‐ Peserta mempunyai rasa memiliki terhadap bahan tambang (batubara) ‐ Peserta dapat bertanggung jawab atas operasional penambangan batubara ‐ Peserta memahami dengan baik prosedur yang benar dan dianjurkan. ‐ Peserta tidak melakukan pekerjaan diluar prosedur yang dianjurkan ‐ Menghasilkan produk batubara yang berkualitas baik untuk kepuasan client dan prestasi yang baik untuk karyawan dan perusahaan PT Thiess Contaractors Indonesia untuk karyawan dan perusahaan PT Thiess Contaractors Indonesia.

NB: the above is only a guide to overburden operations that expose coal and is required to minimise coal losses. Wherever possible - All bright friable coal must be preserved for product - particularly the tops of seams.
