This is the overall SWOT analysis of our business about fruit shakes and according to the table above, the strengths of our business shows that we are able to serve and get loads of customers at the same time, even during calamities or in any phenomenon. In addition, we offer quality products as we can. The weaknesses of our business is seen that some of our employees / staff are often rude, products are often out of stock due to limited employees / producers, and even has barely enough to produce our products. Oftentimes, our location where we sell is not that much crowded with people to try our products. Worstcase scenario, our staff often spends the funds profited / earned on other unnecessary stuff.
Our opportunities in this business include expanding our operations to other countries, and we do collaborate with other food manufacturers to produce the best quality product possible. Having a franchise on popular stores like malls and stalls is yet our goal in order to reach more customers. In addition, our government strongly supports small businesses like us to help us offer our products better. It also comes with our effective marketing strategies.
On the other hand, the dark side of our business, the threats. The major factors that affects our business is that some companies copy our branding name, products and the way we offer. It is the same with having a competition since other competitors offer better services and products than our company. Other competitors also use effective, advanced producing methods that are superior compared to ours. Rules and regulations is the
biggest factor, we often get in trouble since it plays a big role on how the government sets regulations on small businesses like us and can change without any notice.
