ALL Clients who wish to participate in this program MUST make either a $350K or $500K Deposit. No Deposit, No Program Participation! The Deposit is required for 4 Reasons: 1/ The Top 25 World Bank will NOT issue a Bank Guarantee unless they have an assurance that when they complete delivery of the BG to the funder that they will be promptly paid for creating and delivering the BG. 2/ ALMOST ALL banks now require Clients to make a good faith payment at the start of a BG transaction. If a client cannot transfer $350K or $500K to an Attorney Trust Account when they “claim” to have funds to buy a $150 Million Milli on Dollar Bank Guarantee, then they probably aren’t real real in the first place and we shouldn’t be doing business with them.

Multiple Layers of Deposit Protection The Program has been developed with multiple layers of Deposit Protection, these include: 1/ Deposits are paid to an experienced and reputable Attorney who is familiar with Bank Guarantees, this Program, its Transaction Process and the Principals involved. 2/ You do not pay NOT ONE CENT until you have sighted, signed and are completely happy with all of the following Agreements:
Attorney Trust Agreement - This agreement is with the Trust Attorney and protects your Deposit Bank Guarantee Issuing Agreement - This is the agreement for the BG Issuer to send your BG from their Bank to any Banking Coordinates you desire.
3/ The Attorneys Trust Agreement protects you with only two possible outcomes: Either your Bank Guarantee is Issued or your Get your Deposit Returned! 4/ The BG Issuer is very large financial institution who controls Billions of Dollars. They are not interested in putting their huge existing business at risk by trying to misappropriate a measly $500K from a client. 5/ As further insurance for all clients the BG Issuer has a 2% penalty clause in their BG Issuing Agreement. That means that in the case where you Deposit $500K for the purchase of a $500M BG, the BG Issuer is bound to pay you 2% of the 500 Million Dollars Bank Guarantee, being a Penalty of 10 Million Dollars in the unlikely event they fail to perform.

Step 9: Your Funder Issues a MT799 or ICBPO to the BG Issuers Bank Officer (within 3 Banking Days) Your funder replies with a MT799 or ICBPO that confirms funds are reserved with the funders bank to complete the transaction and that upon delivery of the MT760 that the Funder and their Bank undertake with Full Bank Responsibility and Liability to complete payment for the BG by MT103 within 10 Banking Days after been delivered, verified and authenticated. Step 10: BG Issuers Bank Officer issues MT760 delivering the BG to the Funder (See Appendix 3 for 760 Copy)

3 Important Warnings you MUST Know! 1. I can get a Bank Guarantee with No Upfront Fee Generally the only Bank Guarantee suppliers who provide BG’s with no upfront fee are unregistered banks or dodgy financial institutions institution s who issue worthless BG paper that often isn’t worth the money it’s written on. Remember, just just because something is cheap, doesn’t mean its good! Most funders wont touch BG’s from fringe Banks like Unicom or Soleil Capitale with a barge pole. Chances are if you can get a cheap Bank Guarantee, someone’s selling someone’s selling you a lemon l emon no one else wants! We only Issue BG’ BG’s from Top 25 World Banks because that’s the best and safest strategy for our clients .
2. Watch out for Neutered Bank Guarantees Some sneaky BG companies companies issue neutered BG’s. That is a BG that can only be used for credit enhancement on a company’s books but can never be monetized or traded. It’s a nasty surprise you get when you realize your pristine BG delivered by MT760 to your funder is……. useless! We DO NOT issue Neutered Bank Guarantees. All our BGs can be fully monetizable. 3. Buying a Bank Guarantee that has the word ´Leased´ in the MT760 If you buy a Bank Guarantee that has the word “leased” in the text of the BG MT760 then….. y ou have just bought a worthless piece of paper you can’t use! Any BG with the word leased in the MT760 text will stop the BG from f rom being able to be monetized. You Don’t want that! We offer you “unrestricted beneficiary ownership of the BG for a 12 month term” this gives y ou full funding capability in the BG at the leased price, without the leased hassle. NONE of our BGs have the word leased in the MT760 text!

ANSWER: No. The nominated Attorney Trust Account Administrator intimately understands the program completion process and works with the Program Manager to ensure it is safely completed.
QUESTION: What if the BG is not issued? ANSWER: You get your money back.
QUESTION: How long does it take from start to finish? ANSWER: On Average 2 to 4 weeks
QUESTION: Can I show the cash in one account but send the cash from another account to the Attorney Trust Account? ANSWER: Yes. Of course, as long as ALL money must be clean and clear funds and of non-criminal origin.
