Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger said, “Every child is born on the religion (of Islam). Then his parents make him a Jew, a Christian or a polytheist.” Someone said, “O Messenger Messe nger of Allah, (what about) those th ose who die before (their parents convert them)?” He said, “Allah knows best what they would have done (if they had survived).” [al-Bukh [al-Bukh ari (6599) (6599) and Muslim (2658)] Evidence #8 The Hadith Hadith below st ates that when the pagans pagans of Quraysh c ame to sign a hi stor ic treaty wit h the Prophet Prophet [saw] at Hudaybiyyah, they insisted on pu ttin g one God on the document •

The Prophet Prophet (PBUH) (PBUH) report report ed that Allah said, "I created my servants in the right r eligion but devils made them go astray". The Prophet (PBUH) (PBUH) also said, "Each chil d is b orn in a state of "Fitr ah", then his parents m ake him a Jew, Christ Christ ian or a Zoroastrian, the way an animal animal gi ves birth to a normal off spring . Have Have you notic ed any any that were born mut ilated?" (Collected by Al -Bukhaaree and Muslim). "...Suhail said to the Prophet "Please conclude a peace treaty with us." So, the Prophet called the clerk and said to him, "Write: 'Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Raheem' (In the Name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful)." Suhail said, "As for 'ar-Rahman (Beneficent), by Allah, I do not know what it means. So write: 'Bismika Allahumma' (By (By Your Name O Al lah )..." [al -Bu kh ari (2731) and an d Mus M us li m (1784)] ( 1784)] •

So Allah punished the Pharaoh Pharaoh with various pun ishments
•
like the lice, locusts, frog , famine, and flood
•
When the Pharaoh Pharaoh r ea ealized lized he could no longer cope with Allah’s punishment

he approached approached Musa and and begged Musa to pray to Allah to remove the torm ent from hi m.

Hence, Allah said about the Pharaoh:
An d w hen th e pu ni sh men t f ell on th em t hey sai d: " O Musa Mu sa (Mo ses )! In vo ke y ou r L or d f or us because of His Promise to you. If you wi ll remove the punishm ent from us , we indeed shall shall believe in you, and we shall let the Childr Childr en of Israel Israel go wi th you." But wh en We removed the punishm ent from t hem to a fixed term, which they had to reach, behold! behold! They broke their w ord! (Al -A'raf 7:1347:134135) if t he Pharaoh Pharaoh was a real atheist, why did he approach Musa and begged Musa to make a dua to Allah to remove the punishment punishment from him? •

“Ash’hadu an laa ilaaha illal laa” means “I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah •

If the Berailvis recite “Ash’hadu an laa ilaaha illal laa” five times a day everyday

how can you claim the hujjah did not arriv e to them?

The mere fact that t hey recite the shahada, is clear evidence that the hujjah h as arrived to
them •

To claim that the Berailvi Berailvi s did not receive the hujjah of t awhee awheed, d, is a big lie

because when they pray, they recite “iyyaka na’budu wa iyyaka nasta’een”

Verily, Allah wil l judge between them concerning that wherein they dif fer. Truly, Truly, Al lah gu id es n ot hi m w ho is a li ar, an d a d is bel iev er. (Az (Az-Zum -Zum ar 39:3) 4. Adwa' al-Bayan, (7/162) Shaikh 'Abdul-' Aze Azeez ez Ibn Ibn ' Abdullah Ibn B aa aaz z said: " There is no Eeman Eeman for the one who believes the laws of the people and and th eir opinion s are superior to th e Hukm Hukm of Allah and His Messenger Messenger or that they are equal equal to it o r that they resemble it or wh o leaves leaves it or r eplace eplaces s it w ith fabric ated laws laws and instit ution s invented by people, even even if he believes believes that the laws of Allah are more encompassing and more ju st." Wujoob Tah'keem Shari'ah Shari'ah Al lah' (pg. 16-17 16-17))
Shaikh Muhammad Ibn Ibn Saalih Saalih al-'Uthaymeen al-'Uthaymeen said: " The first t ype is when the Hukm of Allah is removed and replaced with another Taghuutee Hukm, Hukm, so th at the Hukm of t he Shari'ah Shari'ah is eliminated between the people and and he puts in i ts place another Hukm from th e fabrication of the humans and th ey remove the laws of the Shari'ah concerning the Mu'amalah Mu'amalah (i. e. the general general actions between people) and they put in its p lace fabricated laws laws and this, wi thout d oubt, is Istib'daal (i. e. replacement) of the Shari'ah of Al lah subhaanahuu wa-ta'ala, wa-ta'ala, with o ther than it . And this is Ku fr whi ch removes one from the Milla because because this person put him self at the level of the Creator Crea tor b ecause he shara'a (legislated) (legislated) for the slaves of Al lah that whi ch All ah ta'ala ta'ala did not give permissi on for and that is Shirk in His, ta'ala's ta'ala's saying: " Or have they partners wit h Allâh (false gods), who have institu ted for them a religion, which Allâh has not allowed?"
