Please select 8.1.0 for Compatible Parameter Set Global Database Name : For Nokia Netact - NETAC For Aircom Enterprise - ENTDB Please note that SID is automatically appears on the window. Then you have the following screen for password. Please type oracle for the password and confirm the password. (Password : oracle)

Select “Create database now” and “Finish”
Click “Yes” to create the DB.
It takes immediately when you select “Yes” and the following screen appears.
. Creating DB takes 15-20 minutes.

When the process finishes creating the DB, the following window appears.
Press OK and finalize creating a DB. You can go to - Control panel - Administrative Tools - Services And check if the service for your DB is up and running.

Checking the TNS :
If everything is OK, you can check the connection to your DB by using Net8 Configuration Assistant. Now you go to: - Start - Programs - Oracle-OraHome817 - Network Administration - Net8 Configuration Assistant
Select the third one. Local Net Service Name Configuration.

Test and “Next”
Select the service name that you want to test. Please note that it is NETACT for Nokia Netact and ENTDB for Aircom Enterprise. And “Next”

When you first test it the following window app ears:
Change Login and Type system & manager for username&mappsword.
And see that the action is successful.
