Our Objectives 1. To engage Coca-Cola in exploring the viability and options for using their distribution networks in developing countries to distributes “social product” such as oral rehydration salts (ORS) and related educational materials on health hygiene and sanitation. 2. To support Coca-Cola and its partners in modeling different scenarios which combine Coca-Cola’s distribution network with local health initiatives in order to achieve aim. 3. To established a core group of enablers and activists to lead on the different aspect of this campaign. 4. To monitor the progress of the campaign and ensure that any trials and roll-outs are effectively monitored and evaluated.
Analysis on Vision, Mission and Objectives Vision Analysis Coca- cola serves vision as the basic structure to achieve sustainability, quality and growth. They said that it is their roadmap and guide because Coca-Cola needs to accomplish it to continue and to be well- establish in the future. They have six variables stated what they want. In order for them to achieve quality and growth they need inspired people that will become productive to make also the company become productive. These people will make portfolio of quality beverage brands and acquire partners that will help them to satisfy customers and to achieve sustainability they need profit and be a responsible citizen of the planet. Mission Analysis Coca-Cola wants to be a long-lasting company that’s why they need to measure all their actions and decisions to accomplish it. First mission statement is to refresh, it means their products are refreshing its consumers not only physically but also the inside in you. Second statement means Coca-Cola beverages turn every moment into happiness and positive. Lastly, like what was stated in the vision, become a responsible citizen of the planet to create value and make difference. Mission and vision collaborate to each other. Objective Analysis Coca-Cola’s objective is to improve their distribution network, mostly in developing countries to spread their social products. They want to establish a core group that will evaluate, monitor and lead the different aspects of their campaign.
