Mr. Damian alleedly heard a scream *rom his neihbor36 o* cedar %ea' Condomini"m where the crime happened, namely Charlene A"ino Bansan, Mar' &a"stino and Alden &a"stino. +he *irst responder t"rned oer the crime scene to the $4C on;abo"t 51:33 noon. +oether with the *irst responders they assessed the crime scene once more. A*ter assessin the crime scene, $4C Boniwell Amistad brie*ed his members and called the S4C4 team at 51:38pm. +he S4C4 team arried at 51:13pm and processed the crime scene. Search cond"cted at the crime scene res"lted in the discoery o* the *emale occ"pant Charlene A"ino Bansan lyin in a prone position on the le*t side o* the bed with blood seepin *rom her bac' and *rom the riht temple. +he ictim was wearin a laender colored shirt, bl"e s'inny /eans, blac' soc's, and rey ans shoes. +he S4C4 +eam also *o"nd droplets o* blood *rom the bedroom leadin to the riht corner o* the liin room where an alleed Caliber ?8 Beretta was *o"nd with a serial n"mber o* AABS1=1. A pool o* blood is also located on the *loor near the ede o* the bed toether with seeral shards o* lass and a *ired cartride case. S4C4 +eam processed the crime scene by ta'in %hotoraphs, S'etchin the crime scene, ta'in notes o* important details, ta'in blood swab, mar'in and tain eidence,
