Your Super Human DNA Genetics One of my favorite things about the new emerging science is that it has finally humbled itself into one of the greatest understandings understandings of all mankind in any age, and that is this; We now know that we really don’t know. Haha! I love it! I’m no scientist, but when I first began learning some of the more basic concepts of genetics and the so called ‘’permanent, unchangeable structure’ structure’ of them, I had a bit of a resistance to the whole whole thing. My feeling was, “I don’t believe it, not even for for a second.” Further, I also truly believe believe that instincts and and intuition can account account for a lot more of the greatest discoveries and Universal truths in life than pure intellectualism intellectualism by itself. Thus it was that I set off to reprogram reprogram and rebuild myself, myself, at a very young age, into something more Super than my present self.
Trial and Error Now, for any of you who have read my book, you know that my journey was filled with a variety of pitfalls, pitfalls, setbacks, and painful painful learning experiences. experiences. And yet, I prevailed in my belief that the human being had so much more which it was capable of and that, especially for those people who felt disempowered, there was a way out of it all-and into the life of their dreams. One of my first adventures was into the subconscious mind, delving deeply into my own subconscious subconscious before I really had any inkling as to what I was getting ready to do.
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind I came across this book, one of my very first spiritual self-help type books, entitled The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Joseph Murphy. At the time time I had been researching people who lived to be extraordinarily extraordinarily old (anything past 125 years old was interesting interesting to me). Upon reading this this book I became convinced that that human beings are truly capable of reprogramming their own DNA to do or be anything we want to. I set about immediately creating affirmations and subconscious prayers that I would live to be over 150 years old, amongst amongst other things. What I didn’t realize was was that the subconscious mind does not know how to take a joke, it doesn’t judge whether something is good or bad for you, it makes no choice whatsoever, it simply carries out your commands in whatever way it knows how.
Resting Heart Rate At the time my resting heart rate was probably around 60bpm, which is low on account of the fact that I was very athletic athletic and exercised every day. However, after
I had been doing my affirmations and subconscious reprogramming for some time, I began to feel that something something had changed in my heart heart rate. What I found out much much later, but did not know at the time, was that my subconscious mind had readjusted my resting heart rate to 50bpm because that’s what it calculated would help me to live to be 150 years old. The problem with this was that I could sort of tell that something had happened with my heart rate and I began to get nervous. nervous. On account of my own hypersensitivities hypersensitivities and neurotic tendencies to dwell and obsess on things, I began to trick out my own nervous system. system. Instead of realizing realizing that my heart rate had simply simply dropped 10bpm (which was probably just fine), I freaked out and began to fear falling asleep as my heart rate might drop too too low. This resulted in a battle battle between my conscious conscious and subconscious subconscious minds, which created an erratic heart rate for awhile.
Other experiments Later, I experimented with with money. I began to utilize affirmations affirmations about aligning aligning myself with the power of god and circulating god’s wealth in my life, all based upon Dr. Joseph Murphy’s book “ How to Use the Laws of Mind. ” It took took about about three three days of doing them, repeating them out loud to myself over and over again, but amazing things things started to happen. I ran into more people who wanted wanted hire me as a personal trainer, more people who were interested in what I did, and more money began to flow into my life. At this point I was sold. Sold American! To me it felt like magic, as if I were creating my own miracles in my life . The first thing I wondered was, Why didn’t I know about this before? The before? The second thing I wondered was, Why doesn’t everybody do this? Well, the answers to both questions were really the same, people don’t believe in their their own power. power. They just don’t. don’t. This means two things, first that if you don’t believe in your own power then your not going to teach your kids how how powerful they are. Second, if you suddenly suddenly realize that you are all powerful then you also simultaneously realize that you cannot blame anyone else for your own short comings in life. Now this one, this one, one , is the “gucher” so to speak. I found that people loved to complain, complain, loved to blame, and loved to rationalize their own problems to the extent that they were part of their identity. For some people, if you take away away their problems, you take take away their sense of importance.
Unlocking Your Super Human Potential Truly it is that I believe we are capable capable of incredible feats. I think that within each person exists a Super Being, waiting to be acknowledged, unlocked, unlocked, and let free. John Randolph Price , another of my favorite authors, has a book entitled exactly that; The Super Beings . In this amazing amazing book John talks talks about levels of of consciousness consciousness on your evolutionary path that denote different abilities, some of
which may be described described as ‘super human’ human’ in nature. For instance, someone someone who exhibits the abilities of a level 3 consciousness has just come into the awareness that they create their own reality and perhaps has begun to experiment with affirmations affirmations and visualizations as well as acknowledge how they have created their life (both the good and the bad). bad). Conversely, a person who who denotes the characteristics characteristics of a level 6 consciousness may actually be able to control and manipulate physical physical matter with their own own human attention. attention. They may have also discovered the properties of longevity and anti aging, even though it is most likely not their goal or aim. But how, how do we unlock unlock our incredible latent talents talents and abilities??? abilities??? Well, again for those of you who know me, you know I have a few tried and true answers that I always repeat, over and over over again. However, this time I’m not going going to preach meditation to you (although it’s a brilliant idea if you decide to do it).
Supplanting Thoughts I am going to suggest a new strategy to you, one that I used to do and am excited to say that I have returned to myself. myself. I suggest to you to try the method method of constant thought replacement and supplementation. For example, let’s say say that you are feeling unwell, or unhealthy. unhealthy. Let’s say that you have been feeling this way for long enough that you have a regular, automated thought system around around it. Let’s say it goes something something like this; “God, I feel terrible. I really wish I didn’t feel so lousy. lousy. This really sucks, sucks, life really really isn’t fair. I wish I was healthy and vibrant. vibrant. I really hate being sick, I hate my body for for not being able to fight off this sickness. sickness. I wish I was healthy and happy like like that person over there. Life is so easy for them, I really dislike them, they are so lucky.” This is a bit extreme, yet I have met many people who have this unfortunate unfortunate system of thought process. process. It’s not their fault; nobody taught taught them or told them that their their negative thoughts are are destroying their body. body. I, myself, have gotten caught caught up in many vicious thought thought processes in my lifetime lifetime thus far. However, I have driven into my subconscious that I am the creator of my own experience, which ultimately allows me to pull myself out of it and get back on track with the life that I want. So, for someone in this predicament, their task would be to supplant the entire process with another thought process that was positive and productive instead. Right when you begin to feel this thought process start, you would stop yourself and instead say out loud, “My mind and body are governed by Divine Will and Divine Order. God’s healing Love fills fills my Soul and I radiate peace peace and good will to all those around me.” Now, if you did this half heartedly for only a day or two, of course nothing happens and you chalk it up to mumbo jumbo. jumbo. What if the first time you got on a bicycle bicycle you fell off and and decided that you couldn’t couldn’t ride a bike? That’s ridiculous ridiculous right? right? Nobody
ever decides, just because they fell off of a bike once or twice when they were first learning, that they cannot cannot ride a bike. If you told a child that they would would laugh at you and say, “No, I want to learn how to ride ride a bike like all the rest of the kids!” In other words, it’s a given in our society that you will learn how to ride a bike. However, nobody ever told us that we also create our own reality, that is not a not a given. However, if you were to continue supplanting supplanting this new positive thought for your old one, after only three days you would would begin to see changes. These changes might might be small at first, but that’s that’s how all things start start right? Warren Buffet wasn’t wasn’t born rich, he started by driving driving in a VW Bug and saving pennies. pennies. The greatest changes in the world happen at first first in a small way. After a week though, you will have have begun to notice a more marked change change in your life. If you continue to catch catch yourself in the midst of a negative thought process, and input your new positive one, bigger and bigger changes will begin to happen for you.
Will I have to do this for the rest of my life?! I don’t know, but does it matter? matter? If you needed to say a few positive words words to yourself, out loud, every single day in order to have a better life, would it truly matter? If you say, say, “Yes, it matters!” matters!” then then you are a lazy butt. My feeling is that the only people who read this are people who are definitely not lazy, I’m joking a bit. But, what if..? What if all you had to do was say a few positive words to yourself out loud every every day in order to have a wonderful, magical magical life again? Would you do it? Would it be worth it? I say HECK YEAH YEAH IT WOULD! WOULD!
What else could you do? I have seen, read, and heard of some pretty amazing things in my time concerning faith, beliefs, and the the subconscious subconscious mind. I have seen people hypnotized hypnotized into believing that they could speak Chinese fluently who never spoke a word of it in their life, only to find themselves speaking it fluently . That one blew me away. I have seen people levitate, even if only only a couple inches off of the ground. ground. I have seen people use the ‘force’ if you will and move objects with their mind. If people can do this, then most certainly you can live the life of your dreams, yes? It may take some daily thought supplanting, some daily affirmations, affirmations, but you can truly have and be whatever whatever you want. want. You are a Super Being, if only you will let yourself be who you truly are. are. Tap the powers of your own subconsciou subconscious s mind by utilizing the process of ‘thought supplanting’ supplanting’ which is to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. You can do it!
