Group 4, IV2 2 Agoncillo, Bea 3 Anastacio, Alyanna 7 De Guzman, Rochelle 9 Echon, Katrina 17 Herrera, Julianne 23 Mediarito, Mia 31 Ramoso, Karis 40 Siapno, Frances A Project Proposal on Classroom System, Organization And Management towards a and Efficient Use of Time, Resource System and even Developing Smart Classroom Relationship I. Topic The arrangement of the seats inside the classroom contributes a lot to the maximization of space and the ability of the students to freely move around to avoid accidents. Thus, it is important to determine which of the possible combinations of seating arrangements is the most efficient of them all. Also, it is essential to see whether the book organizer significantly make the maximization of space easier when combined with the determined appropriate classroom arrangement. II. Main Problem Prevailing Problems 1. The room is relatively smaller than the number of persons that is supposed to be occupying the place specified. 2. There are a lot of unnecessary things placed in the classroom occupying a big space 3. We only have one door which most of the times causes traffic as the class enters or leaves the room. 4. One of the reasons why at times it is hot in the classroom is because the fact that our classroom is small we are too close to each other that instances the air around don't circulate well. 5. Our lockers is too small and are not proportionate to the number of students 6. There is a prevailing improper use of our box organizers. Objections 1. What could be the best arrangement with all the things that supposed to be placed inside the classroom? 2. What could be an alternative way to lessen traffic as the class enters or leaves the room. 3. Will the use if the box organizers lessen unorganized things around the room? 4. How can we use the box organizers without occupying a larger place for our personal things? 5. Would the box organizers help in the development of a well organize and improved classroom?
6. What should be placed inside the lockers to prevent one's personal things occupy a lot of space? 7. Would adding electric fans help in the proper ventilation of air inside the room? 8. What could be the best placement of the chairs to have the maximum space for each student entering room? 9. Will removing things which only occupy small space bring about significant change? 10. Will this research bring benefits to students such as a wider range of focus during class hours, proper air ventilation, more space for their items and the like? III. Methodology Procedural objectives a.) to determine which seating arrangement maximizes the limited space found inside the classroom b.)to be able to use our box organizers in a proper way in which it could not accumulate a bigger space in the room. c.) to lessen the unnecessary things in the room rather organize in a way which all facilities inside the room can be used properly. d.)proper ventilation of air around the room. e.)to find the best way to fix the things that supposed to be placed inside the room. Testing tools Our proposal simply consists of chairs which are already provided within the classroom for we believe in achieving minimalism and simplicity would avoid complications that may lead to further confusion rather than of providing a simple yet efficient solution. It may also include the box organizers as to see whether its presence will be beneficial to the students.
