SPACES TO FOCUS ON... ✴ kitchen/fridge/pantry/cupboards ✴ office/desk/computer/ipad/phone ✴ bedroom/wardrobe/closet/bathroom ✴ your car ✴ your handbags ✴ your bookshelves/important documents/photos etc.
Clearing the clutter and the Law of Vacuum. This task is all about clearing out the old and making way for the new! I’m sure you anticipated that this little adventure in de-cluttering was on its way as the first feature of The Manifesting WorkBook. I’m also sure that you’re aware of how confronting organization can be if you’re not used to spring-cleaning your closet at regular intervals. When you see the tasks that I’ve mapped out for you below your clever brain will start telling you things like you don’t have enough time or you can’t be bothered. Resistance is a natural opposing force in the Universe and when you push through it, all sorts of miraculous wonders will unfold. De-cluttering your environment is one thing, but de-cluttering your mind is another. If you look around your room while you are reading this and the place is a mess then chances are your thoughts are scattered as well. Our outer world is very much an accurate reflection of our inner word. Also, when you are dedicated to being in the flow and manifesting your intentions the primary tool that will help you the fastest is de-cluttering your environment and your life. Below is an explanation of The Law of Vacuum… THE LAW OF THE VACUUM The Law of The Vacuum states that all material forces of the universe abhor

often signifying nothing so precious as the original voidness. This Law states that space allows movement, and that when all space

By reducing bit by bit the inappropriate and the unnecessary aspects
of one's lifestyle one can create the time, space, atmosphere and
opportunities to move, grow, replenish and to rebuild on a more
solid foundation. This Law creates the spaces in which to place only
the highest and only the best with the least amount of energy and expense.
A s a n e x a m p l e :
This Awareness indicates that energies create a vacuum behind them the vacuum draws forth other energies. That wherein entities move towards the Light, wherein entities move toward higher spiritual dimensions, wherein entities move toward higher levels of consciousness; these entities create a vacuum which draws others to fill that void which the entity left behind, and in this manner when one entity progresses toward higher levels of awareness, others are drawn toward higher levels of awareness. THE TASK The task is to de-clutter the following areas of your home or office… Please follow the guidelines and make sure you pay attention to how you are feeling about the whole process. Journaling might me a great idea in this situation. And for the bloggers willing to share their experience I would suggest taking before and after shots to inspire others to de-clutter and see the results manifest. WARDROBE Get rid of anything that doesn’t fit you now. Donate anything that you haven’t worn in 12 months to charity. Keep the special or sentimental
items but make space for a whole new fabulous wardrobe of clothes to appear! And please don’t keep clothes in case you can fit into them again. Treat yourself to something new if you do lose or gain weight. FRIDGE/PANTRY It’s time to throw the spices you haven’t used in 18 months in the trash. Also, the vitamins that are over their sell-by date. The fridge/pantry is one of the most frequented areas for clutter to accumulate. Ensure you food area is light, bright and ordered. You need to love and look after the holding areas that the food is kept in. After all, it fuels your beautiful body temple. Keep lots of fresh fruit and vegies handy for snacks and meals and de-clutter your body by buying less packaged food to store. Create an environment for healthy energy to flow - so remove all possible temptation that will not serve you in the long run. CAR My kids are like little piglets. I used to live by the beach so there was always sand in the car! It’s time to take all of the little bits of trash out of the car or the candy wrapper stuffed into the glove box. Looking after your car says to the Universe that you care and that you are open to the possibility of caring for a Gran Turismo silver Maserati one day! We spend a lot of time in our cars so making sure it’s de-cluttered is imperative. Add things in there are are very handy such as tissues, a pen, a plastic bag for trash etc, so you’re not tempted to make mess. INBOX/COMPUTER/iPAD/PHONE I love getting emails. But on average I get close to 100 per day from people wanting to ask me questions about by website or my books etc. If I don’t keep organised with responding to emails then it begins to feel like the mountain of laundry that needs to get folded regularly. Go through your inbox and delete any unwanted subscriptions. Also, if you use gMail you can create handy little filters and labels to help the de-clutter process automate itself. Is your desktop, iPad or iPhone cluttered with apps and folders? You’ll feel so great when it’s all tidied up. 4
Have you heard of Kaizen? DESK/OFFICE SPACE It’s time to tidy your desk or at least find it under that pile of papers! Go through all of your documents and make sure everything is filed correctly. Also beautify your space and make your office area somewhere that inspires productivity. Also consider buying plants for your office space. I have 2 orchids on my desk which helps to keep the air oxygenated and clean. Plus, it’s a little touch of nature to stay connected to when I need to be in from of my computer most of the time. Pretty much anywhere that can gather objects and items that can lead to clutter should be sorted. The bathroom and underwear draws are other hotspots for energy to be cleared. As you are doing this, remember that you are CLEARING THE WAY FOR MAGIC TO HAPPEN.
改善 Kaizen is a Japanese word which means “improvement” or ‘change for the better’. I have to credit our friend Mark Joyner (founder of Simpleology.com) for inspiring this as a practice in our home and office. My man Sean, is very keen to make every process more Kaizen. I love the idea of Kaizen, but sometimes I like a little chaos too. I guess the best advice I could give you is that if you are clutter free in all areas of your life, then you are inviting more flow. Your desires will manifest faster and you’ll feel like you are on a course of alignment instead of traveling against the tide.

MAGIC 55 X 5 : imprinting your desires

What I’m about to share with you is a manifesting process explained to me by a very close friend of mine and teacher called Sri Bhai Sahib Ji. During his 90 or so years he taught thousands upon thousands of people meditation. I was fortunate enough to have Bhai Sahib stay in my home on several occasions while he was touring the world teaching. Some of my most treasured memories are of my discussions about spirituality and metaphysics. One of his favourite topics was how to use the power of the brain and your feelings (in conjunction with the Universe) to manifest your desires super-fast. This guy beamed super-consciousness with his lilac turban and long white beard. I would listen to his every word because he sparkled with truth and divine wisdom. What I’m about to share with you is the most powerful process that he taught members of the advanced meditation classes. If done properly it will help to re-wire your thinking and you will begin to see evidence of your desires manifesting immediately.
✴ For 5 consecutive days
This is very much like the 17- second theory that Esther Hicks refers to.
You’ll need to set aside time each day to write your power affirmation and then stick to the 5 day routine.

✴ FEEL GOOD, INSPIRED AND EMPOWERED as you write them. ✴ Understand that the power of focussed thought is awesome!
All you need to do is hold the space of intention and the vibrations are ACTIVATED. The secret manifesting process...here goes... Please note: you are only to use this if you are clear about what you want to manifest, that you feel good and you can consistently do this exercise for 5 consecutive days. No excuses, you must be committed otherwise you will be wasting your time. I know you can do it though.
55 x 5 Take out a piece of paper and write a statement of gratitude for something that you want to manifest. However, please do this in the present tense. For example:

“Thank you Universe for my beautiful diamond earrings. When I wear them I feel vibrant and sparkly.”
I would suggest doing this just before you go to bed at night so it sinks into your sub-conscious while you sleep.
Even though my logical brain is telling me there are no diamond earrings just yet the goal is to spark the feeling of already having it. I remember reading once that over 90% of the manifesting process is completed on a vibrational level before we see any physical evidence of it at all. This means that our job is to align with the stuff we want to manifest in order for it to be released from the vibrational ‘escrow’ or ‘Vortex’ as explained by Abraham Hicks.
What have you got to lose if you try this for just 5 days? The results I have seen are amazing. Babies, jobs, opportunities, money and other cool stuff just seemed to appear. This process helps to line up the stuff you want to manifest. I want you to try it and then let me know what unfolds in the weeks to follow.
The key here is to proclaim to the Universe, God, The Force, Source etc that you feel grateful. The second is to state what it is you are grateful for. And then the third element is to highlight how it makes you feel.

The benefits of writing it by hand are that you won’t be tempted to be lazy or hit the cut and paste keys. You’re also a lot more connected to the process if you can sit down and be alone with your pen, the words and the feelings. Caution: don’t do it if you feel resistance. Take some time and only do it when you feel empowered. You also need to write the 55 affirmations in the one sitting. You can’t do 10 in the morning and then scatter them out over the day. 14
