It is include the Manager, head of the whole administration, the Supervisor under her/his supervision are the Maintenance Analyst who is the additional labor force, and Engineer. And below the Engineer is the Electrician.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manager. The Manager or the Director's role is to perform administrative task and managerial duties. He is tasked to oversee the whole operation, as well as to guide, lead, and allocate assignments to his subordinates. He needs to assess reports given to him and decide whether to continue on upgrades or possible solutions regarding potential problems that will be encountered.
Supervisor. He ensures that the maintenance is carried out at the right level; that no important items are overlooked and that the results of the analysis are properly recorded. He coordinates with the manager and discusses elaborately the tests procedures and results based on the given data. He also manages issues among the team members and helps in reaching consensus in an orderly fashion as well as retaining the commitment of the members and keeping them engaged.
Engineer. He is in charge of diagnosing breakdown problems and carries out quality inspections on jobs as well. He is also into monitoring and controlling maintenance. He will be in charge or will supervise the electrician.
Maintenance Analyst. This person should be able to detect the equipment condition, must have the skill to analyze the condition, must be able to diagnose the machine or system operation and develop a course of action, and must take the action needed to prevent failure (or allow RTF). The analyst would be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data for the mechanical systems.
Electrician. The senior technician will be the one responsible in troubleshooting, maintaining, and performing several tests on the equipment. He will be reporting directly to the Principal Engineer / Supervisor.
Job Qualifications
Manager
At least 10 years work experience
He/She must be a creative problem-solver with the ability to build and manage teams, delegate authority, and develop employee talents. He/She should have strong budgeting, business writing, and computer processing skills as these are all essential in his/her job.
Membership and leadership positions in professional organizations related to the area of expertise are big advantages.
Supervisor
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced employees specializing in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Good working knowledge in equipment control and troubleshooting
Membership and leadership positions in professional organizations related to the area of expertise are big advantages.
Engineer
Candidate must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
Five (5) years of relevant experience training experience
Ability to read and understand complex electrical drawings
Organized approach to maintenance and decision-making
Diligent and motivated to ensure best practice and minimize downtime
Knowledgeable in electrical equipment tests and maintenance
Maintenance analyst
Registered Electrical Engineer.
Five-year experience with similar job is preferable
Strong background in the field of electrical equipment maintenance
Able to use necessary Computer Office Skills: Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
Knowledge of applicable standards such as CSA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI standards, and functional specifications
Has great understanding of power system equipment such as power circuit breakers, transformers, relays, meters, and other high voltage electrical equipment
Electrician
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
Bachelors/College Degree, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high and low voltage power equipment associated controls
Knowledge in using variety of electrical test instruments
Skillful in troubleshooting and understanding simple and complicated circuitry
