LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR  Khandakar Nusrat Islam

I am writing in support of the merit and work of Khandakar Nusrat Islam whom I know k now since she was my student. She presented her intelligence, hard-working and a very good perceptive ability in theoretical ideas and perceptions in her electronics courses. She has a very strong background in mathematics and physics complemented by her excellence in programming and computing. She has also developed professional skills in computing using many softwares required to analyze her experimental findings. Though she is studying Electrical & Electronics Engineering but physics, especially the field of  quantum optics has always been her field of interest. Since her First year, she continued to do the necessary studies and work hard on quantum optics which was beyond the academic scope. She wanted to do individual research on this field from the very beginning. Consequently, she has chosen the field of Physics in her he r Masters which further intrigued her to fulfill her long cherished research interest. As a person Nusrat is very much amiable. She has very good proficiency and sound command in English in both oral and written form. I am confident that, with her academic background and knowledge, she would perform brilliantly in any English medium institution. She possesses a strong personality and has the quality to work with others in a group, to act as an organizer or to take the leadership of a group along with her ability to work independently.

Therefore, I strongly recommend her for MS admission in your department and all possible financial supports for her graduate research studies. I believe that if she is awarded with full scholarship, she will be able to prove herself as a successful research student.
