Character of performance a. Iron's magnetic material adopts amorphous alloy, which consists of materials such as iron and boron, etc. b. The iron structure of amorphous alloy transformer adopts three phases and five columns. c. This kind of transformer has similar body assemblystructure of oil tank, and protection devices with hermetical oilimmersed transformer. d. This kind of transformer has same load-loss with S9 series, but the no-load loss of SBH-15 transformers are decreased by approx. 75% by comparing with S9 series. It can save electricity and decrease the loss cost. Generally, we can take back the extra investment in four years compared with the silicon-steel iron transformer. e. Under the normal operation, it does not need to change oil, which decreases the transformer's maintenance cost and prolongs the service life.

Model designation

A multilayer cylinder structure is used for all high voltage windings in order to improve the voltage impulse distribution of windings. 2. For the capacity range of low voltage windings is from 30kVA to 2000kVA, the cylinder type or spiral structure is used to ensure the high mechanical strength, ampere lure distribution, and excellent short-circuits proof performance. 3. The securing structure is set in the transformer body, which is used for ensuring that no displacement will occur during the transportation; meanwhile, the turnbuckles are mounted in fasteners, which is for assuring that fasteners will not be loose during the long term operation. 4. Corrugated tanks are used in the transformer for replacing the conservator. The tank enclosure and rim are completely sealed by welding or bolting up, which prolongs the service life of transformer oil. 5. The transformer surface are painted with primer and finish coats after degreasing, derusting, and phosphorizing; which can meet the special operation requirements in metallurgic and petrochemical industries, as well as, in moist and dirty places. 6. The press relief valves, signal thermometers, and gas relays are equipped in the oil tank of hermetically sealed transformer in order to the standard requirements for safe operation. The transformers are attractive and competitive due to the compact shape, excellent design, and maintenance-free.

As a high performance, high safety, pollution free dry-type transformer, it is suitable for the harsh environments where there is a high fire protection requirement, the great load fluctuation and the site where is of filth and moisture. For example: airport, power plant, metallurgy operation, hospital, high building, shopping center, densely inhabited area,

petrochemical industry, nuclear power station and nuclear submarine, etc.
Nominal service conditions 1. A unique ceramic type of insulation structure is adopted in H-class high strength insulation cylinders and high-frequency ceramic cushion blocks are adopted to ensure that no deformation will occur. 2. The high-voltage and low-voltage windings are made of NOMEX wrapped flat copper wires and imported copper foils. And they are sealed with high strength insulation materials. 3. The iron core is made of laminated imported high-quality silicon-steel sheets of high magnetic conductivity with a 45 stepwise all-bias structure. A flexible fastening unit is adopted to fasten the winding and iron core, which ensures a relatively low no-load loss and low noise. 4. Outlet terminals are fixed to the top of winding, taps are in the middle of winding, low-voltage line terminal are in plate-type current-conducting rows for which cold pressure welding is adopted.

1. Excellent heat dissipation, long thermal life, good overload capacity, without forced air-cooling under a long-term 120% overload and IP45 condition. It can operate for a long time at full load. 2. Extremely high safety fire resistance performance, smoke-free while burning under a temperature as high as 800. 3. Extremely high thermal shock resistance capacity. 4. 100% water-proof, excellent moisture -proof. 5. Unique winding structure and field strength calculation makes partial discharge impossible. 6. Low loss and significant energy saving effect. Compared with SC9 series of dry-type transformers, the no-load loss falls 10% and load loss falls 5% in average. 7. ZGS -200~1000/10 Combined transformer Production introduction 1. ZGS 11 combined transformer is one of the hightech products developed by our company on the basis of pad-mounted transformer. 2. Range of capacity: 200-1000KVA. The product is suitable for the neutral-point insulation system or small-resistance grounding system in a 10KV distribution network, or neutral-point solid grounding system of a three-phase four-wire system in a 400V

distribution network. 3. Excellent design, reliable distribution, compact structure, light in weight, and low noise, etc; it has two types of cable outlets: ring net type and terminal type. 4. The product can be placed directly into the load center of 10KV network, thus the line loss is reduced and power distribution reliability is increased.
Performance characteristics 1. The ZGS11 combined transformer consists of high-voltage and low-voltage chambers and transformer tank in the operation chambers. 2. H.V. incoming lines in 10KV cross-linked cables are connected to load switch through knuckle connectors, straight plugs and sleeve sockets. 3. On the high-voltage side, a protection of double fuses (backup current-limiting fuse and plug-in type of fuse are used. 4. There are terminal type and ring net type high-voltage load switches for selection. They are easy to connect, convert and reliable for power supply. 5. In the low-voltage chamber, a fixed type or drawable type is optional for the low-voltage switch cabinet according to user's requirement. Various low-voltage apparatus, such as metering and protection instruments are available. (Note: In general they are customized) 6. The oil tank is fully-sealed by corrugated radiators, which features compact and superior appearance.
