This course has been designed to provide tactical officers tasked with conducting high-risk entries and SWAT operations with advanced level training in firearms manipulation and close quarters battle techniques. The course will consist of two phases. Phase one will introduce officers to the Redback Shooting System
and combine advanced weapons training
and gun handling skills with both the primary and secondary weapons systems. Our unique shooting system has been designed to compliment all levels of law enforcement, from the patrol officer operating as a singleton through to advanced level tactical entry teams. Phase two will introduce officers to our advanced method of CQB called Offensive Stronghold Clearance
(OSC
). Our method of CQB has been
developed by Redback One Subject Matter Experts to provide assault teams with a higher degree of security when conducting room combat operations. The Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP’s) that form the framework of OSC
have been developed after extensive research
conducted by RB1 over the past ten years on military and Law Enforcement CQB tactics. Our doctrine has been refined and improved after analysing lessons learnt by Special Operations units conducting CQB operations in high-risk non-permissive environments.
