Over the year, I had been assisting my uncle in his small grocery store in which I played an important part by introducing automated and computerized billing options and also did a part into business and market development. How did you play a part in business and marketing development? I introduced new system—billing I introduced more of a customer oriented schemes from time to time Introduced more of new products with enhanced and better quality service to the customer.

Why do you want to join the bpo industry? ========================================= There are 4 main reason attached to it , 1.As a fresher , I would like to be a part of a brand .Well HCL is a brand and i would like to work with a brand name so as to get exposure in terms of knowledge, workenviro , salary .etc

2. Hiring is IT industry is freeze at the moment. IT companies at the moment is looking for trained people and not raw talent. 3. After working for a considerable period of time in the company, I would like to apply for the IJP ( Internal job postings) in order to grow in the organizational hierarchy either vertically or horizontally and enhanced my domain knowledge and salary prospects 4. I have heard that HCL runs a special program For Engineers by the name of Aspire where in Engineers can enhance their technical skills and hope for a budding career in Technologies. So, after working for a considerable amount of time I would like to enroll for the same and get technically equipped and become more of technically sound and industry specialist. However, I am aware due to recession; the Aspire program that gives us a chance to move to HCL technologies is on hold but would soon get underway.

Where do you see yourself after 5 years? It totally depends on my skills, work and hard work. However, I am not a long term p lanner and I believe in short term goals. To start with I can forward to be either Be a voice and accent trainer, process trainer or team leader, voice coach.
