CAPITULO I
1.1. INTRODUCCIÓN
Después de la perforación de un pozo petrolero, la energía interna del yacimiento permite elevar el hidrocarburo hacia la superficie (pozo fluyente). flu yente). Posteriormente, en un cierto periodo de tiempo, la propia explotación del pozo disminuye la energía del yacimiento lo que se traduce en un decremento en su producción. Cuando esto ocurre se requiere de la instalación de sistemas artificiales de producción que proporcionen energía adicional para continuar con la explotación del yacimiento. El Sistema Artificial del Bombeo Neumático consiste en la inyección continua o intermitente de gas a presión en la parte inferior de la tubería de producción para mantener o aumentar el potencial de flujo del pozo. El gas inyectado por el espacio anular a nular se mezcla en la tubería de producción con los fluidos provenientes del yacimiento, disminuyendo el gradiente de flujo, permitiendo a los pozos operar a una menor presión de fondo, manteniendo o aumentando la producción. El Bombeo Neumático es uno de los que ha aportado mayores beneficios en la producción de hidrocarburos y es el método que generalmente se utiliza cuando se ha agotado el recurso natural para llevar la producción a la superficie, situación s ituación que debe estar sustentada en un análisis de las condiciones requeridas para su aplicación. Un alto porcentaje de recuperación de hidrocarburos se debe a la eficiencia en su operación que se fundamente en un análisis detallado de ingeniería a fin de elaborar un diseño acorde a las características ca racterísticas y necesidades del pozo en intervención así como un buen mantenimiento del equipo necesario.

CAPITULO II MARCO TEORICO 2.1. TERMINACIÓN INTELIGENTE Una Terminación de Pozos Inteligentes es un sistema altamente automatizado que permite obtener, transmitir y analizar, datos de yacimientos y producción, teniendo así, la capacidad de tomar acciones para alcanzar un mejor proceso de producción y control de pozo. El valor de esta tecnología reside en su capacidad de activar y modificar remotamente el funcionamiento de la zona completada a través del control de flujo, así como también monitorear la respuesta y desempeño de cada zona en tiempo real. Esto implica un control sistemático del flujo de fluidos a lo largo y ancho de la roca yacimiento, lo cual se resulta particularmente complejo en ambientes estratificados. Este nuevo aporte a las tecnologías de perforación provee la base necesaria para incrementar la productividad por pozo y disminuir al mismo tiempo el número de pozos necesarios para desarrollar un prospecto. El uso de la Tecnología de Pozos Inteligentes (TPI) permite monitorear más efectivamente las condiciones en el yacimiento usando sensores en el fondo del pozo, a la vez que se controla el flujo de fluidos que entra o sale de cada pozo mediante la utilizaron de Válvulas de Control de Intervalo (VCI) sin la necesidad nec esidad de intervención física. Las VCI VC I permiten el control independiente de cada zona, cómo y cuando sea requerido a fin de maximizar la producción en todo momento Los pozos inteligentes ayudan a obtener la información del yacimiento en tiempos reales, facilitado el proceso de optimización de producción. Su tecnología ha sido probada en campo, demostrando notables mejorías y es aplicable tanto en campos nuevos como maduros.

2.1.1. Aplicación con sistemas artificiales de producción La aplicación de las terminaciones inteligentes con los sistemas artificiales de producción ha demostrado tener éxito satisfactorio en la capacidad de manejo de la producción en pozos multilaterales. La capacidad de restringir la producción de agua-gas, y la mejora en el incremento del factor de recuperación, mediante la optimización de la perforación y terminación de pozos, ha dado pauta para la instalación de estos sistemas

TERMINACION CON BOMBEO NEUMATICO El Bombeo Neumático es un método de levantamiento artificial mediante el cual se inyecta continuamente gas a alta presión para aligerar la columna hidrostática en el pozo (flujo continuo), o en forma cíclica para desplazar la producción en forma de tapones de líquido hasta la superficie (flujo intermitente).

En pozos cuyo gasto de producción pueda variar rápidamente, esta flexibilidad en la producción es una de las principales ventajas del bombeo neumático. Las válvulas de superficie operan eficientemente sobre un variado rango de producción. También, es fácil de ajustar el volumen de gas circulado a varios pozos para cambiar los gastos de producción.

2.2.1.1. Bombeo Neumático Continuo En el BN Continuo se inyecta continuamente gas al pozo para gasificar la corriente de líquido, con el objetivo de aligerar la columna de líquido dentro del pozo, e incrementando la caída de presión en la cara de la formación. Esto resulta en un aumento de la RGL del pozo. Este método solo es aplicable a pozos que tienen una menor que la RGL natural óptima y una presión en el yacimiento lo suficientemente alta como para mantener el gasto deseado aun cuando la RGL se incremente. La Figura 1-9 muestra un esquema típico de un pozo operando con BN continuo. Dado que la presión de inyección de gas es normalmente mucho más baja que la presión del yacimiento estática, las válvulas de BN se instalan en el aparejo para permitir que el pozo quede progresivamente descargado, estableciendo así la profundidad de inyección operativa tan profunda como sea posible. El diseño del aparejo del BN se refiere a la posición y el funcionamiento de las válvulas seleccionadas, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de operación previstas.

volumen de líquido que puede ser eficientemente levantado como un bache, el gas tiende a expandirse dentro del bache, y parte del líquido cae de nuevo al fondo del pozo formando parte de un nuevo bache que posteriormente será descargado en el siguiente ciclo. Los parámetros que controlan la operación principalmente son: el desempeño del flujo, la longitud y diámetro de la tubería, la presión del gas, el gasto de inyección del gas y la longitud, peso pes o y viscosidad del bache de líquido. Una alternativa para evitar la caída del líquido hacia el fondo del pozo es colocar un émbolo que sirva de interfaz entre el gas y el bache de líquido. A esta alternativa se le conoce como embolo viajero o embolo intermitente de elevación asistida. El émbolo puede ser una alternativa atractiva para los pozos que ya no son eficientes con BN Continuo o Intermitente.

que se encuentra en la estación. Del manifold salen dos líneas la general y las de prueba y estas llegan con sus fluidos a los separadores respectivos donde se separan las dos fases, el gas atiende a la parte superior el petróleo solo por la parte cercana al fondo del separador y se dirige hacia unos volúmetros tanto de la línea general como la de prueba. Los volúmetros son los encargados de medir la cantidad de petróleo existente, que tiene un sistema de flotador y desde donde pasa al tanque general. El gas que sale del separador ( general o prueba ) entra a otro separador ya que puede tener partículas todavía líquidas, luego pasa a la primera etapa de compresión que cambia los 0 Psi a una presión de 30 – 40 40 Psi, el gas sale caliente y pasa a un intercambiador de calor; luego viene la segunda etapa de compresión en donde entra con 30 -40 Psi y descarga a 140 – 150 Psi y seguidamente pasa a la torre de absorción en la que se extrae los hidrocarburos existentes, sale a una presión de 110- 120 Psi, parte es gas doméstico porque sufre una caída de presión y el petróleo enriquecido es llevado al fraccionador. El gas pasa de la tercera etapa de compresión y sale a 500 Psi, este gas seco va a un manifold conectado a pozos de gas lift y así obtener un nuevo ciclo.

Paso 1. El gas se inyecta lentamente en el espacio anular a través de una válvula de aguja (estrangulador). Inmediatamente el fluido de control empieza a salir por la TP. La práctica común es descargar el fluido en una presa, hasta que empiece a salir gas a través de la primera válvula o hasta que en la corriente aparezca gas. Es importante efectuar la operación lentamente para que los fluidos que pasen por las válvulas no las dañen.
Paso 2. A medida que al espacio anular se le aplica gas continuamente, la presión en la TR debe subir gradualmente para que el fluido siga ascendiendo por la TP.
Paso 3. La válvula número 1 (625 [psi]) no tarda en quedar al descubierto, ya que el gas pasa a la TP. Esto se observa en la superficie por el aumento instantáneo de la velocidad del flujo que sale por el extremo de la TP.
